Great experience. My Order arrived extremely fast. I originally had concerns about an item discription being incorrect but customer service was helpful and polite in their response. I ordered the items for my father and he misread the packaging. We were incorrect in our idea that the item was mislabeled. I applaud smalltoys for taking my concern seriously and I apologize for being incorrect. Thanks for the great service.

I appreciated the simpler website compared to probably larger companies. I am sure that simplicity lends to your ability to offer lower reasonable prices. Super excited to find you guys! The whole office was super impressed with what we got for the price we paid!! We will be back!

I tried no fewer than 10 times to place an order and received an error each time either stating "i have already submitted my form and to wait 5 seconds before resubmitting" or "an unexpected error has occurred". I gave up and emailed to see if someone could help me and confirm if my order was received. I got a response that no order was received and if i needed help placing the order. I responded that i would like help and the order I want to place is in the email below. I got no reply back all day. I finally went back into site and set up an account FIRST then placed my order and it finally worked. This is not clear on the site that you have to do this first and in fact, you have the option to create a new account and enter a password when checking out (which is what I did) and kept receiving errors. This has been very frustrating.

Like your products and your pricing is competitive. I'm really happy with the newly shipped plush that I ordered from you. The size and quality of the plush turtles is terrific. The shipping was very fast, too. I'd like to order again and hope that product availability remains high. The free shipping also helped me to to decide to order from here.

I found several small toys for a spring fling st my sons school. A great variety at great prices, and reasonable shipping rates. Some other sites I shopped required at least a 50 dollar purchase. Happy to have found your site!

Loved that there was free shipping! It is what made me go with your product and ended up choosing more prizes because of this! Great deals on a few of the items, that were MUCH cheaper than other companies. It made it easier to pick a few of the more "expensive" items on my budget! Thank you!

I have sent an email already but I will comment here. I ordered two packs of the Hug Me Plush Zoo Animals and I opened one of the packs. Some animals have their eyes sewn on sideways and it makes them look angry. A couple of them had limbs that were not sewn completely and one was ready to come off. And the elephant's trunks were sewn on upside down, like a parrot's beak. And other than me being home and the guy just leaving the box outside where it could get stolen and not knocking on the door, everything else was fine.

If coupons are available on (or off) site, make them easier to find. Toys are good, but was looking for some for kids under 4. Are there other options on shipping? (I didn't need 3 day express and that was the lowest price/time frame available).

It was simple to order. The prices were better than other sites. There were no hidden fees at checkout-just standard shipping costs. My order arrived on the date expected, which was Christmas Eve and just in time to wrap. I ordered three sets of ducks. All three orders are cute and complete with all ducks advertised. My grandson has developmental delays and all ducks were accepted into his duck family. Very satisfied.
