I sold both and iPhone and a Samsung Galaxy SII. The process was easy and I got the amount that was promised when I agreed to sell the phones. I had tried Glyde but they wouldn't take a phone without a charger cord and my Galaxy SII that I listed with them didn't sell after being posted for a couple of weeks. Smartphone Trade-in is definitely the way to go for minimum hassle.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've sold my smart phone to them, and every time they have a quick turn around and very fair assessment. Also doesn't hurt that they offer the best prices I've found.

I sent them 2 iphones, they received them 7-14, its now 7-24 and i have not received my check nor any response to email like they promised. Beware everyone.

I sent in two BlackBerry Bold phones for trade-in. I was quoted a price of $30.00 if the phones were in good condition, or $32.00 if they were in great condition - condition could only be returned when they received them. Both phones were in like new condition - even in their original packaging - but I only received the $30.00 price. To be honest, I was grateful to be able to resell BlackBerry equipment, but I felt their condition evaluation was less than fair.

My order was processed within 3 days and I received the full amount that they had indicated they would pay for my phone model.
It couldn't be any easier and I personally had no problems whatsoever.
Everything happened with the transaction just as they stated it would on the website.
I am pleased to recommend their services.

They promised it would be easy and fast, and it was. They made sending it seamless, and my payment arrived in a timely fashion.

I felt that if they did not take phones from out side the US they should have said before hand. Then I had to pay for them to send it back, which it was not free to send it the first time.

The process was quick and easy, but although they said they were sending $16, I actually only received $15.62. There was no explanation given for the shortage.
