I order a pair of cleats on June 17th, the day they were released to be ordered. These shoes had a ship date of July 20th. This is common for some newly released cleats to have back a order ship date. I called on July 20th to check and was told they are in stock but will be shipping next week. At this point i could have ordered these shoes from England and still gotten them. Soccer.com told me they would be shipping soon. The cleats did not ship a week later. I called and was told the new date was August 25th. August 25th came and no shipment. I call and now the shoes are out of stock. Soccer.com has gone to complete crap.

Two months for shipping a short. Is way too long.

Looking forward to avoid this retailer going forward.

Horrible Dishonest Customer Service

We purchased a thousand dollar order for our high school and were promised and charged for one day shipping. We came to find out on the day the item was due to arrive it barely was being shipped and by UPS ground shipping. We made clear when ordering that we needed the items for a school function and were told for $80 shipping it would be guaranteed. We called to confirm the order again days after receiving an email with discrepancies and were told everything was on schedule. After calling to complain about the revelation of the ground shipping they made excuses and blamed NIKE for the error. I was promised the shipping would be reimbursed. Checked credit card and only $37 was charged back they said they were keeping the remainder to cover their shipping cost even though they screwed our order up. Talked to manager and he said they didn’t offer next day shipping on vendor orders and that they sales person should have never allowed the order. He refused to do anything to make this right and said they would not reimburse the shipping even though we were charged for something they do not even offer. Beware they take money first and then figure out how to handle the customer afterwards. This is the worst service I have had buying online. Our school will no longer be doing business with soccer.com

Placed an order for fathers day for a shirt on 6/10. Fathers day goes by and I'm pretty pissed cause the shirt never comes. Now I decide to call back on the 20th because it still hasnt arrived. They tell me to wait till the 25th and if it hasnt arrived by then they would send me another one. Sure enough someone calls me on the 23rd and asks me to confirm my address. I confirm my address and then the gentlemen asks me if Im sure thats my address because a lady supposedly called saying that someone being me ordered a package sent to her address. The gentlemen said the lady sent the package back and that when it arrived they would UPS second day the shirt back to me. All this sounded pretty suspicious and lame...most companies would simply send you another SHIRT UPS 2ND DAY. How do I know this "lady" ever sent the shirt back? and what if she doesnt? Am I out of 38.00? I cant beleive the person called me tried to explain to me that my address must be incorrect...I even explained to him my street name is the only street in the city with that name and that it would be physically impossible. Now Ive asked for a refund 6/25 because I couldnt get an answer from them when I asked what if the shirt never comes back? when am I supposed to get it then? They seemed pretty stumped and considering it was a fathers day gift I dont plan on awiting another time period in which they want me to call them back in order to get this shirt. So far no confirmation for a refund yet so I'll definitely probably find myself calling again for it. On another note they charge 8.00 for shipping a shirt? USPS with no tracking or anything? Jeeze this company is even trying to make bucks off of there shipping rates. Terrible company....definitely avoid it if you can there are many more websites offering the same merchandise at the same price with BETTER shipping rates.

I placed an order for a team jacket, which my son needs for a tournament the following week. I ordered next day shipping for $30 to ensure I would get it on time. I placed the order and saw that the ship date was two weeks from now. Next day shipping would be useless, as the jacket would arrive too late for the tournament.

I called the company to cancel. They told me that there was some issue with their system, and that they'd send the cancellation order in, and I should check back on Monday.

When I checked back, the order had not been cancelled. I was then told that it would be impossible to cancel the order because their system won't allow cancellations. They said I'd need to wait for the item to come and then return it.

If that's the case, I told them to change the shipping so I didn't need to pay for express shipping that I don't need. They said that, no, they can't do it. So, I'm out the $30.

I'll never order from this company again.

Had over two weeks to get an order completed...failed to get our order in as promised (after us having to send the purchase order and a tax exemption form in at least three times). Ended up without socks for our first game and had to postpone it. Obviously we won't be using soccer.com again.

Have placed multiple orders over the past couple of years. All merchandise was as advertised, fairly priced and delivered promptly. Have had two returns, one for size and the other for product failure. Both returns were handled quickly and with no hassle.

We ordered on April 20, 2016 sport shoes for a birthday present. Soccer.com promised to deliver in 5-7 weeks. I checked my order on line today since the initial time for delivering is done and I found a very disappointing information, soccer.com changed the delivering for EARLY JULY which means more than 12 weeks. They never sent an email informing this. Absolutely lack of respect for customers.

Tired of spending over $200.00 on soccer cleats to have them fall apart in less than a season. (Fall or Spring). They refused to do anything about it. Will be shopping elsewhere for cleats.

Ordered cleats for $270 on 8/17. A couple of weeks later they were ripping out, defective. We called to try and replace them with something else. Nothing in my son's size. Asked for return label. Sent the cleats back on 9/22. As of today, 10/14, cleats have not been returned or processed by facility, and they claim that once they are received it will take 3 weeks to process credit. Obviously this place is having issues. So, now I have paid $275 to soccer.com and another $200 plus to another company where I had to order new cleats while I wait for my refund. NOT HAPPY!

Ordered a adidas training suit on Jan 7, 2010 and got it today Jan 14, 2010. Item came as described, price was reasonable, email was sent that item was sent as well. No issues with this seller. Would probably order from them again.

i bought a tshirt, 120$ on the web site... and when, after many weeks, it arrived, i see on the sticker 90$... just scandalous.
And for the shipment, the previous date write on the web site when you make your order is a fake.

I'be been ordering from this company for 4 years now because this is who our soccer club gets its uniforms through, and every year I have had poor experiences. They always have something out of stock and we need to wait weeks, sometimes almost until the end of the season before we have everything we ordered. And I usually order as soon as possible, typically a month or so before the first game of the season, and still have to wait for the uniforms to come in one shipment at a time.

Customer service is horrible, they sent me 2 blue jerseys instead of 1 black and 1 blue like I ordered, because THEY had the wrong item # on the sticker on the jersey. I took pictures and emailed them to show they had the item marked wrong, and even though they messed up, they insisted that I would have to send the wrong one back before they would send the correct one...the one I actually ordered. Which is fine expect for the fact that they wouldn't even process the order for the correct one, which required customization, until they received the wrong one back....delaying the process even further.

We are a few weeks away from the fall season ending, and I'm still waiting on part of my order I made in July to arrive. I don't know how they stay in business. I will be pushing for our club to switch vendors, I've heard so many complaints from various parents through the years, its amazing to me they even still use this company to provide our gear.
