Solomon flooring sales team are fantastic. The installation team we had to do the job were horrible lazy people. They disrespected us in our own home and were more worried about getting home on time than finishing the job correctly. I was left repairing and putting edges on myself. Upon call back after you have paid they are even worse and arrogant.

And the owner ([Name Removed]) promised me whatever leftover thay took it back 1st thay calculate wrongly area when I ask to take back he start fighting with me doesn’t give any credit back totally opposite behaviour plz don’t trust this guy

I had my new carpets in my two bedrooms and study in today. Solomons arranged to have all my furniture taken out and replaced after then they replaced it all including rewiring computers, phones, etc. The actual carpet layer, did a fantastic job and even vacuumed when he had finished, He took away all the old carpet

I do not have the carpet yet - but while I was making payment and cmpplaining about the Post Office not delivering our parcel while we are in social isolation, requiring us to go to the Post Office and queue, the young lady who was taking my payment said that if we needed anything collected from the Post Office in future, she would do it for us. at a time of crisis - how great. She was deliightful anyway - but this was really moving for me.

There is no doubt about the quality of timber floors Solomon's Willoughby (David) has supplied.
But the point I want to emphasise is their work ethic & customer care which went beyond my expectations.
From the beginning of my home renovation David was involved, he recommended best way to solve problems that had came up and his interaction was excellent and punctual.
I have had some bad experiences during the process of renovating my home. I know some people can be unreliable, leave the job with horrible experiences. This is the reason why I value and praise Solomon's Willoughby.
I would highly recommend Solomon's Willoughby to my family and friends.

Exceptional customer service from Daniel of Solomon's Annandale. From the moment we walked through the front door, we were greeted and after explaining our requirements to have our unit carpeted, we were given good honest advice and recommendations as to which carpet would best suit our needs.

We were given dates for the installation, and Daniel delivered on time and made the whole process smooth and worry free. We were also told that the people who installed our previous carpets, had simply put the underlay on top of the pre-existing underlay, and that Daniel's carpet installers painstakingly had to scrape off all of the older underlay before installing theirs. This is going above and beyond the port of call, and Solomons did an exceptional carpet installation.

I will confidently say that Solomon's Annandale is my go to store for any future carpet and flooring needs that arise. Thank you so much Daniel.

I’m glad I walked into Solomon’s balcatta for some carpet. From the minute my wife and I walked in to check out some carpet we got served by the most knowledgeable and best team I’ve come across so far. Glenn and Ricky was really helpful and their prices are better than the rest, if you’re thinking of getting some rooms done or even the entire house head down to Solomon’s balcatta or simply ring them up for a free quote.

They went over and beyond to get us the exact carpet we wanted for the master bedroom with no extra charges and even got some underlay for free too. Couldn’t be any happier with the service. The carpet layer was on time and really professional, he even cleaned up once done and offered to take the old carpet away.

We’ve also got some carpet on hold for other rooms we want done in the near future and haven’t even paid for that yet that’s how awesome they are, I’d like to thank Solomon’s balcatta especially Glenn and Ricky for everything.

We were very concerned when one of the Solomons stores closed however after a week the team at Carpet Call from the CEO staff and installers honored our purchase and immediately arranged to install our upstairs carpet in two halves due to furniture and a quantity of effects. We have finished unpacking and the carpet looks great.

I received excellent service both from Chris and the layer at Solomons in Midland. The carpet is patterned and the layer matched it perfectly. I love love love my new carpet and wouldn’t hesitate to go straight back there when I need more carpet.

We have used Solomon’s Balcatta many times now. I have found them to be so easy to deal with. I never have to follow up on my orders and find they are always on time and reliable.

There are couple of installation defects need to be fixed. Message store manager and he replied quickly and agreed to come and fix. Booked date and time. But no show. Follow up and re-arrange another date and time. Again no show. Try to contact again but no response afterwards. Still cannot reach him thereafter. Defects still not fixed. Beware of the after sale service!

I am after specific brand of vinyl flooring (Coretec) which only Solomons and another company would stock. Approached both for a quote. Mahdi from Solomons provided with a very competitive quote in the first go. I talked to the other company about this. They are willing to beat Solomons price by a few hundred but they cannot lay flooring under the piano as their company policy won't allow. So I've chosen Solomons to supply and install.

There was some hiccup in the bank transfer which the money has not hit their bank account yet on the installation day. I am a bit worry that it cannot be started as planned. Mahdi was very accomodating. He still sent his installation team out and start work as promised. Installer Kapil and his team was professional and good craftmanship. We had a few built-in wardrobes with skirting that had numerous turns. Kapil took his time to cut to make sure a tight fit.

If I had to pick on one thing, the only downside was that the job cannot be completed in one day. I was a bit worried by the progress on the second day after lunch so I contact Mahdi. He came straight away in person to inspect the progress and discuss with Kapil. They reassured my that the job would be completed that day. At the end, Kapil kept his promise and worked all the way till 9 pm to finish off the job.

As usual, there would be some minor issues need to be fixed afterwards. I've contacted Kapil and he came to fix it for us on Sunday morning. What a champ!

Unlike some tradesman that are hard to reach, Mahdi and his team always pick up the call. They deliver as promised. Very professional and highly recommended. I have a few friends had a look of my new flooring and they immediately being impressed. I am proud to recommend Solomons West Ryde to them.

0 stars: Paid for 4 rooms of carpet. The manager told me it would be a half day to install.
3 hours late 2 days in a row. 3 days of chasing the manager to finish what was supposed to be a simple install, 2 rooms have poorly laid carpet. Tried to charge me $50 for carpet ramps. The manager is unprofessional, unreliable and untrustworthy. Paid in full before the install and this is what my house looks like after 6 weeks. The quality of the install is very poor. Worst experience Ive had in my 8 month renovation. Buyer beware and I would definitely not recommend!

We recently had carpet laid in our lounge which was quite an experience after 30 years living with a super wool Berber but the time had come for a change. Glenn, Ricky, Michelle and the installer George at Balcatta WA store were extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire time from beginning to end and made sure we were entirely happy with the finished product. They were most concerned that the customer must be happy and went above and beyond to ensure this result. We are very happy with the finished product.

Daniel, the owner of Solomons Flooring in Willetton supplied and laid new carpets throughout my house. I was very impressed with his product knowledge, helpfulness, his negotiable pricing and particularly with his after-sale service. (He stored the carpet for us for several months during our renovation and allowed us to have the carpet laid on two different dates, several months apart.)

A couple of small wrinkles appeared more than a year after laying. One of his contract carpet layers made a few attempts to fix the problem unsuccessfully so Andrew then involved the supplier, Advantage Flooring, as it may have been a manufacturing problem. Lisa from Advantage Flooring was also very helpful and, as Advantage felt it wasn't a manufacturing problem, they arranged for another layer to move the furniture and stretch the carpet in two rooms. This appears to have resolved the issue.

I am very grateful to Solomons Flooring and Advantage Flooring for their efforts in resolving this issue and would recommend their service and products to anyone looking for new carpet.

Went to see Ricky and Glenn at the Balcatta store and found them excellent to deal wirh. They floored 2 of ours houses within a month and had no issues. Dane the layer was great. Would highly recommend.

Mr Wali Kohistani, Director at Castle Hill Solomon Flooring, had recommend a good quality carpet at a reasonable price for us. We also did the kitchen vinyl with them. The tradesmen were very good with their carpet laying and were very responsible- locking every door and window after completing their job. It is good to be aware that there could be extra cost for the floor preparations when the tradesmen remove the old underlay. Overall the product and service were good and the job was completed on time.

We had a floor laid by Solomon’s which wasn’t laid correctly the first time round but they did everything possible to rectify the problem, after waiting a few months to see if the floor settled and still not being totally happy with it, they came out to re assess the floor and replaced the whole floor, even areas that weren’t affected. We couldn’t speak highly enough of this company, and they totally understand “CUSTOMER SERVICE “. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
