I first found South Cypress through a Google search when I was searching for a specific wood look tile for most of my home. Courtney from the sales team worked with me to get the tile at a great price with very reasonable shipping. Subsequently I have worked with Courtney to retile my 3 bathrooms and master bedroom. She has great ideas, sends me samples, and has always had great prices and shipping. South Cypress has a very wide selection to choose from.

I ordered two sets of tile one for a beautiful backsplash and the other to reface my fireplace wall. The tile came in polished and unpolished. Dahl shipped the wrong finish. Cypress immediately cleared up the confusion had the correct tile set and all ended on a good note. The tile is amazing many Thanks to the professional cypress team

I ordered 550 square feet of 20" Rox biege. The man taking the order said they would calculate how many boxes I needed for the project and told me it would be 39 boxes. My tile contractor came for the install and the order was short 4 boxes! When I called to complain/order the needed tiles, I was told that the original order was for 524 square feet!! Except it wasn't! We're in California and this stuff ships from Florida. It takes a week to get! And, there was no apology, no "What can we do to make this right?" Just, "So, should we charge this to the same credit card?"

We are General Contractors from Florida remodeling our daughters 60's farmhouse in Washington. We experienced sticker shock shopping for wall tile, local prices were simply beyond our budget and we couldn't find the tile we wanted . . . so a little shopping through Google we found South Cypress - immediately found the tile we wanted, the price was so low I called to verify, ordered two samples to confirm look, was skeptical with shipping this far away but saved enough money per sq ft to justify the shipping fee to a fed ex distribution center close by - tile arrived within a week (faster than local's could confirm) neatly palleted (kept the pallet for future fun project too)! After receiving several sample tiles from South Cypress, we selected a tile, placed our order on a weekend and within thirteen days we received the order. We appreciated the e-mail updates on the order and the fact that the order arrived in perfect condition. I would certainly buy from South Cypress again.

I purchased tile from South Cypress over 2 Months ago for a client of mine. I was told the order would be delivered in about 10 days. I was given a quote for the tile and made the order. When My card was given to them the price changed $600 dollars due to shipping cost witch I was told was included in the quote I had received. Because I was on a tight schedule for the project I reluctantly paid the $600 dollars extra. 3 weeks later I had still not received the tile so I called South Cypress and they told me it would be another couple weeks. This order continued to be postponed and has still not been completely delivered. The last email I received stated that it wouldn't delivered till next Year!!!! My client is extreamlly unhappy and has stated that she will no longer use me do to the long wait she has had on this project. Save yourself time, money, and reputation by not using this company.

I am a contractor in PA and needed some WOW tile for our showroom. After looking at thousands of tiles on every site I could find, and ordering many samples, I finally found the perfect tile. The price at SC was great! I called with some questions about shipping, and Stewart answered right away. He was so knowledgeable and helpful that I had no hesitation to place my order with them. The tile arrived exactly as Stewart said - well packaged and in perfect condition! I can't wait to install it! I looked at some tile locally and with freight it was going to be $12.25 per square foot. I googled the same tile and 3 options were found. All three sites had the exact same tile at lower prices. Checked out some reviews and called South Cypress to see if legit. I spoke to Stewart who was knowledgeable so I was more comfortable ordering online. Since that call to Stewart my experience was flawless. The tile with freight ended up being about half the local price. The tile arrived on time, in excellent condition and with matching lots to ensure that the tile matched. After some initial uneasiness about ordering tile online, I would highly recommend South Cypress due to my experience.
