Excellent couple of hours spent with Rob in a 1 to 1 training session. Answered all my questions and gave me some great tips on starting my business, all done with enthusiasm and professionalism.

After sales is second to none, one of our gutter vacs had a problem caused by one of our staff! Spinaclean organised for it to be picked up and returned to us as good as new, very quick and professional.

I sent an email asking if a 5ft tall woman would find the product easy to use and had a response straight back assuring me it would be. If I had a problem, I could have a refund.
When the machine arrived, a small part had snapped off. A replacement was sent out to me the next day.

The service we was provided was first class, We looked at other company's but decided to go with Spinaclean because they was pro-active from the first phone call, you can tell they care and passionate about there business and up to now we have been proved correct. Paul and Steve gave us a valuable training day experience from the marketing to the practical. The advise you get of this team is second to none. It's a pleasure to deal with this company and I would highly recommend Paul and his team. In the next month we are looking to buy the Streamaclean equipment for Paul.

Fantastic service, requested a demo on the Honda Slip Stream Pro 12 With 18″ Surface Cleaner. Paul was very good with advice and going through every part of the machine. Gave some great tips on pressure washing, I took away the product that day!.

The service from spina clean was first class spoke to Steve whiting the sales manager prior to my purchase as I was not able to take part in a training day I was invited to a cleaning show in Manchester to take a look a their slipstream pro 20 on meeting the spinaclean team I knew by knowledge they had this was the company I wanted to deal with I did look at other cleaning machines @ the show but none were of the value and quality of the spinaclean machine ,at no time was I under any pressure to purchase anything, Steve reassured me that the pro 20 was more than capable of doing the work that was required for my business,Steve was very aware of what I needed as he had run his own cleaning business for several years,I returned home and made the purchase 2 days later along with a 24 foot extendable water lance gutter hook and additional nozzles this arrived 24hours before the day that I thought I was going to arrive ,there was a small part of the harness that had forgotten to be packed I call the office not a problem the part was posted and arrived the next day excellent service all round,I will definitely buy agian and recommend anyone who is thinking of starting up give the team a call, I am hoping to purchase a sky vac when I get more established and it will be from spinaclean team, thanks for everything and I am looking forward to having a good and long business relationship with you all @ spinaclean thanks again!!!!!

I bought a pivot coupler to accompany my extendable power washer lance, it was packaged perfectly and a received prompt and accurate reply to my e.mail from Mark, which was a nice change in comparison to some other vendors.

We purchased a SkyVac system 2 years ago which has proved very reliable. On occasions since, we have had to purchase spares to replace breakages and found their after sales service to be faultless.

Service very good Customer service Excellent, always ready to assist with the enquiry and any problem that arise, replace broken item without any question, we used our resent purchase over the last 2 weeks, we had some minor issue that were dealt with, this included my generator being collected and repaired then sent back on the negative side no warning that the generator was being sent back after repair and no feed back has to what the problem was ?

Although the course is only around an hour and half now, I thought Rob did an excellent job and covered most of the aspects that were expected. We were allowed to use some of the equipment and talked through all the other options. Rob was friendly and professional. A good morning session, thank you.

We have used Spinaclean for over 8 years and every aspect of their service is superb. We have always used the Skyvac poles and would not use any other. Rosie in admin is amazing and thank you for all you have done for us in the past.

I visited Spinaclean 9th of June 2020 and was met by Rob. He talked to me Regarding my plans for my business And showed me the full range of the Spinaclean products, demo’d them and allowed me to have a play.. I was so impressed with the way Rob helped me, no hard sell at all, he tailored the right products for my business and gave excellent advice and tips.. highly recommended..
