6 Stars for Sunlighten Products and after sales customer assistance !! Noah quickly answered a few minor questions I had as we were starting up the sauna for the first time. He was extremely patient and took the time to understand my questions in order to be able to assist with the solutions and guidance.

I ran into issues after assembling a unit I purchased, spoke with a couple of tec’s who were not able to help me resolve the issue. Noah reached out and called me, and was absolutely amazing. He talked me through the problem made it clear and simple what I needed to do, and everything worked out great. I can’t say enough about his personality and his ability to clearly convey what needed to be done. JOB WELL DONE!!

I have a Signature III Sunlighten Sauna, and have used it for about 4 months. The power supply went out on it and I was told I would be contacted by FedEx with a delivery date. I called back several days later and Customer Service said they could not help me and I had to talk to the Warehouse.... So I did, and the part is on "back order" and not available for several weeks. What a disappointment, a 4 month old sauna and already problems.... customer service was not even set up to tell me when the part would ship... and then parts are not available. Stay away from Sunlighten.... that is my recommendation

I am so grateful I decided to purchase my Sunlighten Solo Sauna. Although I had my mercury fillings removed from my teeth several years ago, I still tend to have high heavy metal levels in my body. The best way to detox from high heavy metal levels is through sweating. Boy do I sweat! My solo sauna creates such a warm atmosphere that I’m literally dripping sweat. I was paying (a lot) to go to a local infrared sweat studio. However, for less than what I was paying per month at the studio and thanks to Sunlighten’s easy financing option, I am purchasing my Solo Sauna, so it was a no-brainer. Also, I currently live in a one-bedroom apartment and my sauna fits easily in the corner of my room. I warm up my sauna, get my ipad and watch a video while I sweat. I love my sweat sessions.

We live in a very toxic world and sweating is the best way to detox from heavy metals and toxic chemicals and my Solo Sauna makes it easy, convenient and enjoyable.

Ok here we go. First off my experience with Victoria H was wonderful. Zero complaints. We did the text chat thing as the country was getting locked down. She answered all of my questions as I dipped my big toe into buying my very own sauna-something I have wanted for over 10 years! I have a few memberships around the city to use their saunas, but I knew that was not happening. In fact I had an appointment scheduled and they cancelled on me due to the shut down. So, I bought it! I was scared. Before it arrived, since it was going under our patio, I paid $500 to have the proper electrical outlet installed. I was ready! It arrived and a friend and I tried very hard to put it together alone. Although we got everything out of the massive boxes and literally started piecing it together. No go. A person skilled in handy work is needed. She and I are more artist types and well we got close but just didn’t get it right. Next day I was able to social distance and wear masks with our handyman. Even then we had to call the Sunlighten folks to get some instructions emailed. The fellow we spoke with was wonderful as well. (Strongly recommend getting these extra instructions first and studying it well). I’m not complaining but just letting people know we really needed verbal and written assistance and we got it. Luckily it was still business hours. They had about 30 mins left. Haha. Long story longer...the sauna is perfect. I know it helps me during this time of uncertainty. Anxiety drops in there. I feel like everything is ok after I’m in there for 45. It’s the best thing I ever did for myself and family and friends. So, although this Covid thing is not good and I feel for ya all especially the sick and those that have passed and their families-it pushed me one step closer to putting my health first! Don’t think-GET ONE!! Xoxox. Stay strong, stay empowered!!!

I haven't received my sauna yet but have been working with Rene on the purchase who is on point with knowing her product line as well as being an expert in service. I have already asked a lot of irritating questions and she has been super responsive in getting back quickly with answers.

I'm hoping that setting up the sauna will be as foolproof as the company says as handy work is not my forte (by any stretch). I have my teens here who are better than I, so fingers crossed this isn't a problem.

I have used the MPulse Believe at a sauna spa here and that led me to buy one for my own home use as after a couple months of regular visits to my sauna spa, I was a huge believer (no pun intended). With 0% for 60 months financing, the payment is exactly the same as my membership to the sauna spa. It is kind of a no- brainer as now I will be able to use it without the hassle of driving, scheduling around their availability and my hectic schedule, etc.. I can use it daily and my family can use it as well (they would have to pay for separate memberships $79X4 = ~$320/month) So actually we are saving money and getting this at 1/4 of what it would cost us to all go whilst increasing the usability of the sauna. Easier use=more use= more health benefits=thriving family. Plus, we can use it during any future quarantine and don't have to worry about sharing with the public so safer for us with compromised immunity. Home ownership for us means continuity of staying on track with health goals regardless of what's happening in the world - all the while increasing immunity to help safeguard against viruses and stress. After not using the sauna spa (MPulse for 6 weeks) during quarantine, I'm feeling the return on body aches, extreme fatigue, eczema is back, sleep issues, and weight gain. Ugh -this is toxic buildup so can't wait for my Sunlighten to deliver.

I have double MTHFR copies and my teens probably have at least 1 copy. We have allergies as well and my son has asthma. For those that don't know, this swell gene mutation makes it hard to metabolize the same way that most people do which leads to toxic buildup in the system from all sorts of things in the environment, food, including heavy metals.This is going to be wonderful for family health and something we can do together. Very excited and hope that the rest of the process is smooth. And no, I'm not British, I just love the word "whilst." ;) Thanks, Rene and Sunlighten for making a superior product. I purchased a Sunlighten sauna in February. The unit was somewhat damaged in transit to the local warehouse. I was immediately contacted by Zach at Sunlighten shipping who sent me photos of the damage and worked on a resolution. We decided to order a new unit which was delivered in April. Although we were disappointed that we had to wait over 2 months for delivery, we were very pleased once the unit arrived. Zach and the team at Sunlighten shipping did an outstanding job of keeping me informed and following up on all shipping logistics. THANK YOU!!

Amidst the quarantine we decided our wedding must go on. We down sized, reduced our guest list from 200 down to 7, cancelled a romantic villa on Santorini, and had to re-imagine every detail. We knew we needed something special that we could share and a sauna seemed the perfect gift. We researched for a couple of days and quickly made the decision for the top of the line product from the best company we could find. My wife is an ER Doctor and I am also in healthcare so we had very high standards, all of which were met. Our sauna arrived on time and went up in under 2hrs (we both follow directions to the letter so it probably could've gone up more quickly). We have used it nearly every day and could not be more satisfied with the performance, quality and exemplary customer service! Victoria, our agent, was knowledgeable and quickly handled any question we had regardless of how silly. "Our 9yo has turned it into a playhouse, how long can she be in there?"

I am an engineer, my wife an MD. After reviewing independent reviews, product specs of highly rated, infrared saunas, and product support statements, which my wife and I will use to elevate our body temperatures as a preventative against covid, we chose the Sunlighten Aspire. During the order process, there was a miscommunication, and the incorrect wood choice used in its construction was shipped. I called Sunlighten, and the matter was resolved in less than 5 minutes. Sunlighten is shipping the correct sauna without any hassle or request for us to pay additional shipping costs. (I had worried, prior to the call, that I would be asked to do so.) I applaud this company for its advanced technology and its impeccable service. Kudos to both Lauren and Darlene. In addition, as a support to you during this crises, I suggest drinking alkaline water as the virus thrives in acidic environments and to also build/buy a wooden box and place an ozone generator inside to kill covid and other viruses on groceries and other items prior to bringing them inside your home. My review isn’t so much for the company Sunlighten, although I have no problem with them. My review is for one OUTSTANDING employee, Zach B. This fine sir has gone out of his way to see to it that I have been served and satisfied. Unfortunately, I had to return a product right after purchasing it because I got laid off my job from the China virus Covid19 and could no longer afford it. The sales team did a great job serving me prior to purchase, but when I had to make a return, not quite as helpful. I came upon Zach B. when I was transferred to shipping and he went over & above the call of duty. I have about 10 back & forth emails with him trying to track down my return and follow up with my refund, all of my questions answered SAME DAY. Not only did he go out of his way to help me, he did so with a level of kindness & patience not often seen much these days. This is a top shelf employee and I recommend he receive a hefty raise, because a business only flourishes through the hard work & dedication of its employees. Because of Zach, I will return as a customer when I get my job back, and will refer others. Thank you again, Zach, Sunlighten should be very proud of you!

I have owned our mPulse Believe for nearly two years now. I don't normally write reviews but after reading some very negative remarks regarding their service department I felt the need to show them in a different light. First, the sauna is absolutely amazing - there is enough written about these saunas, and are endorsed by enough medical professionals, that you shouldn't be wondering at any point whether you are getting a quality product. You are, and its one of the best. Now regarding service. I have had the opportunity to speak to customer service on a couple occasions lately and have found them to be nothing short of wonderful. They listen to the problem, offer reasonable solutions, follow up when they say they will, and deliver warrantied parts as you would expect. All of this during a time of national crisis! THEY are still at work, answering our calls, and getting things done. Not sure what else folks are looking for in a customer service department! Thank you Sunlighten for a quality product and tremendous service.

Update: received a call from sales manager first thing this morning. He explained the situation and apologized. He promised shipping from a local warehouse soon. Will update again after receiving the sauna.

Have been very disappointed with sales and customer service. I ordered the Mpulse Believe sauna two weeks ago. The sales rep said the sauna would be shipped the next day and could take between 5 days and two weeks to arrive. As of the beginning of last week I still hadn't received an email with the paperwork so contacted my sales rep to make sure the order went through and the product was shipped. He forwarded the receipt and said I should be getting a call from delivery company sometime last week to arrange the delivery.

On Friday when I hadn't received a call from the delivery company, I contacted my rep again. Both with a phone call and by email. He replied an email on Monday, but made no mention of the delivery. So I called his phone and when he didn't answer or reply I called the shipping department. They didn't know if it had shipped out, but said they would get back to me. They responded by email, 3 minutes before their closing and said I should be getting call from delivery company this week or next, but would not let me know if the product had shipped.
Very disappointed that the sales rep will no longer answer or return my calls since my credit card was charged, and there has been no specific response from anyone if my product has shipped, but they charged me the full amount weeks ago.

I love this brand and their products. I only endorse things I have tried and truly believe in. If you are looking for a sauna (or into good health in general) then your research should bring you to Sunlighten. They are the Rolls Royce of saunas. I bought my Solo sauna unit about 3 years ago and absolutely LOVE it! I did have some issues with the controls…but they resolved it hassle free (and free of charge). I did a LOT of research when I was looking for a Far infrared sauna. Sunlighten technology is by far the best. I only had room for the portable solo sauna system…but if I had the space and could afford it I would get the 3-in-1 unit. All of their suanas are great. I just order their LumanNir Wand too…and will update later with results on that. Malachi was the customer service rep who helped me. He was great, and answered all the questions I had. They take their time with you and are VERY helpful. Total 5-star company for SURE! I honestly would NOT consider any other brand for saunas.

I've been using my Solo sauna for a month now. It is in my bedroom and love it. One of the panels had minor damage from a fork lift during shipping. I sent the photos via email..no response for a couple of weeks. Then Tyler responded and sent me a backrest, pillow and towels. Thank you Tyler!

Great experience all around!! Received the sauna two months ago. Easy to install with good instructions. Be patient and don't rush. The sales team was great in explaining the various options. We had some items scheduled later and had to run them down. Tyler did a superb job updating and expediting our shipping.

I'm a dry sauna fan and Sunlighten has exceeded my expectations. I'm in almost every day!
