Recently, I used up my last black cartridge T0481 for my Epson Stylus Photo R200 printer. I didn't realize it was my last one until it stopped printing......and I had plenty of all the other colors......but I used more black ink than any of the others. I ran to a local Ink Factory Store and paid $10.95 for one "re-manufactured" black ink cartridge, while immediately filing an order for 6 more from SuperMediaStore at $3.95 each with no tax and no shipping charge. In about 5 business days my order arrived and just in time.......my "re-manufactured" cartridge mal-functioned already and only printed the right half of the pages! Thank you SuperMediaStore!

I ordered dvd cases for 1 and 2 DVDs. I also ordered 50 printable DVDs. I was told that they would arrive in 9 business days but it was more like 2-3 days. Great service! Very pleased. Will make this site my go-to for these kind of orders. I rated the return/exchange as excellent, but it was actually N/A, but it wouldn't let me select N/A.

I have been purchasing toner from SuperMedia for both my Brother copier and my Canon color printer for over two years. The quality is equal to the OEM toner and the customer service is excellent. Only one time was there an error on an order. When I called about a missing cartridge, they had it out to me the next day, even though I told them it was not urgent.

I wanted 100 white DVD cases for Wii games and 50 black DVD cases for DVDs. The white ones were fine. The black ones were 1/3 the width of a DVD case. I did not know cases came in different widths. For people like me, they need to scream that in the content to the customers. So, now I have an education on DVD widths - 14mm, 8mm, and 4mm. Four is what I bought - completely useless for my needs.

They were excellent in the customer service I bought 2 cartridges 1 didn't work right they replaced right away no hassle I will recommend them the cartridge is working great

I ordered a printer cartridge for a laser printer. I was sent a tracking number immediately and I was able to track the package to my local UPS distribution center. It got stuck at UPS for days until I called UPS. Ups had damaged the package and I opened a claim. As it turns out, I didn't have to open a claim as UPS notified SuperMediaStore and they immediately sent me a new Cartridge.
I was really impressed by this online store. They did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied. It was UPS's fault for the damage, but customer support was on it immediately.
I will definitely shop here for all my printer needs.
P.S. I haven't tried the new cartridge yet, but it was highly rated and I am sure it will work fine. If it is faulty, I know SuperMediaStore will make good on it.

Wouldn't issue a refund for a defective ink cartridge because it was over 30 days since I placed the order. The implication is that I should test out their product soon after delivery, but its unreasonable to expect customers to test out backup ink cartridges before they are needed, because they can dry out once you break the seal. The 2-year warranty they offer for Linkyo cartridges makes much more sense, so they won't get any more business from me until they do that for their other brands. Although, they happen to be owned by Linkyo, so I wonder if having such different warranties is simply part of an agenda to "encourage" consumers to go with that inferior brand. Linkyo cartridges leak on a regular basis.

Clearly cant rely on getting what you order, and when you call customer service and they tell you a supervisor or manager will follow up with you problem, they DO NOT. Now nearly one month later, still no response via email or phone!

I made around 50 copies and the quality of print is poor.
Fonts are very thin and more gray than black.
No compares to OEM product.
Dissapointed.

I ordered three black cartridges for my Cannon PIXMA MG3500 series printer. After successfully installing them into the printer. My printer refused to print. I tried several ways to reset the ink levels that are detected by the printer, but there is no access for me to do so through any of the Cannon Drivers or Applications. Everything is controlled remotely online through the company. It is impossible to use a recycled print-cartridge in this printer. I wish I had known this prior to wasting money on purchasing three ink cartridges that I can never use.

I had to go to the store to buy brand-new printer cartridges made by Cannon. I am as equally upset with Cannon. This proprietary BS is not socially responsible. I would rather pay more for a printer that takes whatever print cartridge I throw at it than have to deal with this.

The black ink cartridge works just as well as the manufacturer's own for my Epson NX420 printer, as far as I can tell. Too early to make a comment on how long they last though. Delivery was also prompt.

I was pleased with how quickly my order arrived but unhappy to see that 13 of my CD cases were broken. I have not checked out the remaining half of my order.

Saw cheaper at Amazon... Until I saw customer complaint that $100.00 had come off her credit card!

That was twenty times more expensive and money off my card without knowledge or permission is theft.

Also, new to this, I couldn't figure out how to even order or be sure about things.
Ordering with these guys was too easy.
Couldn't afford shipping too so took free shipping and warned it could take up to weeks.
Two or three days later I had a package at my door.

I've been using SuperMediaStore a little over 10 years for all my ink needs. I like the fact that you can get quality ink at a very low price.

On February 23, I ordered a tower of 50 HP Lightscribe CDR's. So far I have gone through 36 of the discs, and have found 13 which failed. The most common failure is that my HP Lightscribe drive will not recognize them as Lightscribe discs. There were three failures in printing the design, where the design failed to print, or printed a "smeared" image. This is a 37% failure rate, which is completely unacceptable. I bought the HP discs because they bore the HP name. I have purchased HP products for years and never had a quality issue. These disc were manufactured in Taiwan, and the label on the tower says there is a limited 2 year warrantee from date of purchase. I'm not sure that applies to goods bought through a third party. I fully expect another 5 failures in the remaining discs. If the warrantee is good, I would , at the very least, expect replacement of the defective discs.

Bought 700 blank cds for archiving karaoke discs this time, have used a little over 300 of them at this time & not a problem with any so far. Love shopping with this company. Keep up the good work.

Unfortunately I can not comment yet on the cartridges that I received since I am still using the one that came with my new printer. I can comment on SuperMediaStore's service. The products arrived on time and were packed well and seem to be the right ones for my printer.
