Excellent and highly professional team
that I couldn’t fault.I have been renting my properties through Swan for over 13 years and they continue to provide the highest levels of service and commitment that is second to none.

This was my first venture as a landlord. The support and advice I got was brilliant, they kept me informed of everything that was going on and were highly professional in all aspects. Their experience shone through and I now have some great tenants. I am currently buying another property to rent out and will be using Swan again.

I have rented my property with Swan for the last 16 years, I have had excellent service from all of the office ladies. I would highly recommend them

This is an amazing company, I have been with them for 15 years most of that time with 2 properties. I have never had any problems and they have always found me good tenants. The ladies in the office are always very polite and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Discussed to go for a 6 month contract but was handed over 1 year contract on last day. So I had to sign as I already loaded the stuff and no other option for me :(

Swan have fully managed our property let for just over 6 years. Everything was uneventful until last autumn, when our tenants of 2 years did a runner. The property was left in a real mess and it has cost us thousands for a complete refurbishment. Obviously, this wasn’t the fault of Swan and we had been told the house and garden were being kept in good order and everything was fine up to that point. However, it was obvious that much of the deterioration was over a prolonged period of time and this could been seen in the inspection reports (which we requested later). Jonathon said they would pay more attention to inspections in future, but the latest one for new tenants was at nearly 11 weeks, rather than 6 weeks and I had to ask about it.
On the plus side, we had reasonable or very good tenants for several years and Swan found a new tenant quickly after the refurb. Their charges also seem reasonable and their staff are very pleasant to deal with.
I don’t have any experience with other agencies to compare against, but have the feeling from other landlords that they are similar.
We will just keep a closer eye on things in future.

I have been with Swans for many years now with mixed experiences but now with Donna "on board" things are definitely looking up.
Donna deals with me in a pleasant and easy way and I would say she 'goes the extra mile'.

I have never had a problem in 18 years renting through Swan Property. The property has recently been sold but Swan was very helpful with this. Check out and deposit return was excellent.

Have used swan for 3 years to fully manage our property. We have always been really impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and fuss-free approach. We have never had to get involved with the property, tenants, issues etc, as Swan have sorted it all for us with just an email or 2, which was exactly what we were hoping for!

Swan Property have looked after my properties for over 15 years and during this time the void periods have been non-existent and turnaround between tenancies seamless. I am kept abreast of any potential maintenance issue which when instructed are always dealt with swiftly. The staff are the best, always friendly, knowledgeable and still the original team from when I first instructed them all that time ago which is unheard of rare in this industry. Well done Swan !

Jonathon and his wonderful team have managed my property for the last six years. The service has been thoroughly professional and transparent at all times. All of the staff at Swan are very diligent and provide timely updates and comprehensive feedback.

In our 17 years of "Swan Property" being our letting agents we have had exceptional service and communications. They ( particularly Donna ) act as the perfect intermediary between us and our tenants - particularly important as we are
'long distance' owners.

I am relatively new to being a landlord, the staff at Swan Property Management gave a me good advice at the beginning and since then have continued to provide great support and service. They have a fantastic team who are readily available, highly responsive and communicative. Importantly they also have obviously developed relationships with quality maintenance contractors who fix any problems should they occur at reasonable rates. If I were to add any more rental properties I would certainly continue on the same path and certainly recommend them to others

I have rented out a 4 bedroomed property in Maidenbower, Crawley, West Sussex, using the services of Swan Property Management since September 1998. Led throughout this time by Jonathon Davies, the lettings team there have provided me with absolutely superb service, so that not only have I had a virtually unbroken sequence of tenancy over a period of over 19 years, I have also never had a moment's worry as to whether the property would be well looked after and maintained to an extremely high standard. It has also been remarkable that most of the principal team members, notably Donna Purchase and Billie Fuller who have displayed consistently high levels of professionalism in all that they do, have been in office throughout the greater part, if not all, of the aforesaid period. This has given me and continues to give, great confidence that these excellent standards will be maintained for years to come.

The day I moved into my new property, I feel I could have benefited from having a swan representative show me around the facilities, I.e. parking, boilers to help explain things rather than just an inventory person but on the other hand the response since I've moved in regarding issues has been exceptionally good and I am very happy with that side of things.
