Was apprehensive at first because by second day of order, I still wasn't receiving emails with a tracking number. On third day of order and after having called several times, I spoke to John (??) who provided me with a tracking number. As well, Customer Service had by then responded. By fourth day, product was at my doorstep - from Ontario to BC during Christmas Break. Had part installed and works great. Great service. Definitely will order again.

I ordered rotors for my Honda Civic Fromm tDot. They were very responsive and provided regular updates about my delivery. The product worked well and Exceeded my requirements !

I wanted to get some new rims for my car for a while but didn’t know much about what to look for/how to pick one. I called into tdot performance today and was extremely thankful for the guidance that I received about key things to know and look for when picking the perfect rims. Needless to say we went through their selection and found the perfect rims for me. I’ll definitely be a returning customer ☺️

I had ordered Caliper covers for my C300,2012 Mercedes on April 28,2019.
I received them mid May. The front covers fit fine but the rear didn't. I emailed the support team and and sent them the picture of what was wrong.I was told that they will exchange the wrong part but till today nothing has happened.I was being contacted by three different people,Alex, Scott and Jay.I try calling and emailed them again and again but there is no response.
I have spent $ 367.08 and am stuck with this situation.
I keep writing them to help me but there's no response. I never expected a big Company could treat their customers like this.

Waited six weeks, seat covers finally arrived. completely wrong. Save your time and money, order elsewhere.

on Nov. 26-2019 I ordered & paid for a winter front for My Jeep Grand Cherokee. I received notification that my order was processed & when it was shipped I would be notified. After 2 weeks of hearing Nothing I sent an email to their Customer Service. After a couple of days i received an email requesting the confirmation before the order would be sent to the Manufacturer. I accepted & next day I received an email from Customer Service that they only received Confirmation Yesterday after I accepted & that was the reason for the Delay. I was then advised the manufacturer would ship the Product to me & would take 15 business Days. That will put it now into the New Year. Winter is half over. Why could they not have me accept When I first placed the Order. POOR SLOPPY SERVICE

It has now been two months since placing my order with TDOT.
Two rough country bumpers and a mesh grill, over 3,000 dollars **** with them. After the first 15 days of correspondence with them I was given numerous excuses like this being a special order, or this item is backlogged from rough country, or... because of the "pandemic" everything is taking longer. The most recent is that they are waiting on a answer from their warehouse to give me ETA from rough country.
When my order was placed i was told they are a essential service, so...... business as usual. I have had items from other companies shipped with no problems during this "pandemic" , from China haha.
I'm still waiting on their next lie, after contacting rough country myself and confirming there is no backlog and that they have no shortage of these parts. Sounds like my only option now is to complain through BBB and get my refund.

Was excited to find a dealer in Toronto that i did not have to pay border duties from.

Ordered procomp rims.
I received only 3 centre caps, one which wasnt matching other two.

Contacted them them day i received product, seemed like everything was under control. They gave me updates on process every couple days which seemed great. Then i havent heard anything for a month. Then they stopped replying to emails.
After spending over $1000 on rims, ypu would hope they would attend to your needs as quickly as possible. But once they received payment, they seemed to care less. Still havent received proper product.

I place my order over the phone with Duke and had a fantastic experience. He was able to get me the right exhaust system and it fit like a glove. Thank you so much for everything and I'll definitely buy again!

I placed an order on Wednesday, and no news about processing and shipping on Friday night. I tried to get in touch twice by email, no reply !!!

Finally, I called on saturday morning to get the tracking number, and ther problem is with the communication as they ship my order quite rapidly !!!
