I purchased a jacket from The Golf Club in the past and it was an excellent process. This time, there was a problem with the inventory, and they called me right away and took care of the problem promptly, including the refund process.

This is one of the few on-line club stores that will let you buy one iron from a set at a time. They are professional and efficient. My clubs come when they are scheduled and in the condition described. Awesome! I have used them before and will continue to use them.

I purchased the Nike VR blade 4 iron and wow it looks amazing. I bought it because I wanted to practice with a difficult club so that in time I could buy a whole set. It's not easy to make the transition from your most forgiving basic set, to a club that Tiger Woods uses. I will definitely purchase from this site again only because of how unique and great it is.

Ordered a 250.00 golf bag on 4/26/20 and its memorial day and I still havnt received the product OR has anyone contacted me as to the tracking or shipping date. Tried to call and email but cant get in contact with anyone. I feel as though I've been scammed!

I recently placed an order for some items that I really wanted for an upcoming golf tournament. The tournament was for the coming weekend and I placed the order on a Tuesday. I paid for two day shipping, but was still nervous my order would not make it in time. I called the 1-800 and spoke to Jeremy regarding my concern. He was understanding and told me he'd place the order immediately and let me know if there were any issues. Jeremy called me back within the hour and left me a message that one of my items was on back order and wouldn't make it by that Friday. I called back with another option from the website and left a message since it was after business hours. Jeremy called me back 10 minutes later to help me find another item in stock that he could ensure would make it to me by Friday. Absolutely incredible customer service. The Golf Club has definitely gained a new customer for my future golf related needs.

I ordered the spin milled vokey 2009 and got the 2012. I liked the non-conforming grooves and wanted it especially. I did howevere receive excellent customer service beyond the wrong club being delivered.

I ordered some replacement spikes and was told that they would be shipped in 2 days. When I did not see an updated status on the order, I did some further searching and found out that the Golf Club did not even have the spikes as they were on backorder. I only found out because I checked the order and ended up calling and was told that the manufacturer was shipping them right away and they should be at their location in a "couple of days". I do not find this to be good customer service and will not do business with this company again.

Every thing I expected from "The Golf Club" I ordered it on 12/23/09 and it was delivered on 01/07/09. With the Christmas and New Years Holiday I thought it would take a lot longer to arrive. It did not. Great Job!!! I will be back. I tried to buy this bag through e-bay, wasted a week bidding and then tried "buy it now": the bag was over sold and they canceled my order. Thank's to The Golf Club I paid the same price offered on e-bay and I won't be wasting my time on e-bay again.

I have ordered from The Golf Club twice within the past 3 months for a total of around one thousand dollars in Nike Golf attire. Every order has been delivered sooner than expected, authentic, professionally packaged and as advertised. I will continue to order and recommend The Golf Club to all my friends. I compare The Golf Club prices to local merchants and save around 25% on every item.

I ordered a pair of Footjoy Icon Asymmetrical golf shoes on Sunday and requested expedited shipping.

They were extremely nice on the phone (Monday morning) and I received the shoes in two days as requested. They look and feel great and at a super price.

I would definitely buy from them again.

Great company...nice people...great service...timely delivery with tracking number...was able to buy a set of the latest and greatest Taylormade 2010 R9 irons individually and get exactly the set I wanted instead of having to buy a set with one or two clubs I would never use...big money saver. It just doesn't get any better!!
