I booked via my mobile phone. After my payment was confirmed, the minimum height requirement disclaimer appeared, which was not there in the first place. We went to the pier with my family but my daughter was kindly rejected as she was below the min height requirement. They told us to email customer service for a refund. But cudtomer service rejected the refund that we should not booked the service and told us that it was our fault. what a shame! We were rejected due to safety measures which we understand and respect but I do not approve that we did not get our money back.

Good fun for 50 minutes, but it could be more action. Would be perfect if they served drinks onboard.

Enjoyable, but the actual time where the boat is at any speed is quite limited – less than 10 mins out of 50.

Very easy to book and the telephone operator was extremely helpful in re-booking the time of our trip due to timing issues with our train.

Highly recommend had a fantastic time it was a present for my birthday what a amazing day . The ride was fast , exciting a bit wet but loved it . Would do it again possibly when the weather is better it rain ☔️ all day but did not stop us doing the ride . Excellent **

By not letting people wait on the phone 50 minutes to book it
Not then having to ring the restaurant ( hoping they can fit you in at the time you want!! )

Took 3 attempts on the phone to book and waited an average of 35 mins to get through,
Although the speed boat experience was good fun it was supposed to be 50 mins and we were only out for 40 mins and only about 10 of then we’re at full speed, felt more like a river cruise, I understand other river traffic has to be taken into account but when we were at a clear area we didn’t stay there for very long, slightly disappointed

We were lucky enough to of picked probably the nicest day of November. Glorious autumn sunshine.The views were stunning & the staff were very friendly & helpful they helped make the experience special. When the speed picked up it was such a buzz. Only thing I would say is,we were told we would go to Thames barrier but we didn’t go that far!

I bought this experience as a present for my parent's anniversary. They had an absolutely fantastic time. They loved the service given, the atmosphere on board and the time spent on the water. Thank you for giving them a day to remember!

The weather wasn’t looking good but we was told the experience would still go ahead within 2 mins of setting off the heavens opened it was torrential the boat was going so fast the rain was hitting us so hard it was painful we wasn’t taken back & given a refund or a different date to go again we had the whole terrible experience for the full time we came off the boat like drowned rats & not at a happy. We was meant to be going to The Gherkin for Sunday lunch but had to get a cab all the way home to Buckinghamshire costing us £105 due to being soaked through to the skin even down to our underwear & freezing.
Awful experience.

I had a voucher from Virgin Experience Days. The administration staff were really helpful and had options for me to go on my preferred dates. They were really helpful. I would recommend using Thamesjet for this type of experience.

The first time I booked the experience the cruise was cancelled and I couldn’t get a refund on train tickets.
The second time I booked I was told the wrong time of the cruise so again, wasted money on train tickets.
Third time lucky to eventually secure a cruise two months late for my sons birthday and over £100 on train tickets.

This experience was for my 82 year old mum and my son aged 33. They both though the experience brilliant but the Booking Process is really not so good.

This trip was purchased for my mum’s 80th Birthday as she’s always been a bit of a thrill seeker! Easy booking process and well organised on the day. We enjoyed the ride but were the only two people on board for our trip and we did feel that perhaps the ride was a little tamer than it may have been if there had been younger people on board.
