Hey last summer I purchased a claddagh ring for my sister's birthday we spent out holidays in Ireland together. So wanted to buy something special. The service was really great. Placing the order was very simple. I did have some questions concerning the order. So I emailed. My email was answered very quick. So I am really pleased with the service. I will order anytime again.

I love my Claddagh birthstone ring that my husband gave me on Dec. 6th for my 70th birthday. I have wanted one for many years and now I proudly wear it each day. It is just beautiful and I am so happy that it actually came from Ireland.

My last two trips to Dublin included a visit to Claddagh Jewellers. Their collection has something for everyone in it. The workmanship is of the finest quality. After my last trip, I visited their website and ordered a pendant on line. It came quickly, was exactly as described, and I take great pleasure in wearing it and the other pieces I have purchased from this wonderful establishment. I would recommend it, without reservation, to anyone visiting the city of Dublin.

I bought a beautiful birthstone ring for my daughter (June amethyst with 10k yellow gold claddagh band). The ring had to be specially made and sized for a smaller hand, which the store was most accommodating. My daughter had emailed to check this could be done and both Facebook and email correspondence were more than helpful and polite. The ring came in record time despite being made and it fit perfectly. She was thrilled with it on Christmas Day. Very good service both answering enquiries and the order/ delivery aspect. Would highly recommend! Margaret and Chandrika Kanjee

BUYERS BEWARE: If you are in the US, their rings are 1/4 size smaller than actual US sizes. When asked to exchange, they wanted a fortune in shipping, handling and who knows what fees. Would NEVER buy from again! Had to order 5 times on website - kept getting errors. Emailed, never heard back. Poor customer service and not accurate sizing. There are much better jewelers in Ireland, with good reputation, service, website and products. Do your self a favor and shop elsewhere.

I bought a men's Celtic Knot ring at Claddagh Jewellers when I was in Galway, Ireland in 2015. I recently lost it and was devastated until I went online and found they had an online store. I ordered a replacement which wasn't exactly identical but it was close enough and it was still from the same store in Ireland where I purchased the first one. That was important to me. Ordering was quick & easy. About 1 week after the new ring arrived, someone found my old one in the parking lot where I work. It was pretty scuffed and somewhat distorted but I straightened and polished it and am now wearing both rings. Thanks for the great service.

I ordered my daughter’s claddagh ring for her 21st birthday and it came very quickly. It is a bright and beautiful ring and she is thrilled. The only down side was the ring box is cheaply made and it was ripped at the hinge in the back when it arrived making it hard to open and close. This only posed a problem when first presenting it to her. Otherwise beautiful jewelry!

Nice store in Galway, and if you don't have time to visit in person, the website is great. The items are described well, and the shipping is quick and reasonable. They have a great selection of tradition Irish designs, everything is very nice.

I was concerned that buying online from Canada might be difficult, especially with sizing outside of the range listed on the website, however the customer service was excellent, prompt and clear. It made the process comfortable and easy. I have already recommended Claddagh Jewellers to several people!

My wife and I purchased matching Claddagh rings in 14k rose gold to celebrate the renewal of our wedding vows on our 25th anniversary. We have 18k heavy yellow gold rings we had purchased from Follers in Galway years ago and are trending toward rose gold in most of our jewelry. These new rings are beautiful and of high quality, but are a little thin from what we are accustomed. I wish they were available in 14k heavy rose gold which I would gladly paid extra for the extra weight.
