Buyer beware, particularly if buying for a gift, bottle turned up with details gouged out of the bottle, when I queried they reakon they had never had a complaint like this. Rubbish! This looks like a parallel import? I wouldn’t buy from again or recommend this company

Ordered items : never got them shipping says it was delivered were to god knows . Was ment to send to nearereat parcel connect if no one was home to sign for item no one has any idea we’re item is . They told me to work it out with courier company not there problem and not responding to my messages robbed me !

It was pretty straight forward, I ordered the products filled in my details and paid by my card ,it stipulated 3 working days for the delivery was prompt ,except the courier person did not ring the bell or knock on our door as we also have intercom service ,just left by the door and left , fortunately we saw the cameras that someone in our front door .As we pay a phenomenal price for our products we expect at least a ring on the bell or s knock on the door, otherwise all was good .

Third purchase in a few weeks, answers the question if I’m happy with service! The only place I go to for spirits now! Drink society kicking goals.

Even though I received the wrong size product (750ml bottles instead of 1 litre bottles), which cost you your 5th star, I found the service easy to use with great prices (cheaper than duty free) and really excellent customer service. I will definitely use your company for all my premium spirit purchases in the future. Hopefully with no further pick errors.

I was amazed at the ease of ordering, the cost of the product was soooo reasonable and the delivery was expedient...what more could one ask for.
