Today 7/8/18 I had my solar hot water panels replaced. Great job done leaving no mess to clean up. Great friendly staff starting with reception thru to tradesman Highly recommend.

I had a problem with flow of hot water where the advise was to replace at a cost of $4500, I engaged another provider and was fixed for $100 as it was a simple blockage which was removed and now hot water flows strongly, very disappointed as they are prepared to rip off the customer, get another quote!

Quoted $90 for half hour and even though they didn't work for more than 45 minutes they charged an hour plus $20 for the certificate which was never sent anyway.
The guy that came stayed chatting and we couldn't get rid of him then he used the toilet for 15 minutes.

I would like to commend Andrew on the work he did for me today. He was professional and friendly and did a fantastic job keeping me informed on how the job was progressing and what was required. Andrew did a brilliant job. Thank you.

Ive used these guys 3 times now twice for a blocked drain and once for our new vanity in the bathroom, Such a neat and tidy finish and all the staff ive dealt with have been a pleasure to deal with.

Was told someone would be at my house at 3.30 waited nearly 2 hours for someone to show up to say we had a gas leak, charged $90, then sent someone out the next day to basically do the same thing still not resolving the problem but charging another $450. Complete rip off and waste of time, would not recommend this company.

I had a new hotwater system installed on Wednesday Monday morning not working. Called the gas and plumbing guys who installed it and they said not there problem must be a warranty problem call stiebel who make the hotwater system. Call stiebel who are in the east and they had gone for the day( us being in wa) rang the plumbing and gas guys back. They said they can come out at a fee but won’t touch the unit as it will void warranty . Not ever a week old and I don’t have hot water would not recommend

Had some plumbing issues over Easter weekend these guys answered their phone liaised with my tenant and fixed the problem in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this company

I had a new Electic water unit, came the nex day to install. Very courteous, informative and punctual a pleasure to deal with.

We had a water pipe unexpectedly burst in the roof space over the Easter weekend - I had water literally pouring through the roof into the house. The Plumbing and Gas Guys were awesome - came out basically straight away and fixed the pipe. Although it was a public holiday I was only charged standard rates. Due to the amount of water that poured in I was honestly expecting it to cost thousands, but I ended up paying only $200. Couldn't be happier - don't know what I would have done without them. This is the second time I have used these guys - the first time there was a small gas leak which was just a loose fitting - the guy didn't even charge me, only asked me to pay the call out fee. Friendly, honest and courteous - I would highly recommend these guy and I wouldn't use anyone else now.
