I placed my order at about 8am for collection and received and email telling me it was ready by 10am. The staff were lovely and polite. A fabulous shopping experience.

I have recently placed two orders and I am very pleased with all the products. From solid oils to soap moulds and beautiful fragrance oils . All good quality and packaged to a very high standard. Labels on all the products and batch numbers. Good quantities and prices. Soap bundles very nice and I find the information on their website containing recipes and instructions from start to finish extremely helpful. I think this is a great company for quality and service. Pity the postage couldn't be a bit cheaper but then the packaging is of a very good quality.

Generally very good service and quicker than first warning.bit more attention required when packing as void fill should be more in base of box to give cushion than in top which is mostly to hold items in place.it's why you put heavy items in first.

I love some of your products and I am a customer over 5 years. I did not receive my parcel yet unfortunately it should be delivered by Sunday ( express delivery) but we have Wednesday today and it is not with me.

Received my order today and pleased with no unnecessary plastic packaging (will pay more for premium glass bottles for future purchases to reduce this further. Good communication from company. Parcel was quite badly dented on arrival, but fortunately this hadn't damaged anything inside. Wasn't impressed with DPD courier who didn't like the damaged box being questioned (not The Soap Company's fault, obviously, but thought they should know).

I have had two orders from The Soap Kitchen and have found them both to be spot on. The products were well packaged and great quality. I had a question and called the company. They were very polite and helpful and I will use them again!

Order was partially cancelled 11 days after order was placed. If products aren’t available, they shouldn’t be advertised as for sale. Wasted precious time for a small business in hard times. Now my clients are unable to receive their products.

I ordered raw materials from The Soap Kitchen for the last 8 years. for my small cosmetic& soap business.The quality of products is excellent (and I really check and compare with other sources from time to time).The extra virgin olive oil, for example, is a real one:)
They also responded very quick with every question I had to ask.
Since I order internationally orders are always packed very well and they are delivered quick and safe.

It says on the website that it can take up to two weeks delivery but my soap came within a few days after I ordered it. I was very pleased.

I placed my order on 3rd June, to be advised on 10th June that when packing the main item was not in stock. I was not given the option to wait and reorder items at a later date. Therefore a part shipment is being sent, I will have to reorder the main item at a later date and pay for a second shipment of £7.50!
There is no facility in their ordering system for stock control, meaning that in effect customers are purchasing items that don't exist!
I will get a refund but this is not a good customer experience, had I known the item was not in stock I could have ordered elsewhere!

I like the products and whole ethos but twice now I have been waiting for an order and got a note AFTER the goods have been dispatched to say we didn't have x and have refunded you. Too late and frustrating for me! You need to sort this as you will lose customers
