The website gave me so much information that I didn’t hesitate to order. I appreciated learning the details of the products. Initially I was still debating whether to go with wool or not. I was convinced! Now I’m excitedly waiting for my Woolroom Bedding Set! Can’t wait to sleep away!

I love The Wool Room! My new wool and alpaca comforter is better than advertised. It is keeping my husband and I at a wonderfully moderate temperature as we sleep. We are very pleased with the product. The customer service and shipping were outstanding as well. Up to the minute updates during the order processing and shipment of my order. I can't wait to order more products from The Wool Room. Shipping to the US was a breeze and much cheaper than products sold in the US. I am a very, very pleased and satisfied customer.

I love love my new wool comforter. I ordered the Warm and it’s perfect Cozy warm clean. I also love the zip bag it came in. I have only highest praise for my first Wool Room purchase. And it arrived in less than a week. That’s across the pond. Impressive.

The issue started right after I nade the purchase. I wondered how an extra $30 was added to my charge and realized that had been tacked on for shipping with it not even showing up or having me select a shipping option. Then when I recieved it (not too bad of shipping time) I messed with the stuffing as it says to do to make it comfortable. I tried sleeping on it one night and ended up sleeping directly on the bed it was so uncomfortable. The next night I ended up on my boyfriend's pillow. The stuffing ended up on the opposite side of the pillow so it left my neck in a very uncomfortable angle. I contacted them for a return label (it says free returns on the website) and they then said I can't return it. I have no idea how you are supposed to see if a pillow works if you can't try and sleepbon it. Now I'm stuck with an expensive, gimmicky pillow that I can't return and have no desire to use. Perhaps the birds will have a use for the stuffing for their nests. I have not been this dissatisfied with a company before. Do not waste your money or time.

I will definitely order from The Wool Room again. The website descriptions were accurate, the products arrived in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. in less than 10 days. The communication emails about my shipment, tracking info, and expected delivery was timely. I appreciate the great service from 'across the pond.'. Cheers!

We visited the Wool Room’s shop near Ipswich, The Sleep Studio, on Tuesday afternoon and three hours later had ordered an Oxford mattress, divan and bedding! We were absolutely delighted with the service we received from Bob who was so helpful and patient during the course of a long afternoon. Not once did we feel rushed or under pressure and as I have complex physical problems I really did need the time to make sure we chose the right bed. Honest too which is so refreshing in today’s high pressure sales world. Bob even made us a cup of tea! A lovely shopping experience and well worth making the trip. They really do want their customers to walk out feeling happy with their decision.

Every summer we vacation in Europe. The comfy beds with all white linens are the best. I always come home and say I’m going to change our bedding and this year I finally did. The comforters from The Woolroom are exactly what I was looking for. Warm, weighty and not too thick. Looking forward to many more nights of comfort. I would recommend this product to others.

I placed my order almost a week ago and have received no email that it’s been shipped, when they expect to ship it, or why they haven’t shipped it. Just an order confirmation. I understand England has no Thanksgiving so I don’t understand the delay. And then I got an email today about how fast their shipping is.

I ordered a pillow after years of struggling to find a good one. Not sure this is the one. It's very firm despite the fluffing. I've removed quite a bit and even mixed with some shredded foam, but it still feels too firm for me. I did however really like the way it breathed.

Really pleased so far , fantastic as far as coping with hot flushes in the night and not being woken by them.Also warm enough for my partner on cold nights so good all round!

The medium weight duvet showed up to the US within 4 days of order and was of high quality. I love the history and timeless feel of sleeping under an ethically sourced UK flock. The feel and weight was outstanding and very sleep inducing with only cotton sheets and a latex mattress. Temperature regulation was quite noticeable and very even through the night. Loving it! Can’t wait to complete the set with a wool topper.

My merino wool throw if lovely and soft and lightweight but has given me extra warmth over my autumn wool duvet for the colder winter nights. I had very helpful advice on the phone before ordering and very pleased with free postage and efficient service.

I will be ordering a mattress protector and would also order a comforter but 86x86 does not work for me. I bought a king size pillow not realising that it was longer than a normal pillow, I thought it was thicker. I then had to get bigger pillow slips which made it a very expensive pillow. This should be made clearer on the website.
