Sorted my amazon suspension after 4 long days

Good customer service and good result shame it took one week to fix.

If i could give them 10 out of 5 i would as getting me back selling again has helped A LOT.

I was believing that i would never get to sell again. I used a more expensive service for a number of months first and did not get anywhere. I then decided to change, and this company came up and i'm so glad they did.

Will be telling everybody i can to use them.

I had a great experience with Thompson and Holt. Steven was supportive, he explained the process clearly and I had no issues with appealing. The adjustments that he advised I make on the account were worth implementing, and from his advice I have even now increased sales.

In December 2019, I got my Canadian marketplace deactivated due to infringement copyright violation. I also had $7200 CAD funds trapped within my seller account as well. So unless I was able to recover the account, those funds would have been lost and never retrieved ever again. Luckily, thanks to Laura at Thompson and Holt, she was able to formulate a strategy based on my unique situation and help me reinstate the account. It was a tough long battle but we didn't give up and eventually, we got the account back.

My advice to anyone who needs to get their account reinstated is to simply follow their directions and be competent. Don't give up. It took me 5 months to get this account back. Anything is possible. I was struggling with my account suspension for over 8 months with over $8k freeze in the account. I wish I had contact Thompson and Holt few months back when I learned there is service like this to help us appeal the right way. I was little concern about the result and the cost but this is really worth the money especially for those of you doing 6 figures a month. So Amazon suspended my seller account due to a complaint from a rights owner about 3 of my products. I even got the complainant to remove the complaints which had been made by mistake.

Getting Amazon to reinstate the account was something else. They just would not reply to my messages, so I decided to use a professional company to help me along with this.

Thompson and Holt seemed very professional and came back to me quickly and with the information that I required. So i decided to give them a go.

I signed up for the 24 hour service, and was advised that my details had been sent to a case manager who would start work on my case. Within 12 hours I had been contacted to request a little more information, which I provided straight away. 2 hours later I had my appeal.

I was a little nervous at this point as the appeal that was sent to me seemed totally different than the path that I had been going down. There were things that had been added in there that I wouldnt have thought about in a million years.

I didnt receive anything from Amazon in the first 24 hours, and was beginning to think that I had lost my money. Then 3 hours later I received the message that I had been waiting for telling me I had been reinstated.

The company worked to a really high standard, and got my account live again. Thank you for everything, and sorry for doubting you.

Reinstated within 2 days on first appeal by Thompson & Holt after having tried myself for 2 months with 3 failed attempts. Can definitely recommend.

Professional appeal and help received from Thompson and Holt service made a lot difference in my appeal ,Amazon replied in 2 days and my listing were again active ,before that I tried myself for 3 weeks with no luck..Would recommend using them if you have any of the above issues :account or listing suspended.
