This is a wonderful piece of history combined with a great story about young women having an adventure in New York City. I love the things that get left out of her letters home. It could be fiction as easily as biography. She's a really nice writer. You get a sense of life in a tight-knit Iowa town. I would really like to see more from Ms Hart about life in that area,...

***revised review from 1 star to 3 stars. I called back to talk to another rep named Tawanda. She turned out to be a hero & realized how heart broken I was. She got one time approval from her manager to replace the bracelet at no cost to me. Thank you to Tawanda! I'm glad I took a chance & called back. I received a infinite bracelet as a matron of honor gift mid-July 2019. It was beautiful and I was so happy with it as I would never spend money like this on myself. Sadly it broke, fell off and was lost forever shortly after I received it in September 2019. I was heart broken. In an attempt to hide the fact that my beautiful gift was lost, my husband re-ordered the same bracelet from a re-seller (as we could never afford this full price item, $225 for a simple bracelet). A few weeks have passed and this new bracelet BROKE AND FELL OFF to be lost forever AGAIN. Two different products and they both broke and fell off. I would also like to reiterate that I received my first bracelet in JULY! It fell off in September. New one was received October 1st and broke in a few WEEKS!!! I called customer support and nothing was done. They said they didn't have a lost and found policy but they were looking into using a different vendor, so clearly they have found problems with their current products and continue to sell them... I am so absolutely disappointed. This brand is supposed to be one of the best. Clearly it is A COMPLETE SCAM. I am so disgusted and will never support this brand again, who sells crappy and low quality items for hundreds and thousands of dollars. Will be reviewing the company wherever I can so others don't get screwed.

I went to this site years ago and purchased a sterling silver tiffany oval return to tiffany's necklace It was beautiful. I paid $ 300.00 for just the necklace. I wanted to buy the matching bracelet but never got around to it. Since then they have added so many new items, they are so beautiful that I wished I was still working. When I purchased my first item from them it was shipped to me very fast and was as brilliant as the pictures they show. They show the actual size and width of all of there items.They are pricey, But everybody should spoil there self sometimes. I love the return to tiffany sliver bead bracelet with the heart shaped charm in rose colored silver that says return to tiffany. About 5 years ago while I was still working they had not yet designed this new bracelet or I may have purchased it also. I hope everybody who see's this review visits the site, even if you can't afford it right now. It is nice to dream about it anyway. I had to save for along time to get my necklace. I still wear it to this day. I never take it off , never. I shower with it, I sleep in it. I even bought a cleaning cloth at a regular jewelry store to keep it clean. Tiffany's has been in business for years. they sell some of the finest jewelry I have ever purchased in my life. I have had my necklace for about 7 years now. This is for internal manufacturing at the Cumberland RI ( FHF) facility the Sr. director hired someone from his last facility to run the machine shop at the Cumberland facility her first day she needed to be told what a lathe was, nothing against her she was brought into the factory because she was a friend. fast forward three years and the failing department needed to be saved after repeated meeting with the director Danny B. what did he do, he blamed the manager from three years ago when the product was shipping in the 90% on time delivery now its between sub 40% and 70% when the scrap rate went to high in the facility he changed the way its reported to hid the scrap dollars. All this time he thinks the people who make the jewelry are not smart enough to figure his lies out.

I'm obsessed!! I love everything Tiffany, and their site makes it so easy to shop! I'm always looking for the next Tiffany piece to add to my collection! Everything they make is just....perfect!

When your wife wants that little blue box, you've got to give it to her. All my wife wanted for Christmas was to see that little blue box under the tree, so I went to the Tiffany site and ordered her a pair of earrings. It was a very merry Christmas.

Unfortunately, the "Tiffany" name is no longer what it used to be. Their website lies about their delivery dates in order to trick people into purchasing items that can't be delivered on time. According to their customer service rep, it takes them "10 business days" (~ 14 calendar days) to process their orders even though the date their website guarantees is less than a week away. I purchased a product online from them as a gift because their website told me it would arrive at least 5 days before I needed it. I sent them an email on the day it was supposed to arrive to inquire about the product's delivery status and mentioned I needed it in the next 5 days. After not receiving a response, I called the day before I needed it. The customer service representative told me the order was still being processed and wouldn't arrive until about 14 days after the day they originally told me. They took no responsibility for their product being delayed, even though the delay was caused by them taking weeks just to process the order. They refused to expedite the order, even though they were drastically wrong about their delivery date.I would expect this type of customer service from Walmart, but I was under the impression TIffany would be more accomodating.

I love their extensive collections, and also how there are affordable pieces as well as more indulgent items! I personally asked for a Tiffany ring for my recent 5th anniversary, and could not be more pleased with the platinum diamond ring my hubby picked out for me! Their diamond quality is phenomenal and I love Tiffany's overall!

I bought my wife a bracelet back in March 2020. I had the service dept in NJ size it down to 5.75 inch from 6.25 inches and when I got it in the mail they had made it 5.50 inches which was way too small. I shipped it back thinking they would measure what 5.75 inches looks like but guess what? They re-shipped me another bracelet measuring the same size of 5.50 inches. the guys can not measure , they obviously are stupid and I refuse to buy anything that needs servicing here. I would buy it, then get it to another jeweller who knows how to resize. What a waste of time and energy.

On DEC. 11th i had to undergo majior baack surgery.My wife was an angle thru it all ,waited on me hand and foot.Thats when i decieded to get her something special,an i love you gift.I found Tiffany &co. on line,found what i wanted in my price range,even spoke live with a consultant.The process was smooth...The gift arrived the day before valantines day.There is something special about that little blue BOX.Very pleased with the purchase,and the service....Ill do it again

I purchased a silver chain and pendant for my daughter for her birthday. The chain was such bad quality I swapped it for her as a felt embarrassed giving her such a low quality chain. My advice would be to not buy online and instead visit the store in person so you can check the quality.

If I could give 0 Stars I would, have been waiting since June 2018 for a replacement melody ring after a band snapped twice. Head of customer service in Old Bond street promised a new replacement, coming from the NY store, Why I have no Idea !, broken ring still with service dept, no response via e-mail or customer service, basically constitutes theft, we have nothing, and no response, bring back Ratners, at least they were honest !
