I’m so annoyed after paying next day delivery and ordering over £8,500 plus only from my new residence not to mention my old flat.. which is a lot more worth of products I’ve ordered with this channel their customer service is a sooo horrendous to say the least.. I’m chronically ill and a couple of their advisors have been so rude and not even let me finish asking about my enquiry for the expensive products I paid for.. what snowflake generation we live in.. that the advisors are the ones being rude the customer. Not dealing professionally with a query and cutting me off for voicing my concern of not receiving my products when they say I have. That’s stealing people’s money and not giving them their goods. Their supervisor surinder doesn’t even call back even after me chasing them on the phone for a week being promised to be called back. The other thing is the advisors taking the calls are making the customers look for the order no’s for products by streaming through every email when that is their job. They don’t want to listen to you and it feels like they’re all making judgments on you by sitting on their backsides bad mouthing customers if they get frustrated and show concern for their items not being received. Disgusting behaviour to be honest.. I’m left disheartened and astonished. They don’t even put you through to a manager and so you have no one to discuss your query. They make you feel like you’ve committed a crime for speaking. They tell you’re raising your voice or being rude just to threaten you for making them investigate the query. I really don’t deserve this kind of service a a valued and loyal customer. PLEASE DON’T BE ORDER FROM THEM

They were selling heated gillets, very recently ,,,vast numbers were sold ,,,and presenter state you buy the heat packs separate, ,,,,and yet the gillets numbers outwayed the number of heat packs of which you charge up ,plug in to jacket , so which such limited packs ,,,the jackets were just gillets, ,hundreds of people missed out on the packs ,and the gillets were not cheap ,,,disgusting

Partner bought me an engagement ring to replace my previous one, less than 24 hours later a, stone had fallen out and another is loose. It came with a certificate but that means nothing. Was told when I called that it can't be returned as the tag has been removed and would have to pay for repair. Disgusted ans very disappointed.

I bought a large ruby ring in 9 carat gold, early this year, I didn’t realise that the ruby had been glass filled, as it didn’t state this on the receipt or on the tv advert when I bought it, I have since contacted TJC and apparently it states on their terms and conditions that they can use a variety of processes! . I would still expect it to say what treatment had been done to my ring on the certificate. As I would have returned it. As it is too large for me I have tried to sell it, and was told by the buyer it was glass filled which I didn’t know. I paid £300 for this ring and can’t sell it for £100 , please don’t buy from them as they aren’t interested. It was over the 30 days so I can’t return it. I feel that they are misrepresenting what processes are done to the various stones they sell, as they don’t state exactly what has been done to your stone when you purchase it.

BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM TJC UK The ring purchased was return in 13 March 2019 my refund was not done and called few times on my last call I did inform then if my refund is not done I will issued a small claim court action. I have to take TJC to court and issue a bailiffs order again them, I received the original refund £163.33 today 21/5/19 and the court order was £380.47, this is not except able and I have request the bailiffs to collect the full refund for the order issued 23/4/2019 the company have been very disappointing to say. This the facts buyer be BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM TJC UK

Have spent over £22000 over the last 4 years but like others their service now is appalling. I have contacted them on several occasions with complaints and they do not even have the courtesy to respond. I will not be shopping with them again. Poor show TJC.

I cancelled an order straight away after ordering and phoned to check it had been cancelled and was told the money hadn't been taken then told my refund would be in 3 - 4 working days. 9 days in and no refund. Nothing but excuses when you phone the customer services team. You cannot speak to the Manager if you ask. No one phones you back. No one answers you're emails. It's pretty bad service and will never shop with them again. Very unhappy. It feels like stealing when people don't give you your money back.

i have been shopping with TJC for many years and no complaints really except once when gold overlay chains were not good. i received a refund lost the postage both times though but overall I find them good especially the beautiful throws and other textiles for the money .they are beautiful and good quality better than the stores on the high street I found customer services very good and i actually sent a message to say so .

Item ordered 11th September. Money taken from account 11th September. Now 18th September and no goods. Customer "Care" department rude and arrogant - say item was pre-order, (though not told at time). No idea when item will be in stock. It will take them a week to return money!!!!! I DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I bought a Opatra dermineck in late march 2018, and paid £250 for it but a few weeks later I saw it on their TV channel again at £199. I rang up to complain but they denied selling it at £199. They used to be very good but lately they are selling rubbish, their silver turns black within weeks.

Purchased for the first time this week and honestly it was not a good experience! I had a free voucher for all day delivery and used it but the final order that day did not automatically remove the p&p. Spoke to customer services who made out they were doing me a huge favour removing the p&p even though I had spoken to customer services before making my multiple orders and was guaranteed there would be no postage charge whatsoever all day if I continued to add to my online order which I had done. Furthermore, I had spoken to a customer service adviser and was told an item had been cancelled only to discover a few days later, it had not. Their attitude was just not good - very non-caring and placing blame on the customer immediately until you can evidence it was not your fault which, thankfully in my case, I could. Also I was concerned there is no mention of ETHICAL MINING on their website - not even when I Googled it later could I find any info on TJC and ethical mining - which is a big thing for me so this was another reason I will not be purchasing again from TJC.

I have 2 orders through TJC that have had budget payments made and orders cancelled and never despatched - however just get tons of excuses and aren't refunding just robbing me off with process excuses!! Their jewellery is great but admin refunds are appalling- time waiting to connect on calls is disgusting too!!

Ordered on Monday morning and paid extra for next day delivery, by Tuesday afternoon I was getting concerned as the £300 item had not been dispatched and I wanted it on Wednesday to give my partner as a gift on the Thursday morning so I gave them a ring and was told it "should be dispatched today". Early evening came and I checked again to see it had still not been dispatched and gave them a ring again to find out it was not being dispatched so I cancelled the order. I rang them Wednesday morning to see if there was any option for a timed etc delivery if I paid extra but the telesales person was no help and was told I was better off sourcing one locally. I wasted two days waiting for them when I could have sourced elsewhere and had only a few hours to find a replacement. Please do not waist your time or money if you are in a rush or if you want to deal with a company with compassion.

Bought a Rachel Galley pendant in January this year, only worn a handful of times and most of the gold overlay has all but rubbed off, some parts are nopw completely silver. Spoke to customer services and they said it was my fault probably down to my wearing perfume or moisturiser!. I only wore it long line over clothing!!!! They said I could send it back for re overlay but I would have to pay. Would I buy Rachel Galley designer jewellery again, deifintely NOT

Paid for a nearly 1300 pound illiana 18k Rose gold 5ct morganite ring.. Recieved ring but no certificate.. Rang to get certificate sent and recieved a tjc one not an illiana.. Rang again waiting on an illiana one for nearly 3 weeks try to ring again and my number is blocked.... Dnt think I'll be buying from here ever again
