I bought a Xiaomi Scooter Pro. It was delivered very fast. Less than 2 months latter it stopped working though. After more than 2 months sending emails to customer service and they replying me with stupid questions instead of offer me a solution, I gave up. I had to fix it by myself.

Dodgy and irresponsible seller, the infrared thermometer is seriously out of range, I was asked to filmed and post on YouTube to show the seller how it doesn’t work, which I think it’s an invasion of privacy, I did it anyway and send them the link, then the seller ask me to return the item In original packaging in order to get a refund, it cost me AUD21 to send the parcel. I am so annoyed and frustrated, this company is based in China/HongKong but kinda disguised themselves like they are locals.

Good looking website, But that doesn't help if they never deliver your order. After 2 months I'm still waiting on this order. They have responded to each email, the last response was 2 weeks ago when they said, "In transit, be patient".

I ordered an inexpensive webcam earlier on in the pandemic. It took a long time to arrive from China, which was understood. Now that I have the item, it's a useless piece of junk. Nothing happens when you plug it in and the instructions are minimal. It's obviously just supposed to look like a webcam, not actually supposed to work. Fortunately the item didn't cost much, but I have learned my lesson to Google companies before ordering in the future. Scams seem to be rampant nowadays.

I got some wireless earphones from them. In less than a month they were faulty. The left piece was disfunctional and wouldn't charge. I wrote to them asking either for a replacement or money back. They asked for a video. Now tell me how you video an earpiece not charging??? I sent them a photo. Nothing heard... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE.

Warranty issues and BAD customer service. The twelve months warranty is a lie. Practically unused gimbal, when started using, went south in about two weeks. Just stopped mid recording, never turns on anymore. Customer service, Steven, who I think is an algorithm, answers. Asks for video. I send him. He doesn't answer for a week, then tells me to do this and that. Item still won't work so I try to apply my warranty rights. It seems tho this Steven cannot comprehend the word. They offer me 5$ as partial refund. From 66.. I say that's a joke. We work it up to 15, I keep telling Steven I want vouchers as I need a new gimbal and I'm willing to buy it from Tomtop. Now we are back to square one. 5$ his offer again. After 15$ yesterday. Tomtop is a SCAM. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN AU, an artificial UNintelligence. The item looks great, you can use it few times then it just stops and no money no gadget.

Sent me the wrong esc. Wanted me top pay for return shipping. I've never heard of a business expecting the customer to pay for the sellers mistake. Very shady. I emailed them and sent all the photos and they still never sent me a replacement or partial refund. They discovered a loop hole. They know it's not worth paying for the return and they know the bank and paypal will do nothing. Total scam artists.

I ordered something from them over a month ago. They keep saying my address is wrong. Its the only address I have!! They sent me a picture and said it was of Google maps. It was actually a picture of a little kid with its back towards the camera. I still haven't received the item or a refund. I would not recommend buying from this place!!

An absolute joke of a company. I ordered a Phaewo e-scooter which arrived faulty. Within days of riding it, it developed all sorts of issues that eventually resulted in it ceasing to work altogether. Communication with TomTop was challenging at best and incredibly frustrating. They wanted videos which I sent only to be told that they would only accept videos uploaded to YouTube. I was then accused of miss use and the warranty would not be honoured as a result. I was then told to take it to a local repair shop to get it fixed (they were allegedly going to pay some of the cost). Sadly, it still could not be fixed. TomTop then said that the only way I was going to get a refund was to return the scooter to them in it’s original condition and packaging. Seeing as it had now been accessed by a repair shop, and not in the original condition/ packaging, this was going to be impossible. Also, a quote to ship it back from the UK said it was going to cost more than the scooter itself. Use this company at your own risk. They are crooks. UPDATE...After asking me to contact them following this review, they then again accused me of damaging the scooter myself and said that my request for a refund did not constitute a ‘normal’ psychological frame of mind...it’s up to you but these are thieves con artists.

Out of 10 paid orders, 4 never arrived. One was repaid. They owed me about 26 euros. Do not allow post or complaints on the website. The indication of the 180 days to complain does not exist in the conditions and guarantees that can be read on the website. Really something to take into account ... I purchased this electric bike spent £620 in may and four months later the motor stopped working despite sending over 20 emails to this fraudulent company not getting a proper response I’m within my warranty rights and they wouldn’t take no responsibility at all and telling me i need to replace the motor myself i have taken the bike to two different bike repair shops and both confirmed it’s manufacturing issue still won’t take responsibility these people are the worse people DO NOT BUY nothing from TOMTOP they need to be stopped immediately i will sue them this is outrageous

SCAM They will respond to this review saying sorry contact us to help. They DO NOT HELP. They sent me an item I evidenced to them I did not receive and they have it, as there was an error in the shipment process and it was sent back to them. Tomtop is a Scam Seller! Never trust them if you don't want loose money! I made a purchase from tomtop . com, received the products were not working, not as described, and useless, send emails, photos and videos to the seller as they requested, but did not workout, I requested for refund, they finally agree to agree refund after I send back the products back to them at my cost and they received the products. They give me the address in China was not a valid one as I checked, and the shipping cost will be much high than I paid for the products if I use UPS to send the products back to China. I tried to contact Paypal, but could not reach customer service due to Covid-19 pandemic. In summary, this is a scam seller, who sell useless trash as good products with high price to make money, but the buyer will loose money and time, and never get refund and will loose more money if you send it back at your cost.

Awful service. Ordered a 3D printer in April, they didnt dispatch it until 10 days later, and 2 different people lied to me (twice) about the dispatch date. When it finally arrived (in June) it was faulty. I was told I couldn't return it, so set about trying to fix and upgrade it. I've had 2 technical specialists attempt upgrades, it's cost me more in repairs and upgrades than the printer did itself, and it still isn't fixed. I bought a different printer from someone else, it arrived within 3 days and has been perfect.

Do not buy from this site if you are in the UK, not only will it take ages to get to you, but whatever you buy will be rubbish, and they won't help you.

By mistake they send to me wrong model. Ordered was bike computer Xoss G+(In pictures and description is G+model), but they sent simple G model wich is with less functions and without Ant+ support. Offered only 4$ refund or full refund only when i return order and return costs must pay by myself (more than half of item value). So didnt recomend-about they mistakes they didnt take liability. Very sad and bad expirence to me here.

As i see on answer, tomtop till today did not understund their mistake. In product description and photos is G+ model WITH Ant+ function. But they sent G model wich is WITHOUT that!!! Many e-mails was sent to they CS, with pictures, and proofs, but they didnt understand or didnt want understand.

Scam company I see now It is my duty now to stop customer to spending money to this scam company. I purchased thermometer after 2.5 month arrived in damaged box, no battery, I install battery and NOT WORKING, I contact PayPal since the company does not do anything about it, PayPal got involved the Tomtop agree to refund the money since they know will cost $35 to ship it back! So $44.95 I paid for if send it back then I get my money does not make sense. I start to published review to let people to know this people are scam, then Tomtop ask for video to be sent to the, before they asked for picture and they got it nothing happened, simple they think People of other country are stupid and this way they are making Money.

Order number AN19B03T3520-21SWW2 My drone battery was sent after 9 days and it was faulty / defective / dead. As requested, I sent a detailed description and a video to the company. Kelly, in the warehouse customer service said I must pay the return shipping cost (€25) or they would offer me €4 for me to get it repaired. This was then increased to €7 and the to 50% which is €20.12. After 3 days of arguments, several e-mails, and only after I posted negative reviews and threatened a Paypal claim, the company agreed to a full refund, but would not reinstate the points I used to part pay for the order, so I did not get the "full refund" promised. . If you want to risk a purchase from this dispicable company, then you should use Paypal, which gives protection. If you encounter a problem, then contact Tomtop customer service. If they mess you around, then post negative reviews everywhere and threaten to file a Paypal dispute. This will get their attention. If you do not get satisfaction, register the problem with Paypal, who will review the case and has the power to refund you. If you register the problem with Paypal, DO NOT CLOSE the file unless the case is resolved to your satisfaction, as once closed, the file cannot be reopened. I have had other successful purchases from Tomtop, but when things go wrong, their back up service is terrible. They will try everything to avoid responsibility and will try to intimidate. Stand your ground and you will eventually get what you are entitled to.

Ordered a board game and paid additional $15 for priority shipping (3-6 business days). Item has taken 14 days to get to me and is still not yet delivered. I believe they did not use priority shipping at all. Contacted them about partial refund and have been ignored. Don't shop here it is not worth it since items are shipped from China it can take a long time getting through customs. Fedex teacking shows that my item has been jumping from Cali to Nevada to Utah to Colorado to Missouri before being sent to my actual state. That is NOT priority shipping.

Beware - I paid for 'Duty Free Shipping' at £11.17 and when the item was received, Royal Mail charged a further £11.40 in customs duty. TomTop offered £6 and would not compensate the full amount. Opened a PayPal dispute however they do not cover postage / customs so dispute was not allowed. This transaction has cost me £22.57 and TomTop will not refund. Do NOT trust 'Duty Free Shipping'. I have been advised to contact Trading standards as it is illegal to charge for a service and for this not to be provided.
