Ordered the 8ft Telstar Vortex trampoline for our 6yr & 4 yr old daughters and they absolutely love it (as does their 12 yr old big brother). Keeps them entertained for hours. Think it was the best purchase we ever made for them.

Appears on website 2 day delivery maybe 3 took 6 days was then left outside front of house when delivered with no note through the door or text. Instructions not the best said zip in middle which we took to be the end of zip where the zipper is but no it meant the straight line part took an extra twenty minutes to then correct.

We ordered the trampoline on Wednesday for our granddaughter's birthday on Saturday. They said it would be dispatched the next day with 24 hour delivery. However, they then phoned back to say they would make a special effort to dispatch on Wed as that would give an extra day in case anything went wrong. In the event 2 boxes arrived on Thursday and the third box was not delivered until Friday. If they had not made this special effort then we would not have had it in time. The trampoline is brilliant and the children love it

I have only just (yesterday) got around to erecting it, due to all the wet weather. It came promptly when ordered; the instructions for putting it together were clear; it has already provided my granddaughter and a friend hours of fun and exercise.

Excellent service and very speedy delivery for the trampoline however the assembly team is a shambles had to chase them up several times and then was told that I would have to wait three weeks for it to put up! The husband ended up putting it up himself however we did get a refund which was very quickly dealt with

The Tracking stated that our order was due to be delivered on 22nd September. We waited in all day on 22nd September for the delivery. It was not delivered.

I checked the tracking, and it stated that it was delivered and signed for, in my name (Wilson ) on 22nd December. This was a Lie. The order was not delivered on 22nd September.

It was delivered on 23rd September, and the driver told my son, that it did not have to be signed for, as it was already signed. Another Lie.

Fantastic trampoline the kids love it and say it’s the best bounce We have the 15 ft x 10 ft . Excellent service & free installation .

I only received 2 out of 3 of my packages. I contacted Sam and he provided excellent customer service, and he quickly resolved the problem. He provided regular updates as to what was happening with my missing parcel. I would gladly recommend this company to my friends.

Delivery was ok but slightly later than expected (about 2 days late). However we were kept in touch and advised it was due to adverse weather conditions. All in all we were very happy with the communication and the service and would definitely use Trampolines Online again.

All went well - Ordered it on 25th April. Advised of delivery and installation date on 1st May. Installed on 3rd May. Its big and bouncy. Simples.

Unfortunately they informed me the trampoline was out of stock an informed me it would be arriving into stock the following Tuesday and would be delivered Wednesday/Thursday

It was a very good experience delivery was quick and I always knew where my trampoline was and when it was going to be here only thing I would say is it definitely takes longer then what was said I would say at least three hours to build that is with two of us

We ordered the 9ft x 13ft Vortex black trampoline, came in 3 boxes with clear instructions (though a youtube video still came in handy). It took about 3 of us 2 hours to build and everything was present.
Trampoline is great and has been tested by children and adults alike and found to be really safe and a great bounce.

The only reason this hasn't got 5 stars is actually down to the delivery company - never heard a peep from them no notifications of received, out for delivery or even delivered - though they did leave it in a safe place I would have felt much more comfortable knowing the status

Ordered 12ft Telstar trampoline just before midnight and it got delivered the next day. Delivery guys really helpful and trampoline packaged well. Assembled trampoline with no problems, great value for money, awesome trampoline and awesome company. Would recommend with no hesitation!

I placed the order, got an email confirming the order, and a couple of days later another email to arrange installation. The installation service was exceptional! Very quick, and very well done. Trampoline feels well put together.
Trampoline looks exactly the same as it does on the website. The customer experience is spot on. Completely recommend the product and the service.
