Very easy website to negotiate, easy to place order. Product shipped quickly and received in a very timely manner. I like the fact that many of their products are MADE IN U.S.A. I will most definitely purchase from TRICK TOOLS again.

I would recommend Trick Tools to anyone at this point. The HEM saw was recommended on a tool forum with a link to your site. I had done 2 days of research and still had questions. I clicked on the phone icon on my mobile device and had my call answered by a gentleman who not only offered to assist me but also knew the product well. I asked my questions and received information that sealed the deal on me placing an order.

The site is well designed and easy to navigate, and the customer service is great on the phone. Real people who are familiar with the products, helpful and easy to talk with. The only thing difficult about Trick Tools is the HUGE selection of products!

I ordered the 105HD bender and 4 sets of dies along with the bend tech software. I gave 5 stars on everything even tho my dies seemes to be incorrect for whatever reason, I contacted them and they immediately responded with potential fixes, and then sent me new correct parts. Very happy with the customer service and my products.

Great experience! I had been looking for some sheet metal equipment at many different locations but selection was poor. I went to Trick Tools and they have a large selection of difference models. I had a simple problem with my web order so called directly. My order was taken quickly and my parts shipped off the next day.

Over all my experience with customer service was phenomenal being new to bending Dustin and others have always helped get the correct dies for the job that I'm doing and have answered the questions promptly and with true knowledge. So long as this keeps happening I'll be a customer for life.

When I first called sales to purchase the belt grinder attachment the sales person was very helpful and advised me on what to check on my grinder to make sure the attachment would install and work properly. I thought that was great customer service. Making sure the product would work with my application as advertised.

Mike in sales helped me out with buying a larger Build Pro Max welding table. I asked about price match and they were very fair with it. He was very professional and helpful when it came to my purchase. I would definitely buy from them again. Customer service is a big deal to me, and this company did great. Easy to navigate the website. Website has a decent selection of quality equipment with a good amount of info for each item being sold to give the shop the info needed to make a decision. I've also spoke to Dave on a couple of occasions and he is away quick to respond good answer.

Staff is by far some of the most helpful and kind people in the industry, no tuff-guy know-it-all attitudes, they are always happy to answer questions from the noob to the experienced fabricator. Their support is awesome as well and if you ever have any issues with a product you purchased they always do their best to take care of you. Your money is well spent here!

I watched as the metal chop saw was demoed at Goodguys show. The saw has performed well as expected. The staff was very helpful and didn't try to over sell. Questioned how it would be used and assured me the smaller ( cheaper ) saw would fit my needs. This year I purchased the pick up magnet that I wished I had gotten last year. Once again a good experience, brought one to the show the next day for me to pick up.

Mike was very helpful to get me a quick quote and expected ship date for the products we required. Other vendors here in Canada were less than helpful and I would recommend Trick Tools for all of your Build Pro and Stronghand Tool needs.

Check out was a bit clunky as the shipping charges did not update quickly. Likely due to internet issues on our end. Happy customer overall and am impressed with the overall array of tools that are carried! I will certainly be back for future needs for our shop!

Website is easy to use, had no difficulties finding g what I needed, looking forward to putting the truck tools bender to use for my fab business that’s now goi g to expand to custom roll cages and light weight structures for automotive, drag racing, etc!

Seems like the website is a lot better than it was. Fast and clean. I shop a ton of websites online and this was definitely one of the easier ones. Seemed quite intuitive and user friendly. I barely had to think and give it special attention in order to complete my order.
