I saw other reviews about this company that were negative and I can't speak for their experiences, but I can say that I placed a large order for multiple items right before Christmas and already received the order. So they delivered on there promise to send me what I ordered in a timely manner. But I did notice a negative and that was that they don't provide you with tracking automatically and don't want you to contact them until 10 business days after order if you had problems. They really need to work on their customer service if they want more business, but they had great prices on what I needed.

Ordered item on Monday July 15th and told it was in stock and would be shipped and I would have it by the weekend. When Friday rolled around and no tracking number had been received I called as directed and message says you cant call you have to email...

Emailed and return message said item was on backorder and "should be shipped" by the 31st. Contacted Salesman (Scott) on Monday the 22nd who checked and said something had happened but he would order one from another source and I should have it by the weekend (sound familiar?)... Now it is Tuesday the 30th and after two calls yesterday with no return and being told today they didn't even know if the item was in stock, and how could they know if it would ship by the 31st as tomorrow is the 31st??? I have lost hope and demanded to be transferred to a supervisor and you guessed it, got a voicemail and left a message which I don't expect to get a return call from.

DON'T CHANCE buying from these people, if they had just told me they didn't have it in stock or even waited to bill till the item shipped perhaps I may see this in a different light.I am willing to bet that if I get my money back it will take longer than they have had it to see it back but they got it IMMEDIATELY when the order was placed.

Cancel the order. Will never deal with this outfit again and

I talked to them on the phone about ladders racks, told them year and make of truck, (sure they will work on your truck) WRONG. Ship them back orignal box no damage and now they charge 20% restocking fee when the first guy said there would not be a restocking fee. Don't deal with these people.

ordered a bak flip top 733.00 on feb 6 feb 21 still not shipped.Wont give any info why just shipper has not shipped it.Almost impossible to talk to anybody.Investigated where they purchase the product it was a company in calif.contacted the company for info and told me they have issues with this company that have to be settled before shipment.And truck add on hit my credit card for full amount.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.ONE STAR RATE IS TO HIGH

I ordered Huskey Liners back in April from them. After three months I cancelled the order and to this day they still have not returned my money to paypal. Dont buy anything from this company they are the worst truck and car parts company on the web.

I wish I had checked the reviews first on this merchant. I received 1 of 2 items within the first week of the order. When the 2nd item didn't arrive within 3 weeks I emailed them and was told it would ship out that day. After 10 days and still no item I called them and the girl told me she had to speak to her supervisor and would call me right back. I never received a phone call or email. I called them back after 10 days and ask to speak to the girl's supervisor and after being put on hold for 15 min. I was told they would expedite the item and I would receive it in 2 days.

Do yourself a big favor and order elsewhere, I certainly wish I had.

My son ordered fender flares for his 93 Chevy K1500, when they arrived, they did not fit. We contacted CS to see if there was a mistake, they said there wasn't, we asked questions and got no real answers and when we returned the items, they stated they were not only going to make us PAY to return the items, but they were going to charge us for the FREE SHIPPING THEY OFFERED IN THE BEGINNING!! REALLY?!?! not to mention they could take up to 20% off the refunded amount to cover "restocking" really people? I requested a manager contact me at least twice and NEVER received a call from them. I will certainly think twice before I deal with this company again. What a rip off, I paid 95 dollars to ship the boxes back and they were going to deduct and additional 95 to cover their "free shipping!?" that is just Bullshit where I come from and I will make sure everyone knows it in the car customizing community here in Southern NV!

I purchased a Tonneau Cover on on 3/2, called to check the status of the order on 4/3. The customer service rep said it was on backorder, so I cancelled the order. On 4/12 the item showed up at the house and my card had been charged. I called Truckaddons again and told them I cancelled the order on 4/3, the response was "ya, what's the problem". The problem was I cancelled it and you shipped it anyway. Randy Foley, the Returns Manager (who was rude and very obnoxious) said "if you don't want it, pay to ship it back and we'll refund you the purchase price" No way, I cancelled this order prior to it leaving your warehouse and had the email confirmation to prove it. After arguing with their returns manager for 20mins, he finally did what was right and issued an RGA number so it could be returned at their expense, because after all it was their mistake. Bottom line is Truckaddons customer service was sub par at best, I would not recommend doing business with them. I sure won't!

I purchased 4 rancho shocks from them on 2/23/10 and received the first two shocks (not even boxed together) about 2/28/10 and they were the wrong shocks. So I called up the 800 number and spoke with Michelle and she told me she would put in the return request for me and that I needed to send them back with the return number. (No problem, things happen right?) Wrong I didn't hear anything for almost a week, so I called back and got someone different, she said you have to fill out the form online and that they couldn't do anything till I did that. So I did that and waited another day, then sent the wrong shocks back with original invoice return sticker on it. I waited almost another week and still hadn't heard from them. I emailed them and told them i had sent them the wrong shocks back and that they should have received the wrong ones back by now. I got a reply finally that said they couldn't find them, where did i send them to? (are you kidding me its their own printed return sticker, where the hell else would it go?). Baffled and also at work I had my Wife call and see what was going on and Mr. Foley their returns manager who was very rude and ill manored toward my wife told us to get a refund we would be charged a restocking fee of 20%!!! I didn't get the order wrong and I sure cant use the wrong shocks, but I need to pay to restock their mistake??? I wouldn't think so, I have reported them to BBB and other state agencies. Its been 12 business days since I originally ordered my parts, and guess what: STILL NO PARTS AND STILL NO REFUND. If you are planning to buy anything from these guys I would just shop at another place and save yourself the headache of being pushed around, getting the wrong parts, having them treat your loved ones like crap, take your money and still not provide you with the product that you paid for charge you to make their mistake right? All I can Say Is RIPOFF CENTRAL!!!

On Oct. 13, 2007, I ordered a DualLiner pickup-bed liner. Credit card charged on Oct. 16, 2007.

The DualLiner bed liner comes in five parts, clearly described and pictured on their web site:
• One "load guard" (front of bed) piece
• Two side pieces
• One tailgate piece
• One bed mat

Received PART of the order within 10 days. There were four pieces, everything EXCEPT the bed mat in one box. The box was not big enough to hold the bed mat too, so I thought it would come in a separate box. It has not.

Went to Order Tracking - told them that the bed mat had not arrived. Got an e-mail back that said I did not order the bed mat - I had ordered the DualLiner bed liner. E-mail marked "CLOSED".

Sent another e-mail explaining that the bed mat is one part of the DualLiner bed liner. Got another e-mail that said "Sir - I don't think so." E-mail marked "CLOSED."

Sent two mor e-mails asking for an answer. They are ignored.
Wrote a letter - ignored

They have my money. I do not have what I paid for. Why won't they answer

On Nov 13th, I placed order P0098719 with TruckAddons. I received a confirmation email on Nov 18th, 2011. Six items were on the order, including a pair LED tail
lights listed at 196.22 USD.

My credit card was charged for the order. On Dec 13th, I received a notification that one item in my order had shipped(hitch cover light). On
December 24th, I received another notification that another item had shipped(mud flaps). This was all the correspondence that was received.

I eventually received all
the items on the order except the LED tail lights. On December 22nd I called the contact number for TruckAddons. I spoke with Wesley, who did not know the status of
the balance of my order, but committed to followup with the manufacturer.

On December 29th, I called Wesley to follow up, as I still had not received any
correspondence. Again, some time passed with no further correspondence. January 3rd, I called Wesley, and left a message. My call was not returned. I called back
and asked for the customer service manager, and the response was that the manager was on lunch, and that I should call back at a later date.

January 6th, I called to
follow up, and spoke with Rosa. Rosa told me that the item had in fact shipped and the shipment had been refused, but no further details were available. She
transferred me to Randy, who gave the tracking number for my order.

Randy then dismissed my concerns and explained that the item was on the way. I inquired as to
the whereabouts of my item and asked the reason for the previous lack of information. Randy indicated that my shipment was somewhere between Kentucky and
Paisley Ontario, and that it should be arriving any day. I requested a refund. The response was that a refund would be provided once the item was shipped back to the
manufacturer.

I stated my discontent and mentioned that I had paid shipping insurance on my order, and suggested that the insurance charge should cover the cost of
the lost item. Randy reiterated that there was nothing more that he could do for me.

Attached is the report submitted to Better Business Bureau, as well as a link that should have influenced my retail decision.

Why are so many online retailers so eager to help until they have your funding, after which time all the promises of customer service go out the window?

I ordered truck parts for my husband for Valentine's Day. I have tried multiple times to reach them via phone and email and can't get a response from anyone. They wasted no time taking my money but I haven't received anything from them except the first email confirming my order. DO NOT PURCHASE from these people. Ordered floor mats 1/17. Several phone calls was told they would ship "tomorrow". Never shipped. 3/1 called and was given to a very snotty girl who didn"t know how to handle the question. Told her to cancel the Order. Ordered from TSE truckstuff 3/1 received item 3/3

i recently purchased Ballastic Havoc rims and a black Chevy Emblem from them for a total for about $500. i made the mistake of not looking at reviews of the site until after purchasing them and to say the least i got very nervous about the site. right after i made my order i got to emails saying my order went through and they seemed very friendly and pretty professional. they said the would send me an email when my order was shipped out. about 6-7 days went by and i never got an email so i called them. on the phone they were very nice and straight to the point. but they sent me to the shipping department where disappointingly they told me that my order was on a 60 day backorder, i was pretty mad that i was not notified of this when i purchased my order or at least with the next 6-7 days of my order going through. so i ended up going online to their website and canceling my order and they didnt charge me any fees. other than them not telling me about my order being on backorder i was satisfied with my experience. prices were very good as well and shipping costs were reasonable.
