Emailed and return message said item was on backorder and "should be shipped" by the 31st. Contacted Salesman (Scott) on Monday the 22nd who checked and said something had happened but he would order one from another source and I should have it by the weekend (sound familiar?)... Now it is Tuesday the 30th and after two calls yesterday with no return and being told today they didn't even know if the item was in stock, and how could they know if it would ship by the 31st as tomorrow is the 31st??? I have lost hope and demanded to be transferred to a supervisor and you guessed it, got a voicemail and left a message which I don't expect to get a return call from.
DON'T CHANCE buying from these people, if they had just told me they didn't have it in stock or even waited to bill till the item shipped perhaps I may see this in a different light.I am willing to bet that if I get my money back it will take longer than they have had it to see it back but they got it IMMEDIATELY when the order was placed.

Do yourself a big favor and order elsewhere, I certainly wish I had.
The DualLiner bed liner comes in five parts, clearly described and pictured on their web site:
• One "load guard" (front of bed) piece
• Two side pieces
• One tailgate piece
• One bed mat
Received PART of the order within 10 days. There were four pieces, everything EXCEPT the bed mat in one box. The box was not big enough to hold the bed mat too, so I thought it would come in a separate box. It has not.
Went to Order Tracking - told them that the bed mat had not arrived. Got an e-mail back that said I did not order the bed mat - I had ordered the DualLiner bed liner. E-mail marked "CLOSED".
Sent another e-mail explaining that the bed mat is one part of the DualLiner bed liner. Got another e-mail that said "Sir - I don't think so." E-mail marked "CLOSED."
Sent two mor e-mails asking for an answer. They are ignored.
Wrote a letter - ignored
They have my money. I do not have what I paid for. Why won't they answer
lights listed at 196.22 USD.
My credit card was charged for the order. On Dec 13th, I received a notification that one item in my order had shipped(hitch cover light). On
December 24th, I received another notification that another item had shipped(mud flaps). This was all the correspondence that was received.
I eventually received all
the items on the order except the LED tail lights. On December 22nd I called the contact number for TruckAddons. I spoke with Wesley, who did not know the status of
the balance of my order, but committed to followup with the manufacturer.
On December 29th, I called Wesley to follow up, as I still had not received any
correspondence. Again, some time passed with no further correspondence. January 3rd, I called Wesley, and left a message. My call was not returned. I called back
and asked for the customer service manager, and the response was that the manager was on lunch, and that I should call back at a later date.
January 6th, I called to
follow up, and spoke with Rosa. Rosa told me that the item had in fact shipped and the shipment had been refused, but no further details were available. She
transferred me to Randy, who gave the tracking number for my order.
Randy then dismissed my concerns and explained that the item was on the way. I inquired as to
the whereabouts of my item and asked the reason for the previous lack of information. Randy indicated that my shipment was somewhere between Kentucky and
Paisley Ontario, and that it should be arriving any day. I requested a refund. The response was that a refund would be provided once the item was shipped back to the
manufacturer.
I stated my discontent and mentioned that I had paid shipping insurance on my order, and suggested that the insurance charge should cover the cost of
the lost item. Randy reiterated that there was nothing more that he could do for me.
Attached is the report submitted to Better Business Bureau, as well as a link that should have influenced my retail decision.

Why are so many online retailers so eager to help until they have your funding, after which time all the promises of customer service go out the window?
