I bought a Tesla Model S from Saxton4x4. I was assured by the dealership, through their advert, verbally by the Salesperson and the fact that they specialise in 4x4 cars, that it was the dual motor 85D 4-wheel version. When I took delivery it transpired that it was the basic 2-wheel 85 version. The difference between the versions is £5000. The dealership have yet to give me a satisfactory resolution to my complaint.

I bought a 2007 Mercedes CL 63 AMG from Saxton 4x4 a couple of weeks back and it was an amazing experience.
The showroom is incredible and the range of vehicles even more so,
the Staff were friendly and very professional, not once did I feel like I was buying from your stereo typical used car sales man.
David Lawes was the salesman who was with me every step of the way through my purchase, he was very helpful and not once did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. David took me through all of my options and we finally came to a deal.
This was my first time buying from a dealer, all of my previous cars had been purchased from privet sellers and I wasn't overly keen on the idea of buying from a dealer, but the staff at Saxton 4x4 have completely changed my opinion, very welcoming, very friendly and very professional.
Its nice to go somewhere where the staff make you feel special.

I was told that once the car had been purchased it would be serviced, any defects spotted would be sorted out and the car would be professionally cleaned. This took just 4 days and I was contacted as soon as the car was ready for collection.
I returned the following Saturday morning to collect my car and make final payments.
The car looked brand new, I was so happy, there were no paint chips the oil was fresh the car looked amazing.
Once again David met me on arrival and showed me around the car to make sure I was happy, I then was introduced to one of their financial members of staff a guy named Steve who id met briefly to pay my deposit. Steve was very helpful and took me through all of the paperwork, assisted me in taxing the car and took the final payment.
A very relaxing experience throughout the entire process.

I would highly recommend Saxton 4X4 for their customer service and a very good collection of all branded vehicles under one roof. The choice of cars to select from was so big and good that it took me sometime to finalise the car which I wanted. Excellent service and advice from Fabian who I would highly recommend.

The salesman was good, he did his job and sold me the car. I felt it was very much a blue and white stripe service, as in I have sold you the car but with no discount or added benefits, eg free tank of fuel or free 1 year road tax. This is standard with most dealers and goes a long way towards providing a good customer experience and potentially, a repeat purchase at a later date. This service is not just for brand new cars. This is a luxury car dealership and I would have expected more.

Mo was down to earth and not Pushy, he did his job well and i would not hesitate to recommend a friend or a member of the family, Ian was great with the finance explanations all in all a great buying experience and i will be using them again in the future all being well.

Excellent sales experience from Liam Griggs, and was proved wrong about the negative reviews about the after sales service once the car was delivered, as Liam did his absolute best to resolve the very minor issues I had, responding to any communication promptly and professionally.
