I ordered the tools after watching a neighbor lock his keys in his car. These tools work every bit as well as advertised. They arrived in just a few days, and I was thrilled with the experience. I was equally impressed with the overall quality of the items they sold. I will recommend the TrucknTow site to anyone needing towing needs, safety items and entrance tools.

I had to wait over a week for my order to be processed. I called on Monday October 9th to find out why my order was still being processed and later that day it was shipped. Hopefully they sent the correct items.

I ordered three squeeges with metal handles. The shipment arrived and had only two handles included. I called and received excellent support and a promise to send the missing handle as soon as possible. great customer service.

I ordered 50 DVIR books late thursday afternoon and they were sitting on my door step monday morning before I got to my office. Very fast at filling there orders and getting them to you!! Plus their prices were more then half the price on other sites for my particular item!! I will be using them again for sure!!

I ordered my straps use them for literally 5 days they started to fray split and rip when I contacted truckntow they said I was misusing their product and couldn't help me I've been a tow truck driver for many years and know very well how to use Tire straps I'm very disappointed with the service and product

I order a four pack of tie downs for use on a vehicle on a trailer. Got them and used them on a 2000 mile trip the next several days they were fantastic and easy to put on. I would recommend to anybody. Shipping was very fast 3 days and they answered all my questions completely.
