From my original meeting with Daniel to the endless calls that I put into the call centre daily. I cannot fault the product / platform or customer service that I receive from PayProp. My account manager Donna is always at the end of the phone should I have any issues that the support team cannot resolve. Great service from a great company. Thanks Team

Donna, was extremely patient with me, she was always there to answer my questions. Donna was more than willing to go the extra mile, by staying late to assist with the data transfer. Even though we had limited time to action the transfer all our payments went out on time.

I have recently joined Payprop and could not be happier that I did so. The setup session with Jack was stress-free and straightforward. The system takes all the worry out of the financial side of the business. Whenever I ring them with a question they are always very willing to help, and just as importantly they really do know their system well. Nothing is too much trouble even though I am only a small business at the moment. Their customer service is first class, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Cara was absolutely amazing, I can't fault her one bit. She was very understanding and talked me through each part slowly to solve the problems I was having, the best service I've ever experienced. Shed deserves a promotion or a pay rise, an absolute credit to PayProp, going above and beyond to support me. Her level of professionalism and knowledge were massively evident.

We have been using PayProp for 1 year now, from our initial meeting to agree the implementation to the ongoing support for last 12 months, the service we have received has been fantastic.

The service has been second to none with Bradley, one of the agents, being very proactive. I haven't had to contact them to ask what to do next, they've seen payments have come in and made contact straight away to explain the process over and over until it stuck. The setup process initially was also hassle free. Couldn't recommend enough or fault the customer service at all.

PayProp has allowed me to start my lettings business off on the right foot from day one. Going it alone was scary but having a support team on hand from PayProp was invaluable to the early success of my business.

PP's system saves me at least a day a week based on my old system. It is also on my phone which means I can fill those dead five minute slots in the day doing work, again saving time.

We have used PayProp for the last 2 years and wished we had used them sooner! Great, easy to use platform and the support team (mainly Sophie & Cara) are always on hand to answer any support queries you may get! They are always very polite and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Have had great feedback from our landlord clients too. Great company, great product, great service.

We started using Payprop at the beginning of November 2019, I can't praise Jack enough for his time, training and patience in getting us set up, helping us deal with the migration of data and our general queries. Nothing was too much trouble. I can totally recommend Payprop and Jack Buckland to anyone thinking of using this payment platform.

Payprop allows you to easily run your Lettings accounting from your mobile phone by spending just a few minutes on it per day. The support team are fantastic and very patient with new (and slow!) learners. By far and away one of the best tech innovations I have invested in. Well done team Payprop!

Started using PayProp 2 months ago. The Setup was so easy and straight forward, we have been able to move to the software very quickly. The support team are very helpful and on hand whenever needed. I absolutely love the software and how easy it is to use and also the time I have saved using PayProp. I would highly recommend.

They managed to import 600+ properties of ours within a month to get us all set up on their system. The system itself seems very good and although takes a little time getting used to, Jack & the team have been on hand at all times to answer any questions and show us how things are done.

I was worried about making changes, as it could have an big impact on landlord rents. Donna was really helpful and guided me through step by step in the transition making it a smooth transition and was available on phone and email for any questions.

We only went live two and a half weeks ago so still have lots to learn. I have never had to wait too long for an answer when calling the support line. Everything gets explained clearly and I have found everybody to be very helpful.

A massive thank you too all of the team at Payprop and a special thanks to Jason Davis & Andy Howard without their support and guidence we would still be doing everything manually. I can't thank everyone but the service is second to none. A complete game changer for the way lettings agents work!!

Excellent service and support throughout the critical first few weeks of moving onto PayProp. Jack especially has been so patient, clear and helpful to our team on every single issue we have given him - he is a star!! The product is superb too!
