I bought the Galleria Professional European Rustic Oak Flooring and I would NOT recommend this for a kitchen or dining room, despite the website saying it will work in those rooms. Any food or water must be wiped up immediately or it stains the floor. We have had ours laid for 3 months, we have been very careful and already we need to take up the kitchen area, re-lay with new and re-oil the entire floor to protect it. This flooring looks great but it is a nightmare to keep that way. Think very carefully before buying this product!!

I ordered my wooden flooring 3 weeks ago it was to be delivered 13th September tomorrow , I received an e-Mail informing me it wasn’t in stock until 27th, when I called which took me 15 mins to answer they said it was in stock and would be delivered as per order time 13th, I then got another e-mail telling me it was out of stock again, after another 15 min wait to their customer service they told me it wasn’t going to be delivered. Customer service TERRIBLE.

Got a delivery today, the driver dropped the stuff ran off and left it signing the docs himself. The flooring was a shambles. Also can’t get through to the office. What a mess here is the photos DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! !

Very Bad returns, I Ordered flooring , then reordered accidentally the wrong one, I then asked for it to be picked up, which I paid extra for and was told it would be picked up , but no one came -3 times this happened and then finally they told me they didn’t do pick ups and I had paid for collection but not a vehicle??!! I have an email confirming pick up

Having placed an order on 06/08/19 and been told my delivery was two days later, I took the day off work to wait in for it. It never appeared. So, I called the next day to be told the delivery would be next day. Next day comes, another day off work and the delivery arrives, complete wrong order. It took over 10 days to have the wrong order collected, but no replacement arrived, so I just cancelled the order. It's been two weeks since the wrong order was collected and still no refund. Having just called them, I was informed they haven't received the wrong order back yet and they'll chase it up. This is after at least 15 mins waiting on the phone to actually get them to answer, today was 23 minutes. No apologies or nothing. Absolutely shocking company.

Ordered laminate for my new house conpany took two payments to start with and said would get refund in 3-5 working days apparently missed the delivery by 10mintues at 8.40am wanted a further £56 for redelivery was already annoyed so asked for refund 3 weeks later still not had refund company saying they haven’t received goods back so can’t refund me the money even though half of it was there fault having to wait 40/50mins each time on hold and getting nowhere. Absolute joke of a company dunno how a courier can hold laminate for more than 2 weeks and I’ve been left with £600 out of pocket until they refund. Don’t shop here they are rediculous and cause a lot of unnecessary stress!!

Arrived 2 days late - despite next day option - phoned to chase lady was helpful and gave tracking - given current C.19 issues I am quite happy - perhaps need to put delay warning on web or alter the next day options etc - otherwise all good flooring arrived safely on a pallet today

We ordered some grass from them 3 weeks ago, money taken out £200 they said delivery would be next week, no delivery, then the following week - no luck, phone calls go to an overfull answering machine, transport company said they are always promising goods but no consignments to pick up. I'm still hoping we get the grass one day but the reviews don't look good.
