Delivered next day,friendly driver. Product looks good. Feels warm to the touch, so has excellent heat retention. We had to store the rolls upright for a week due to a delay in installation. When unrolled the product was uneven, I guess from having stored the 2 rolls on their ends. I butted the rolls together and joined by using a heavy duty tape. There was no time to wait for the rolls to flatten I had to proceed with laying the Laminate Flooring. This helped greatly to take out the "waves" in the underlay. I would certainly recommend this product and will be using more on my next flooring project shortly. I would recommend unrolling as soon as possible and laying flat. There was no instructions enclosed, would have been helpful to have had a user guide on how best to lay.

delivery was one day later than they agreed. the packages were tatty and had been taped up.

I would recommend using underlay4u. The online ordering is easy to use and they deliver when they say. This is the third time I have used them and been very happy with every bit of underlay I have bought and will use them again ????

Excellent service from underlay4u
2nd time I have used them. Ordering is made so easy and delivery is very quick . I would recommend them . They are my go to place. Quality is fantastic and the price is second to none.

Bought 12 mm underlay, it came well wrapped, and in under 24 hours which I find just amazing since I live in Scotland!!! Will be using again!! Good job!!

Yes I would buy again, customer service was excellent when I had asked for a nominated day and they sent a text to say it would be delivered the day before, no issues with changing the delivery to what I requested

I have order a few times now. Its essentially a very good service only let down by their courier who has messed up my order on the last 2 occasions, delaying delivery by another day of waiting around. Shame courier can't give you an hour slot rather than just a whole day slot. The technology is out there. To give credit where its due, customer services at U4U were very good and did what they could to sort the courier mistake and express my order so i could get it by 9.30 the next morning & to my customer at the time i'd promised.

I arranged for 7 rolls to be delivered on a Friday, in preparation for our carpet fitter who was coming on Sunday. Waited in all day and didn’t hear anything. When I checked later that night, tracking system said ‘wrong address’. Checked my order and I hadn’t given wrong address, they emailed stating they would find out what happened. Underlay turned up Monday, no warning! Driver wasn’t even going to help get the 7 rolls out of the van! Luckily I had workmen in the property as I hadn’t taken another day off work. Very poor customer service and has delayed our moving date significantly. Never did hear back about ‘wrong address’.

Have used you for quite a few years now and have recommended you to many as your prices website and the lady who you would normally deal with were great but this last time I used you it was not a good experience.
1. Your changed website I found so much more confusing and limited than before with screeds of writing which for the average user found it an overkill. War and peace.
2. Every where I looked it was advertising free delivery on orders over £50 but on my numerous phone calls to the young lad in your call centre he would not allow it .
I bought 2x 15mtr rolls only to find it was now £20 per roll not £20 for both so twice as bad as before.
3.the lad would not take orders over the phone as I have done before which was more difficult for us.
4. A possitive is the product was good and the promptness of delivery excellent.

Delivery didn't turn up i had to chase it to find out it hadn't even left the unit 4 days after was ment to arrive .but to he fair i spoke to a very polite women thay got this sorted very quickly and was happy with the end result

Extremely rude delivery driver
He had the incorrect address and he obviously wasn’t happy
I checked my online order and the address was correct on there
Moaned when my 80 year old mum asked him if he could leave it in the garage which was next to the house

Only two items arrived when they should have, was told the other 3 items would come the following day. They didn’t. They asked me if I still wanted them or a refund so I asked for 1of the items to still be sent and a refund on the other 2 as we had to source the elsewhere, however they didn’t honor this and then all 3 remaining items arrived in a further 3 days! They advertise next day delivery and you pay a lot for it, I appreciate it’s not a guarantee but the whole thing was a mess! The underlay we ordered was not in proper packaging, just taped up! Will not be ordering from them in future.
