I purchased a plant in the morning to have delivered to a friend for his birthday on the same day. Unfortunately the plant that I chose had sold out but the team contacted me straight away and provided an alternative option. The recipient loved the plant. All in all, perfect experience and will definitely buy again.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful but I tried for 3 hours to reach them via phone and ended up missing the delivery time for that day.

our daughter has just given birth to our 1st grandchild in Sydney. As we live in New Zealand and the borders are still closed it was so wonderful to send her a beautiful bouquet which made us all feel special. She just loved it when she got home with baby and got this wonderful delivery to brighten her day and brighten her home. Thank you so much

Urban flower was able take a same day delivery order during the lockdown period for my sister's birthday. The flowers were really fresh and looked awesome. Made her day!

I was nervous ordering a "plant" online for the first time after hearing stories of crappy little plants arriving. I am so rapt, the peace lily was a magnificent specimen, putting my own at home to shame. The turnaround time between me placing an order and delivery to my Mum's house was within about two hours, so so impressed with these guys! Just to be clear I never leave reviews, so that's how impressed I am with both the product and service

They delivered within the time frame specified but I was disappointed that flowers ordered at 1.30pm on one day would not arrive until very late the next day. The arrangement was beautiful and a great comfort to the recipients.

Ordered online from UK and arrangement delivered the following day. Not seen it myself, but described as 'gorgeous' by recipient. Was looking for something that would be easy to care for, and stylish. Very happy with my choice as Urban Flowers seemed a bit more imaginative. Excellent delivery range, and speed of delivery always a bonus when a gift of flowers is called for.
