This team really had everything dialed in. They provide all the answers you could have and are there if you have any others. With package options, I was able to choose what was right for my family. The registration was easy and delivery of items prompt. However the free tag and holder was not received and my request for it was ignored. An email was sent twice regarding this to Ray and I still have not received the tag and holder?

Usa service dogs is an excellent organization. Their products arrived within days after ordering. The jacket, collar and leash are very durable and proudly display my male Boston Terrier as a service dog. The ID cards come laminated and fit perfectly in my wallet. My dog loves wearing his Service Dog jacket. It is comfortable for all occasions. The bright red color of the jacket with white Service Dog lettering stands out so we are easily seen which is a great safety factor. Best value for my dog and me.

This sight is very prompt. Received certificate and carrier timely. I would recommend. I carried my pet on flight with Delta with no problems. All went well. The carrier was not stable. I returned with no problem.

They are a big help to those of use needing to get our dogs registered as service dogs. They have a quick turnaround in the products you order. Everything came as stated on their website. The agent was very kind and helpful he explained the different kits available and the prices to help me choose the one that fit my financial needs. The documents he sent helped my apt manager gain the knowledge of having an emotional support dog.she took copies to keep in office for all employees to familiarize themselves with the laws and rights for people. With disabilities. My customer service agent was ray.I also spoke to Joe. I want to thank you both for your kindness and compassion helping me through the registration process. Blessings to all.

The last minute decision to register our dog prior to an out of state trip sent me scurrying to find the best solution to our familys problem. Thank goodness I happened upon www.usaservicedogs.org. They are by far the most affordable, efficient and reliable service I have done business with online in a while. I received the email certificate and ID promptly as promised and everything looked and worked out great. Thank you so much!

Very factual information. Easy website to order. Seems to be reliable and has support line. The products came quick. Our dog is small, the vest fits with adjustments. 2 badges help. One to clip on vest and the other to keep with you. We have not put it to the test yet to see if it will be honored. Highly recommend the company.

My order came so quickly. Even better than I thought it would be. Everything I received is so professional looking and the harness fits perfect. I get lots of positive comments about it. Everything I expected and I have no problems at all and I like what I have so thank you very much this means the world to me I have my little girl with me at all times as a very easy process to go through I recommend anybody to your business I never even have any questions I had to ask because you already address them I never had to call to check up on things because it was prompt it went through better-than-expected it could not improve at all you guys nailed it

My only issue was the leash....I have a tiny chihuahua and the leash weighed more than him. I was however able to return it for a refund very easily. Thank you for your great products and overall help with my issues.

I loved the certificate. It's not just printed on normal paper, and it has a seal. His ID card was incredible, and the pouch it came it was super convenient. When were in the airport I just hook it on his vest.

Order process was very efficient and arrived with everything you need for your service dog. It's very helpful to have an ID tag she can wear on collar so she doesn't have to wear vest in the extreme heat. However, the vest is comfy and light and well made. This order also came with leash, certificate and sample letter for your Dr. to fill out which is great to have in your files. I also liked that in the order were cards with the laws for a service dog to gain access to anywhere you need and if you are questioned you can just hand the card over and it states all the laws and a telephone number a person could call should they try to deny access. It's the total package .

Very detailed package and seems to offer all the necessary things. Lots of useful information is included as well. One tip others might find helpful is when ordering the vest size for your dog, select a size up if anything. My dog is usually a Small for most clothing sizes but when I recieved the vest, it was too small for him. I should've gotten him a medium.

It was great it did get delivered wrong but it was on the fault of USPS and you guys had me contact them and then you guys resent it out to a new address that I had and I got it in a timely manner and your reps helped me a lot
