They waste no time on shipping you the stuff to ship your phone off but once you send you phone, you’re screwed. It’s my partly my fault for not doing proper research which I normally do but I didn’t do it this time, I shipped my phone the day I got my prepaid shipping label and one week, I haven’t heard nothing from the company nor the buyer. Reach out them by email but not personal just copy and paste email that they send to everyone that has issue with this company so I’m on stand by.. my advice to you STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY.... THEY’RE FRAUD AND SCAMMERS... do not make the same mistake as I do... USELL IS WORTHLESS COMPANY, that doesn’t care about anything but MONEY

U sell buys back your old cell phones while giving you top dollar for a used phone. You can also sell ipads, text books, ipods, and video games. The site has been featured all over the news so it is legitimate and gets you paid fast!

The site was really easy to use and select the correct options for me. Shipping was free and they paid the amount agreed upon. Took a few weeks, but it was completed. Got $81 for my iPhone, which isn't much in my opinion. But it was the easiest way to sell it for me.

I had to way two week for the shipping pack when they said 4 days. i sent my phone in but cant track it,I sent them and the buyer messages haven't gotten a reply yet.im waiting on check switch might not be much. I'm just saying do your research before you plan on doing anything.

Mailed my good condition iPhone 6 to uSell with the agreement of $75 if it was in good condition. Phone was received 9/11/2019. After several days of no response, I sent a message to customer service. Since that time I have sent several inquires to customer service as well as phone calls to the company during business hours, and I have not received a response. I will also mention that their website does not have a phone number or address listed. I had to search to find the company information. I am considering filing a complaint with the State of New York.

Throw your phone away. Easier and cheaper than trying to send it to these people. They claim they'll give you... $50! $45! Maybe $30! Oh, but when you mail it to them something's amiss...every time..."oh- so sorry, your phone is worth $1, accept our offer or we'll ship it back." Fraud, fraud, fraud.

Caution: you will get ripped of by usell-they will send you a curious looking check-that will bounce. Your back WILL charge you a fee for that little gift. Then you will have to wait for another one that when you take it to the issuing bank- they will NOT honor it. (My bank eventually got it cashed, but not for almost a month). They will also tell you they will repay the bank fee-THEY WILL NOT. I have filed a complaint wilts postal inspectors, because they do this as a business practice.

I sold them an ipod I thought was 3rd generation but once they received it they realized it was 4th generation, notified me, and are now sending me more money than originally offered. Thankful for that and their honesty!

Sent my phone in on 10/2/19 they said they recieved it 10/11/19 it is now 10/18/19 and they still have not issued payment for my phone. They also won't respond to the multiple emails I have sent. They do not have a working phone number and at this point my phone has just been taken smh will never use this device again

They tried to pull a "bait and switch" with me, declaring the phone I mailed in to have LCD damage. This changed their offer from $86 to $10. After filing with the NY BBB, they FINALLY mailed a package out to me-with a DIFFERENT PHONE. Now this phone is truly damaged. It is dirty, smudges on the front, spots on the back, and damage to the front button! Please file with the Attorney General- we can't let them get away with this sort of behavior!

I sent my phone to USELL to because I needed cash in a pinch, so I sold my phone to them, USELL claims that they pay quickly, Tha's not the case for me. I sent in a BRAND NEW 128 GIG IPHONE XR FLAWLESS ON 7/25/19 IT IS NOW 8/14 STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED PAYMENT. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT. This company takes its time, or either won't pay. It seems as if I have been had!!! DON'T SELL YOU PHONE TO USELL

I sold my iPhone 6S that had a very small scratch to uSell and they quoted me $127.00 and I accepted their offer, they sent me the packaging they wanted me to return the phone in, I added support to the package for safer shipping. I checked today to see where my check was for the phone and they showed the phone as damaged and now will pay me no more than $22. I feel they ripped me off, the phone was almost perfect when I sent it to them but they have the privilege of discounting the amount they agreed to or returning the phone, which if in fact it was damaged, why would I want it back, I think it's BS.

Usell.com is a scam. Two weeks since my iPhone arrived and my account states "3-5 days for payment." The only option for contact is [email protected] and nobody ever replies. Seeing all these bad reviews, it would make sense to consider a class action lawsuit. I plan on following up. Usell.com is a scam, do not use them.

uSell ripped me off. I sent a perfect iPhone 5 and quoted a decent amount of money. They stated I had not erased the Find My iPhone app but I had. I tried calling but there is no telephone number, they recommended email. I emailed five different times but without a response. I requested in the last email to mail my phone back. No response. Now, they are going to give me 1/10th of what I was quoted. Rip off!

I sent in a damaged phone back in early Sept and now more than a month later and still waiting for a response IT shows received, however there is no response to multiple e-mails asking for a status update. I can't find any other way to contact them, seems to be a complete rip-off. ETA: I contacted them again yesterday after posting this review and then this morning a payment had been issued! No response to any of my e-mails, however something certainly got them to issue a payment response. They received my phone on 9/3/19 and payment was finally received on 10/8/19. Updating my review from 1 star to 2 stars.

It took almost 2 months but I finally got payment. Don't know what happened but I'm glad I received it. I won't use them again unless the process starts working as quickly as it used to.

They have no control over their buyers. I sent my phone in over one month ago, the "buyer" has never replied to my emails. Usell confirmed they received my phone, one week after they actually received it,confirmed the condition one week later and claimed they had PayPal problems and would send me a check. I said there are no reported PayPal issues online and offered Venmo or Zelle as alternates. After 3 days they send me an email saying they sent payment today and all should be resolved. They only sent $1.50 of the $343 contracted to send me. They work with fraudulent buyers. Save the headache and sell elsewhere.

My family sent in all of our devices as rating "Good." They all fit the description below. When they arrived, they were ALL deliberately labeld as damaged without A SINGLE reason given. This means instead of giving us the agreed upon price, they only gave us $1 per device! DON'T EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY! Your iPhone is Good condition if it: powers on and holds charge is fully functional, including all buttons and ports has no cracks on the screen or body or damage on the LCD IMEI / ESN is clear for activation by a new user

I have used uSell before with no issues, but something is definitely wrong. Everyone is having the same issue. They send in a phone and then get a message saying it is received, but no more responses and no check and no payment and emails with no response. They still have my phone since 9/11/19.

This is a good website. I used them once before, but after checking around I was able to get better money for my items somewhere else. They are a comparison website so you are not selling to them so maybe that is why some people here have had problems using them, but if you consider what they do, they do it well.
