It works OK but selection is cautious, and energy cost saving calculation is misleading. Savings shown are based on what happens if I don't switch. Well I'm going to switch or I wouldn't be there. So I need to find the best deal rather than see some calculation of savings based on doing nothing. They also don't include some of the best deals on offer, although admittedly some suppliers are a bit iffy, but that's for me to decide on not them.

Recently due to review energy provider. Was with eon whose renewal prices were not good. Used uswitch to compare numerous energy providers. Quick and easy to use. Provided me with all the details I needed and helped me identify a new company. Very good service and would recommend.

My call to uSwitch was taken by Howard. He offered customer service at its best and was the epitome of patience. He explained clearly the options and I am very happy with the result. It was a long call, but I felt unrushed. Thank you Howard, for making what was a tricky process for me, a simple process. Excellent.

I do not think getting a call from one of your agents at 7.00AM on a Sunday morning WAKING ME UP is good customer service and being asked if I had signed up yet !!!
When I had to inform you that I HAD !!! I THINK YOU SHOULD BE GIVING ME SOME COMPENSATION FOR YOUR ABSOLUTE STUPIDITY

NOT PERFECT YOU NO !!!

I already had smart meters but british gas told me they would not recognise them and so I now have to give my own readings this is crazy

The switch took 2 weeks longer than it should have done. In the meantime I got no information on the progress of it from Tonik Energy and I ended up getting charged much more by Octopus Energy for the last few days that I was with them. I still don't know why as the final bill was very unclear but I was £369 in credit on the 16th February and only £289 by the 19th February apparently?

My whole transfer to Eon has been a fiasco still not resolved after 8 weeks. I thought my gas and electric had been transferred as stated in an Eon email but only the gas had gone across

I found out today speaking to British Gas that they didn’t register the switch I had made. It was only when I pointed it out and then it was from a different date to what I had agreed on the phone. I’m not sure if this was British Gas or u switch but it was frustrating

not sure whose fault it was but,either u switch or British gas,but my initial attempt was cancelled & failed,it took me numerous phone calls to British gas and a couple to Uswitch.my original date was 10/01/20,and completion wasn't for another 3 weeks(approximately).Extremely frustrating...

the process started the first week in jan 2020, my new direct debit taken at the 29th jan , as far as I am aware I am still being supplied by my previous supplier OVO.
I suspect that there will be some discrepancy when it comes to balancing the bill between the two companies, and I will be the loser.

I have used Uswitch for about 3 years now, changing gas and electric each time. the process is easy and quick to use with Uswitch showing which supplier has the best tariff and service. I will be using them again when the time comes.

Staying on current British Gas tariff £103pm. Changed to a fixed rate deal with British Gas £63PM.

I did uswitch and I wanted both electric and gas to be in place but only gas got switched and the old company tried and stop me switching for both and then they stopped my electric from going with new company and only my gas went new company.i think its disappointing when you have only 28 pound debt and should let you switch.
