I ordered a custom mural for a time-sensitive/ holiday-connected promotion for a client in America. Unfortunately DHL mixed up the address (Wallsauce confirmed several times that they had the right address) and delivered the mural to another state. I told Wallsauce customer service about the problem and that this was a time sensitive matter and that I had ordered from them due to their promise of a 3 to 5 day turnaround, and that I no longer needed the mural (*FREE Shipping* in 3 to 5 Business Days). I ordered on November 10. I needed it by the 19 November - plenty of time for their promised delivery. Long story, and may emails and phone calls later, during which time I was asked to please have patience whilst the matter was investigated - for almost 2 weeks I may add - the mural was delivered on December 3. (I now realize the patience was to give them enough time to find it and deliver it as to be covered per their own customer service "rules"). I was out of my office to deny delivery and the receptionist of the business adjacent to mine signed for it. I asked Wallsauce to refund me for this custom mural and to please take it back as the fault was not mine. I was told that it was delivered and according to the Wallsauce conditions, I would not be granted a refund (after a bit they offered a 10% discount, which I felt quite offended by and refused). After all of this I gave up and opened the package. Needless to say, the resolution of the photo was quite bad. Behind the lovely words and politeness of the customer service ladies, there was fundamentally zero customer service and an inferior product.

Excellent service mural was delivered four days after ordering, and we ordered on a Sunday. Definitely recommend this company and we have now ordered a second mural for our hallway

I would highly recommend - I was contacted to check my order - which arrived within a couple of days, instructions were clear and easy to follow,the finished result is fantastic.

ONCE ordered the wall covering came as ordered we haven’t actually had it put up yet being done 29.7 so it’s been left in its packaging until then will update once done

Awsome service was delivered within 3 working days also was sent email before confirming the right size picture before actually goin ahead and doin it, I would highly recommend using wallsauce everyone involved were helpfull

Service was fantastic and the website easy to use, the painter/paper hanger was impressed with the quality of the product and asked for the website I used to recommend to his clients and price was fair. I would use Wall Sauce again in a heartbeat.

This is the second mural I have bought from wallsauce, it is for my 8 yr old son and is brilliant he loves it. The panels go up easily and quickly, the product is high quality....Brill!!!!

I'm an installer by trade, the last two mural installs were from Wallsauce, both went up great, I always recommend you, I want happy customers and I know the finish will be great if it comes from Wallsauce.

Purchased wall mural, prepped wall as by there instructions, looked great to begin with now a few weeks later the paper has drifted at the seams, customer service isn’t very prompt to resolve issues, this was the most expensive wallpaper we have ever purchased never encountered issues like this before, really disappointed, would not recommend

You did everything well, i`ve had two mural from Wallsauce now, and i`m very pleased with both,first class workmanship and very fast delivery service. A massif selection to chose from, would cater for all tastes, i`m now looking for my next choices, Only down side is minmum size must be at least 2m squared, can make cropping difficult to get right shape and view for smaller walls.

I purchased a tropical wall mural with waves and starfish and couldn't be happier .... it is so beautiful and colorful .... it reminds me of my home in Florida. I put it on a wall in a bedroom with the bed in front .... I don't like to have just ordinary decorating that's why I ordered the mural. People who see it are absolutely blown away .... they say "where did you get that" ? The instructions were easy to follow. I ordered the paste too and I had more than enough. I will definitely be ordering another one soon. Delivery was within a week .... I just can't say enough good things about this company .... Thank you Wallsauce !!

I have a CBD shop in darwen called The woods co-op and when I first opened I had a beautiful pic of a hemp flower blown up and they even put my logo in for free. A year on and I’ve expanded so u used wallsauce again for a jungle scene. They really do have that wow factor and it creates a great atmosphere. They paper is thick so you struggle to rip it and the ink / colour quality is fantastic. Speedy delivery and great service ????????
