Cromer listens and responds with out being patronising.
Norwich has yet to apologise for sending me a bill which I paid and at the same time they took the amount of the bill from my rental income. My holiday insurance is dependent on a specific amount going into my account and they risked me losing my cover by their over zealous potential collection of the amount owed, twice.
The response of the Finance Department was unsatisfactory. Cromer's concerned response kept me as a customer but Norwich Finance Department needs to learn an apology is in order.
