Very bad job done and service . I would not recommend it to anyone. They lie about drain location and said they couldn’t go deeper but in actual fact they couldn’t get cut through the roots with their jets blaster.Promised me it came with free camera inspection and photo.Requested for photo of my block drain dozen times and they said will send it and never did or never contacted me.

Hi, I would like to provide you with my great positive feedback about Wilco plumbing technician Mr. Sam Jurd who came this morning to my house to fix "the water pipe leaking" problem. He worked in a very professional manner and very polite gentleman. He explained clearly to me what needed to be done to fix the problem. His finished work
is neat and clean. I would give him a score of 10 out of 10.
I know that next time when I need plumbing services, I would call Wilco. Have a nice day.

Arrived on time as urgent attendance, very professional, resolved our issue, explanation on future remediation, great attitude, would definitely use this service again and recommend to others in the future.

Always tentative to call a plumber but I had a small disaster in my kitchen which Wilco acwcommodated same day service to get fixed. Talk about impressed. I was pleasantly surprised with their service and their effort to help me. I have already recommended Wilco to my friends. Chad performed the work and was thorough and proficient. Turned a poorly performed job by another contractor into a professional job. Will always use these guys from now on as have great confidence in their plumbing ability. Fair price, all explained. Very happy client !!!!! Tony

Went above and beyond to help us out with a hot water system, even setting up a temp one over the weekend! Fast, great customer service, reasonably priced! Would recommend to anyone :)

I called this company on Tuesday night I had a blockage and I couldn’t use any toilets in my house. A plumber by the name of Nathan came to my house, he was extremely polite and professional.
I recommend this company to everyone that has a emergency, the call out fee was cheap and the price of the job was reasonable.
You could say I am a very happy customer. Thank you Nathan and Wilco.

These 'plumbers' who are really 'pressure salesmen' quoted me $1580 to do a small job that I had done the next day for $480 by Neutral Bay Plumbers. I am a single pensioner but they also charged me $30 to get out of the truck and give me a quote. Do not go near these people under any circumstances.

Rang for quote came out next day on time very pleasant guy called Danial tried to presure flush lines to get camara in line but to no avail said he could here the leak under ground which he showed me dug it all up with back hoe sure enough all pipes broken and just had it .stuck to the quote he gave me and put all new pipes and tidied yard up very good job would give them 10/10 anytime . They brought bark and top Quilty soil to redo grass & garden then hosed and tidied up

Chad, the plumber who attended to our drainage problem (and solved it), was not only very proficient in his work but also a thorough gentleman. A credit to his employer, his trade and the community.

The plumber was polite when he came even though we didn't use him for the job as the cost was outrageously expensive. The company should be avoided if at all possible

I called out Wilco plumbing (JN# 12527) after rupturing my water main at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon. The phone was answered immediately and within a few minutes I was then called back by the assigned plumber who gave me an ETA which was subsequently met. Quick fix on arrival and really lovely bloke who did the job.

On calling Wilco for a plumber for a blocked sewage drain I was informed a plumber would be on site between 12 noon and 2pm. At 11.30am I received a mobile call from one of their plumbers that he would be on site in 30 minutes. And he was. Before he started he explained the costs involved. He then proceeded. About an hour later he informed of the outcome, which was positive, and billed me accordingly. He left the area clean and I found him to be extremely efficient and professional. I highly recommend Wilco Services to anyone.

Called Wilco in the morning - plumber Andrew came same day, called 30 mins b4 he arrived. Explained & showed me everything he did. Quoted job upfront. Very honest nice man who tells it like it is, a solutions man. Would definitely call Andrew /wilco again but hopefully won't have as Andrew did a great job.

Ryan, Andrew and Jayden thank you so much for the work you did with my broken sewer pipes, the digging cleaning up. All highly appreciative and showed your work ethic. Highly recommend this company, they are pricey but they are very helpful with the payment issues. Andrew the senior was very helpful in the explaining of everything every step of the way. The effort all of them extended to us we thank you.

Both my wife and myself found Daniel and his workers friendly and informative in the work being carried out to reline oue sewer line. Minimal disturbance and quickly carried out. Would recommend based on our experience.

I initially engaged Wilco for a blocked pipe....After paying $539 for jet blasting service for a blocked pipe, we were recommended by Wilco to do a 1.5 metre re-lining work to ensure that the problem would permanently be solved......I wasn't there my self on site that day....my brother was verbally quoted $1250 which he sent me a text showing so.... thinking that it was a reasonable price, we did not bother getting other quotes....so we agreed.....no hard copy invoice was given on the day and instead they got my brother to sign under my name on an ipad which was zoomed in on the signature line without showing the figure. Just as the work was being completed, I rang Wilco to pay for the verbally quoted figure of $1250 via debit card as I did previously for their jet blasting service.....to my shock the girl on the phone said that the amount of the invoice was for $12,500 plus GST....I spoke to their manager an he claimed that my brother was verbally quoted $12,500 not $1250!!.....I have a text message from my brother on the same day clearly showing $1250...... A couple of days later I got an email showing an invoice of $12,500 plus GST on PDF and a picture iof handwritten invoice which was unsigned showing $12,500. The handwritten invoice was obviously written after our dissagreement.

We hired a lawyer and took them to court......and just recently the re-lined pipe was blocked again and I had to call another plumber who cleared the blockage with a simple pressure tool and charged us $100 for it.

We had a call over session in court today and Wilco turned up without a legal representative.
The case continues. The worst company I have delt with, ever !!!

As the owner of an older house the plumber knew what was wrong, described the process and arranged for it all to take place efficiently. The access was not easy so various options were explained and with the camera we could see the issues in realtime.
The place was left clean and tidy after completion and we are very pleased.

Technicians Daniel, Jayden and Joshua have sorted out our blockage problems in no time. They were punctual, very courteous, knew what they were doing, cleaned up everything on completion of work and were happy to answer, in detail, the multitude of questions I asked. Great service, very competitive pricing. I recommend to anyone, any time. Well done guys and keep it up !!
