Ordered four corkscrews as gifts on 12/19/2011. Was told by Winestuff customer service that they would arrive well before Xmas. Never arrived. Called on 12/28/2011 to get status. Informed that they never had the items, thus the order was never processed. Customer service indicated that since they never billed me, everything was fine. They missed the minor point that they didn't even contact me and their horrible service resulted in gifts never being given.

Horrible company!! Never use this company.

Go to Wine Enthusiasts for quality products and service!!

I ordered 4 Riedel glasses and 6 Spiegelau port glasses from Winestuff online. Then I called them to see if I could get the port glasses by a certain date - I really needed them. They said probably not. I asked to cancel the order. They said I couldn't do that, it was against their policy. Then I got an email that the order had shipped and was complete. When I got it, there were no port glasses. So I called them and they said, "Oh, we can't get them, so we cancelled that part of the order." I asked why they hadn't informed me, and they said they just hadn't gotten around to it.

This is the worst mail order service I have experienced ever. And I do a lot of mail order.

I ordered something for my boss for Xmas 2 weeks before Xmas and I was waiting and waiting and then finally I called (which I NEVER call businesses unless I truly feel like I need to) and the lady said It was a still in there warehouse. It was 3 days before Xmas I might add and then I said then I want to cancel the order because I obviously wont get it before Xmas and she's like yeah ummm we can't cancel orders once they've been processed but you can send it back. Im like why even send it for me to pay shipping if you never sent it out yet!! and she was a complete BIOTCH! so I hung up on her. Long story Short NEVER EVER order from this sight. I ended up buying another one from giftedgrapes.com and they sent it out within an hour of me ordering it. However even with me paying for the 2day shipping it still won't arrive until the day after Xmas :( I shouldn't have wasted so much time with stupid winestuff.com. I never write reviews on anything but I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy!

I placed an order through Amazon to WineStuff for some beer glasses. WineStuff mistakenly filled the order with the wrong product. I live in Canada but the product was only available in the US. I have a US postal address that I gave to WineStuff to deliver to. After crossing the border to pick up my parcel I opened it at home to find the product was wrong. When I told WineStuff that my order was wrong and told them I would not return it because of the border hassle, they told me to keep the product I had received and they would fill the order again with the right product. I admire them for staying with me to make sure i was happy and that I finally got the right product. I will certainly feel confident to place orders with them in the future, knowing that customer satisfaction is a top priority to them.

I placed an order in November and it is now 3 days til Christmas and I still have not received it. I called last week and was told my order was "lost" and that they would ship it immediately and I would receive it by Friday. They just so happened to "conveniently" be out of the office and not answering Friday, Saturday, and the next Monday and Tuesday after that. I e-mailed them and left two voice messages asking them to please call me back. I finally got a hold of them today (after I called AGAIN) and they had no explanation for why I had not received my order (although money was taken out of my account for it weeks ago), and promised it would be there by Friday. They were not apologetic and did not offer any condolences for what had happened. I WILL NEVER order from them again. I now will most likely not have a Christmas present for someone when I ordered a month in advance. Ridiculous, incompetent service.

I ordered the product on October 20 and after three emails asking where my product was they admitted that they didn't put the order through. I asked them to overnight the item and they neglected to do that. Now my item is set to be delivered November 20. Poor customer service!!! I will not order from this site again.

When my order had still not been shipped more than 14 business days after i ordered it, I called and cancelled the order. Within a week of cancelling, I received the order and had to get a return label to send it back. I still have not been credited and today recieved a duplicate shipment, which was also charged again to me. They are only on East Coast time so customer service is limited access - plus they don't do what they say they will. I wish I had read some of their reviews before I made the mistake of ordering from them. BEWARE!

I will echo the extreme dissatisfaction with this merchant. I placed a $400 Christmas gift order with Winestuff on 12/18/2012 and heard absolutely nothing from them thereafter. I called and spoke with customer service on 12/20/2012 and was assured my order was being processed and shipped in time for Christmas delivery, particularly because I live less than 20 miles from their warehouse. Christmas came and went with no order confirmation and no phone call or status update. Stacking on the misery, I couldn't reach them by phone as Winestuff closes for multiple days around the Christmas holiday (which all of you holiday shoppers should be aware of...). Contacted customer service on 1/9/2013 and asked to receive a call from management to express my frustration--was advised I would receive a call back. I received no return call, so called again today (1/10/2013) to cancel my large order. Management took my call and blamed my issues on "an order lost in the warehouse" and a customer service person who has since been fired. No apology, and no financial accommodation. In short: my worst customer service experience online, with no remorse from this merchant. I strongly urge anyone reading this review to take their business elsewhere...

I ordered a biscuit(cookie) press on Nov. 30, 2013 from Winestuff thruAmazon.com. The website said that there was inventory for this product. On Dec. 2nd I received an e-mail from Winestuff thru Amazon that they had no inventory. The e-mail stated that they would be able to ship my order within a few days. A few hours later Amazon.com sent me an e-mail that my order had been SHIPPED! I called Winstuff.com on Dec. 3rd. They told me that when they go to process the order that a UPS label was created, and that the order hadn't shipped. I was assured that they would have product to fulfill my order by Dec. 6th. I contacted Winestuff again on Dec. 7 and was told that they had not received anymore inventory to ship my order. I then told them to cancel my order. Imagine my surprise when less than 4 hours later I got an e-mail from Amazon.com that my cancelled order had shipped!!!! I contacted Amazon.com on this matter, and they were very helpful, and cancelled my order, and refunded my credit card. About a week later UPS delivered my cancelled order to me. I tried calling Winestuff about this. After a few tries to get a human being to answer my call, I finally got thru on Dec. 30, 2013. I asked them what I was supposed to do with my cancelled order that was shipped to me anyway, and was told to KEEP the item. Amazingly enough I got an e-mail from Amazon.com a few hours later saying that if I had received this order to check a box on the e-mail so that I could be charged for the cancelled order that Winestuff had told me to keep! There was also another e-mail from Winestuff with a return shipper label to send the order back to Winestuff! In order to be able to make our Christmas cookies as gifts for friends, and family all over the country, we drove a 185 MILE round trip to get this press at the closest local dealer on Dec. 7 the day we cancelled the order. I have been deceived, lied to by Winestuff, wasted a half day drive of 185 miles to get the product that Winestuff said they had, and then had to waste more of my time to get this item to a UPS shipper to return this item to them! The order was received by them today the 9th of Jan. 2013. Personally I hope that they choke on it! I now feel that I didn't do my due diligence when I ordered this, because I felt that Amazon.com would not allow themselves to deal with companies with a poor record of customer satisfaction.I have used Resellerratings.com ever since I discovered this website years ago, and I have felt that I have saved myself a lot of hassles with online vendors by checking this website. Hopefully I have learned to be more diligent checking sellers on this website so that I won't have to go through this FUBAR again!

I ordered through amazon and kept getting payment declined e-mails over the period of several days. I then received an e-mail from winestuff stating that they've supply issues and now the shipment is on the way.

I e-mailed them back stating I assumed it was cancelled since I received numerous payment declined e-mails and that I went to an actual store to purchase the glasses.

I sent an unsatisfactory e-mail stating how poor the company was for not properly notifying me and going through so many different e-mails stating it was declined. I cursed in the e-mail and then next thing I know they're condescendingly telling they're sorry but won't put up cursing and offensive language. I told them they're adults and they screwed up the order and now I have to go through all the hoops to return it.

Awful e-mail correspondence and obviously poor tactics for getting their products out. Never will I order anything from this company again after all of this.

We browsed the web and found that this business has an active Facebook page. We have discovered that this business has SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that this business handles your data, such as personal information or credit card details, with secure connection. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
