I had a very quick and easy experience when purchasing 3 moldings for repairing my ceiling. I have not at this time put them up, but plan to in the near future. I forsee no problems in doing so. They are just as described on the store's web page, but even so, they are a bit taller then I perceived, which becomes an advantage for the purpose I have intended them.

The tiles arrived at our Michigan residence within a few days of ordering them and were easy to install. We were a little worried about the border tiles when we cut them but they look good. Installation was very simple and the tiles for the canned lighting were easy to cut with a sissor. A delivery person remarked how nice the ceiling looked and we agree. We've only had them for a couple weeks but are happy so far!! I ordered online which was a snap!!

we have received the four samples of crown molding that we ordered, fast shipping, and we love it, the hardest part is making a decision, no matter which one we decide to go with it's going to look fantastic. we are so glad to have found WishiHadThat.com online, we will be in touch soon.

We have recently built a 3000 sq ft. Home. Our desire was to make this house resemble a 1900's home, High baseboards, crown molding etc. "Wish I Had That" made it all possible, from the excellent online support and phone support. The moulding is forgiving and easy to work with (but you need to follow their installation instructions in order to have it go smoothly) then all will turn out as you hoped. We loved the way the trim bends and molds to every corner, so there is not the gapping that you usually see when using wood trim. We purchases some of the flat columns and other items from the company to make a beautiful fireplace surround, you can cut and mix and match so many components, making what ever you choose, truly custom, and that will only enhance your home.
We love their products and the fact that you can always count on them for help and advice, and they always have the best follow-up after you purchase your products.

I had two order so far. The first order I place no problems. Shipped quick to my house. The second order was my contractor error. So I email them if they could cancel the second order. They had no problem to cancel that order. They did quick and fast. So far very happy with them and today I will placing another order with them. I am in a lease option post-war Bungalow built in 1939,with original wet plaster walls that also include wet plaster cove ceilings.I was looking for a Crown or Cove Molding to cover up My wet plaster cove ceilings that are now starting to show hairline cracks.Although I should have taken I wish I had that's advice & ordered samples,I was being impatient & ordered the 9.5" crown.I actually think it may be a little too wide but I do not want to go through the hassle & expense of return shipping.Their Website is informative & self explanatory.Ordering was easy & I received My shipment quickly & (as far as I know) undamaged,I say "as far as I know" because I have not opened all 3 boxes,Just one & inspected the 1st piece on top.They have wonderful Past-customer reviews online & I see why.I will let them know if I have an issue when I go to install it & will send a finished picture once I am done with My project.So far,I expect beautiful results & ease of installation based on the reviews I read.My only complaint is I wished I would've gotten a percentage off with My 1st order instead of just getting free shipping.I would've like to have saved a little money,Which in turn I would have ordered more products."Vicki" is the Customer Specialist that sent Me an email to notify Me that My order had been shipped,But other then that correspondence,I have not had any other communication to give additional reviews

I received my ceiling tile in just two days. When I opened the box they looked fine, but when I got to the bottom of the stack of tiles 3 or 4 had broken corners. For me it wasn't too big of a deal because I needed quite a few cut pieces for the bathroom I was doing. Overall I was satisfied.

I found what I wanted, ordered it, and it was delivered in 7 days.
