I recently purchased a Smith & Wesson M&P40 Range Kit. My order was processed quickly, and my FFL received my firearm within 3-4 days. Upon receipt of my firearm, I relized that one of the three magizines was not the correct caliber. After talking to a rep from Woodbury, the issue was resolved to my total satisfaction.

I wouldn’t buy firearms from anywhere else! Give Woodbury Outfitters a chance because their prices, customer service and selection cannot be beat! Black Friday deals are awesome on the website and in the store!

I purchased a scope for my muzzle loader. Once mounted, I attempted to sight the muzzle loader in at 50 yards. The shots bounced around a lot but I finally got it close enough where I felt comfortable going back to 100 yards, or at least I thought I had. Once I started to sight the muzzle loader in at 100 yards the shot placement was too random in order to sight the scope in properly so I went back to 50 yards. After about the 20th shot the left/right windage knob blew completely off the side of the scope; at this time I knew the problem with the shot placement was a defective scope. I used over $30 in black powder, firing caps and sabbots only to find out I had a defective scope. I emailed Woodbury and explained my situation. Nobody ever replied to my email so I ended up calling them. I spoke with a lady named Tammy who was able to pull up my email only to say she does not know why no one has contacted be back but that she would let the supervisor know my problem. After waiting several days, again, with no response, I ended up calling in again and spoke with a supervisor named Lacie (spelling?). After I explained everything to her she actually had the nerve to tell me it's normally their policy to not give refunds on scopes that have been mounted and used. I asked her, as calmly as possible, how someone is able to determine if something if working properly without actually trying it. Also, when I explained how I used over $30 in trying to sight in this defective scope, her attitude was basically, oh well, there is nothing we can do about that. Instead of making some attempt to keep the customer happy she simply felt it best to just have a really bad attitude about something that was not the fault of the customer. After this I just asked her to send me a return label so I could receive my refund and she said she would. Once I asked how long this would take she stated she was not sure as the "person" who handles returns had to leave for a personal family emergency and would not return until the next day. Does not seem like a very well established company if only one person can handle returns, nor does it seem like a very good company with customer service of this nature.

Ordered a bow case on Walmart.com from Woodbury Outfitters for Christmas. When it was opened it was missing the hinge pins. I went to my original order on Walmart.com and sent a message on Sat., 12/24 requesting an exchange or to replace the hinge pins. Walmart.com forwarded this message to Woodbury Outfitters and sent me a message asking them to reply within 1business day as any good customer service department would. I recieved an email the on Tues., 12/26 stating "hello,
this item came from the manufacture. if you contact them they'll ship you the pins out. if you have any problems please contact us back. thank you,"
I emailed Woodbury Customer Service back asking if they had the contact information for the manufacturer's customer service. Then recieved this response, "Hello,
I am sorry I don't have the contact information for plano protector.
Leigha". Which then I looked up the manufacturer's customer service and contacted them with a copy of the receipt. They did send the hinge pins. My order was taken care of, but not with any help from Woodbury. They did NOT forward my request or even give me an 800 number to contact them. To me this is extremely poor customer service and for this reason I will not purchase anything from Woodbury Outfitters no matter the price. BTW, the price was the same as other retailers for the bow case that I ordered.

place 3 orders from them for ammos and they called it after one day. I was told they were oversold the ammos so they can not fill my order. I got the ammos at a reasonable price and I think they just want to sell for more.

I purchased a S&W Bodyguard on Sunday and placed my order with Ms Jana. It shipped the next day and received it 2 days later. Love it. Great price, fast next day shipping, amazing communication. Absolutely nothing more I could ask for from a company to do business with. Absolutely pleased with the sale.
