Very reasonable price and delivery time for powdered soap dispenser that I ordered. However, disappointed that no installation instructions were included. Not obvious how the top mounting screws can be located. I might fit it out.

Ordered grab bars for ADA restrooms from WR Hardware. Product was just what I was looking for, price was right. Order process was simple and delivered within a week. I'd order from this company again.

We were out of town when the hardware was supposedly delivered and never received it. There was no notice or any package at the door when we returned so I am unable to give WR Hardware a good rating on my experience. Since I have no tracking number I am unable to determine where my order is. Today I got a call from Bill at WR Hardware who was following up with my initial poor review (one star). He wanted to be sure I did receive my hardware. He told me that my order was sent by USPS, and since we had a hold on our mail delivery while we were out of town, it was waiting for us at the post office when we collected out accumulated mail. I appreciate WR Hardware's follow up and concern for my satisfaction. I will definitely use WR Hardware in the future as they have specialty stuff I need but can't find at the big box stores.

I ordered 3 of the s/s bathroom niches from WR Hardware. The order process was very easy. I received an e mail w/my invoice copy attached when goods were ready. They did not inform me when and how it was shipped but when I asked I immediately got a response w/tracking no. The items arrived in very good condition, very well packed. The only issue I had was the niches are too small. Most of the shampoo bottles do not even fit if it is installed horizontally. If it is installed vertically then the useable space is very small. Those niches need either a middle shelf so it can be used more efficiently when installed vertically or they need more height so bottles can fit when installed horizontally.

I bought two different size solid brass door toe kicks in the last two months. They are top quality. They came nicely packaged with solid brass screws. Their prices are very good for the quality of their product. Will gladly return to their web site in the future for my needs. Highly recommended.

I bought a solid brass door toe kick about two months earlier. I liked it so much I ordered another one for my front door. Top notch quality for a fair price. I will use WR Hardware for my needs in the future.

They were quick with sending my lock. The website is super easy to understand compared to most places. I knew what I wanted and they didn't make it hard to look for or be confusing with the extra things it offered.

WR Hardware carried my very hard to find replacement sliding door handle hardware. Their web page made it very easy to match up what I needed. Fast shipping with notifications would highly recommend shopping from them.

I ordered a brushed brass door kick plate. So far it is exactly what I was looking for. Its high quality nice and thick. Also I received it in a wooden crate so there was no damaged during shipping and it arrived sooner then advertised. I will be ordering more in the future. Garett

I wanted a lifetime finish polished brass kickplste with magnetic back cut to order for our new steel front door. The kickplate I received was perfect. It was packed well and arrived in mint condition. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

The transaction was pretty easy and straightforward. I did have to send an email inquiring about the product and shipping, but the response came almost right away and made sense. A couple of days later the window tube balances arrived. I installed two of them right away: doing fine.

Never did I thought I would find a mortised insert locking device for my sliding door which is over 25 years old. But I was able to order the part from WR Hardware that was a perfect match. There were so many to choose from on their site but they had exactly what I needed--my sliding door lock works like new. I got my lock in a few days at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend WR Hardware to anyone. Thank you.

I ordered a #10-09 L.H. Casement Operator. I had to file the button on the end of the arm so it would fit easily into the track on the window. This is the fault of the manufacturer, NOT WR Hardware. This is the second time I've purchased items from WR and am pleased with the timely processing and shipping from them.
