Delivery took exactly 2 months, to Melbourne, Australia. Delivery times are taking longer at the moment, but during this 2 month period I also ordered pants from Alo and Public Rec and they both took less than a week to arrive, and they were both shipped from the USA as well. Delivery is carried out by a courier company who will drop your package off at a parcel collection point if you are not home to collect your package when they try to drop it off, this courier company is not part of the national postal service, so it is not as easy as collecting the package from your local post office. My collection point was a few kilometres away but I live in the inner city, for others living in the suburbs the collection points would be longer distances. The only support provided by Alphalete is by email, of the few emails I have sent it takes 7-10 days for a response. So far my orders with Alphalete have not been positive, with my first order after 6 weeks I emailed them asking where my item was, they sent a message back saying they did not have the item anymore and they would refund me. I was refunded within a few days. With my second order the pants I received were completely different materials to those listed online when I purchased. I have a screenshot of the advertised materials from my purchase, and those written on the tag of the pants I received, I sent them the photos of this discrepancy but got no reply. I have done a lot of online shopping recently and the support from Alphalete is comparable to only that I have experienced from online marketplaces based in China. In saying all of this the pants from Alphalete are actually quite good quality, they are simple and comfortable, that's the reason I clicked on 3 stars above as despite all the c%^p mentioned here the quality of the clothes is the most important thing. They are not as high quality as the pants I received from the other companies I mentioned above, and don't have the same soft feel to them, but these other pants did cost more, about US$100 including postage each, compared to Alphalete US$70 including postage. In the future I would be willing to pay the extra 30 dollars as for that you get fast easy postage to your door guaranteed, good customer service with support who are there if something goes wrong or missing, and the pants are better quality as well ... you really get what you pay for.

Theft I say everyone who has defective clothing tag it on their IG I know I'm going to if sh!t starts falling apart right away. I haven't worn yet but I am not looking forward giving the reviews. So, I have no issue with the quality. The fit. I like. But I only wore them for a split minute to try them on! ?? Customer service and the policy of this business is out of wack though, because of that-- forget about it! I'll never order sh!t from here again. I placed two orders originally. The first order I was stupid and didn't realize the pants were navy and not black. I asked if they could cancel the order immediately after. The company declined, explaining it was inefficient for alphalete and I would have to return once received. I suppose that's fine. A little annoyed seeing that's never happened to me while ordering online but fine. I placed my second order for black pair of pants just before I emailed the company about ordering the wrong color, fit was too small when received but I really liked them so I orders a larger size. When I sent the packages back ( the Navy blue pants and the black that were too small) and my money was returned they wouldn't refund me all my money, they held $6 for each delivery. I am not sure why!? I PAID FOR MY OWN SHIPPING TO GET IT TO ME AND WHEN I SENT THE TWO PACKAGES BACK! The explanation when I inquired about the refund was that I don't receive the shipping $$ back. YOU'RE TELLING ME I CANT RECEIVE ALL OF MY MONEY BACK THAT'S RIGHTFULLY MINE? THAT'S LEFT. Because I liked the fit so much (even though a little small)I reorder two pants (THE LARGER SIZES IN BLACK) costing about $146 after I received my first package that was too small but before the refund discrepancy. I would have continued to order more from this company but something's like left are unacceptable. Unfortunately they will lose a customer over $12 not necessarily because of the stupid $12 but the principal

My son bought some pants. He picked up the wrong style. When we realised, we tried to return them. FA refused stating that it was against policy. The policy is only displayed on the receipt that you get AFTER purchase!!! Pathetic policy administered by equally pathetic store management. Items were unused, in original unopened packaging. we tried to return within 7 days of purchase. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this pathetic business.

Their website is a nightmare, search in different places for the same thing and you'll get different products. Search under "Netball" and they'll show you two pairs, search "womens" and they'll show you netball trainers that are completely different. Their store staff are as bad as their website, unless you're a runner... then you're probably fine. Netball is the UK's largest women's sport, and ASICS sell sport specific kit, and yet you're made to feel that this market isn't as important as the running market.

The customer service is so terrible. I have not received the item which I ordered on 26th October yet, and I am tracking this shipment but it seems that the shipment has not been proceeded. So I sent emails about this problem to the customer service, but I have not received the reply yet. Therefore I sent email again that I want to cancel my order because I have not received the item and reply, and then I received their reply that they can't cancel my order. I can't understand, and this is almost deceiving. I just want to receive the item which I ordered, but I want them to cancel my order if I they don't provide the item. I want to alert this company to police if I live in UK.

the worst people to buy from!! i ordered something for my wife i put in some discount codes which went though on the booking when the payment went though they had charged me the price before discounts!! when i contacted them they said that two code couldnt be put in at the same time which is a lie as they went in! i spoke to too many members of staff about this and they said it had come and that was the end of it when they finally admitted they are in the wrong with the parcel after 29 days they now have said that they can refund me with nothing else but a poor sorry

My order for 3 base layer T shirts was split between Paramo Marylebone and Wadhurst shops. Both came well packaged, Marylebone's within 24 hours and Wadhurst within 48 hours by courier. I already own one of the base layers. It is superb so I know these will be too. Paramo clothing is quality. I couldn't afford each of the items I wanted originally so I visited nearest Marylebone shop and tried on all the items I am likely to buy in the future. So I know exactly what sizes I need when I shall order by post. You can buy Paramo trousers by waist size with varying leg length. I wish they would also sell jackets with various sizes of arm length.

I found sportspar.de searching for a Timberland coat both in Amazon and in Ebay, Sportspar is active in both the marketplaces. After further searches I found their site very professional and decided to buy with their own ecommerce. The site is only in German but this isn't a problem at all when you have Chrome. I bought a Timberland Mount Pierce Waterproof Coat to test their capability. They gave me an excellent experience: a wide range of products and variants, a price ratio without competition (just Euro 58 Euro for a Euro 300 worth coat), an international fast and economical DHL expedition with detailed tracking. As first time customer and newsletter subscriber they gave me a Euro 5 coupon.

never had such a bad experience with a retailer. Ordered pair of trainers on 30/12/2018 with dilevery timeframe between 07.01.2019 and 09.01.2018. Called on company on 08.01.2019 and found that order is not shipped and they dont know when it will be shipped. Emailed on 11.01.2019 and got a response =》I apologise for the dleay with this and we do not have an ETA on this at the moment but I will keep an eye on this and give you an update as soon as I can. Called on 14.01.2019 and have same response. What's going on?

Excellent quality, fast shipping, good direct CS, two British girls supplying beautiful hard-wearing (not see through!) leggings which no matter how hard I try I can't kill. Having cut the calves off my oldest pair, I wore in Indian roof top yoga classes 4 hours a day for 5 weeks thinking I'd bin them. Nope. They came home with me still in good nik! Go smaller than you think you are. I take extra small, I'm 66kg and 5'5" but slim in the legs. They fit long!

Went into valley view store in Roanoke VA Aug 15, 20, my son was not wearing mask due to medical, I understand store policies about masking but the way the lady at counter handled it was completely unnecessary, shouting across the store instead of coming to us to tell us we could not come in and would have to order online! Bought a pair of trainers for £80 that are already falling apart after a month of light use. SportsShoes have ignored my emails and messages on Facebook for over a week now but they are busy posting marketing content. They only replied once I raised a dispute through Paypal and even then they were absolutely useless, sending the same canned responses not relevant to what I told them and they didn't make any return arrangements taking into consideration the current lockdown due to the covid-19. Absolutely useless company. Never again.

Honestly, the material of the leggings is next level stunning. Unfortunately I'm really short (5ft) and need the leggings to come in a 7/8 length, they were just too long and didn't quite fit as plush as other leggings I own so I've had to return them. I plan to shop again in the future maybe for shorts or if they bring out a 7/8 length legging.

I’ve tried a lot of Leggins in my fitness journey but these have to be the best that I’ve tried. I love the thickness, I love the colours that you can choose from, and I absolutely love that there are no paper labels inside the leggings as they always irritate my skin!. I’ve already had loads of compliments and looks as I walk around outside which make me feel great. I will 100% be buying more in the future. Thank you!! Love them! Love the cut and colours. I'm a size 8/10 aus. I have bought at least 6 pairs of Dharmas in size small. I think I may get away with xs but my waist is my bigger area so I get small for comfort. I wear them everywhere! And most definitely to the gym... squatting with no issues.

Jag är jättenöjd. Jag är född med klumpfot och har väldigt breda fötter som ett resultat av alla operationer. Jag supinerar foten dessutom när jag springer i vanliga skor vilket innebär att jag springer på lilltån och får sår, blåsor och förhårdnader. Sprang idag första rundan med mina Joe Nimble skor och hela foten fick jobba och ingen belastning på lilltån. Jag fick dessutom skorna dagen efter jag beställde. Så nöjd

Was thrilled to find an ethical sneaker company to get my boyfriend something nice for his birthday. Unfortunately, it turned into a saga that’s now been going on three months. I’ve had to return two pairs of shoes to them, the second time because they sent the wrong ones when I tried to exchange the first. I’ve now been waiting nearly a month for them to refund my shipping costs due to their error. Customer service has been really poor, slow response times and have been told to “be patient” when I ask for an update. His bday was in Nov, it’s Feb now and I’m still waiting for my shipping refund... done being patient.

Stay away from this company! I do not recommend, since everything has to be paid beforehand, did not get refund from my return (they claimed they haven't got it at all, had to pay for the shipping and return myself too so lost extra 25 euros for that!) and jeans are poor quality. You don't even get a sticker with the return address when returning the item, so you have to do a lot of work with the return (buy packaging, attach a return form BOTH inside and outside pocket of the package) write the address on the package and so on) Customer service is rude and you will not get your money back!

I have ordered numerous Freddy jeans/ pants. Most I have kept, but had to return 2 pairs. The process is so simple and stress free. There was never a need to follow up as service and refunding was very efficient. The few pairs I have kept, I absolutely love and Wear them all the time. I highly recommend the company.

Warning! Before ordering, bear in mind you cannot cancel an order, even after 5 minutes, 55 minutes or 2 hours and 55 minutes. Once you "submit" your payment, no cancellations, ever! You can, of course, return items if they ever arrive by Yodel! But no cancellations. Got it!

It seems that if you're out of warranty they don't want to know about it even for a tiny spare part. Basically I lost a "Zip-Pull" from an expensive Summit Series Point Five Gore-Tex Jacket & you might think it would be easy to replace.... I emailed TNF Customer Service twice & I rung them twice and I got nowhere. Immediately they try to fob you off when they hear your warranty is up (this item costs near £400 new & barely a year out!). The TNF staff were very hard to understand & they didn't even know what a Zip-Puller / Toggle is nor the jacet itself!!! I thought I was eventually getting somewhere when she said she would escalate it to Spare Parts (to whom I originally addressed my mail) but two weeks on & nothing. I have bought a lot of TNF gear over the years but will think twice from now on. Thank Goodness for the TNF/ Ellis Bingham Staff in Westfield Stratford who fixed my problem & even supplied me an extra spare one!!! Sincere thanks to Dean & Co.

My order still hasn’t shipped and it’s been over 2 weeks. I placed my order on 4/15/21. I noticed my order still didn’t ship so on 4/26/21, I contacted them for an update and they responded that my order would ship today 4/30/21 (it’s been 15 days since I first placed the order) and I reached out to them today 4/30/21 at 10:32 EST and as of 6:07 p.m EST, I received no response. I spent a large amount of money on my entire order. I understand the whole covid situation makes things difficult but the lack of communication is very upsetting. If I don’t hear back by tomorrow I will file a claim on paypal. BUYER BEWARE. Also, I haven’t had any issues at all with my purchases from other similar small sportswear businesses/companies during the past several months. Long story short, I’m not ever purchasing from here again. I will post updates on this issue.

Please dont order from them. Ive been waiting for my order for 6 months. They refuse to give me refund, even though I havent recived anything since february, its now july. They scammed me off 200$. They blame covid-19, but I did my order before and they took almost 4 months just you SEND my package. Also worth mentioning, they do not answer my emails anymore. So I actually lost 200$ and they could not care less, DONT gamble. There is a lot of brands out there who actually gates about their costumers.

You are purchasing these shoes from CARIUMA Singapore. Can you tell from the website? Why it matters: With a choice of credit cards, some have fees for foreign exchange, others do not. It so happens that I used one of my cards that does charge foreign exchange fees. Why I am disappointed: I cannot find any reference to where the transaction will be taking place on their web site nor during the purchase process. When I contacted customer support via chat, they ducked and dodged. They offered a weak excuse that they have no way of knowing what fees bank would charge, even though that is not the point. You would think the location where the transaction will take place would be easy to disclose during the purchase process. When I pointed out this was a simple issue of transparency, they completely avoided the topic. Finally, their remedy: cancel the order. They really were not interested in my satisfaction. I would have been happy with a discount or credit on my next order, but now there will be no next order. For a company that espouses high ethics, the lack of transparency and the refusal to own the issue leads me to wonder if all that is a marketing ploy.

Super disappointed. Don't look as good in person, are uncomfortable, and cause a lot of pain on my outer toes (and painful blisters). Also, bits of the green insole come off on my socks and this is hard to get rid of, even in the wash. The worst part is that they are made in China. There is nothing sustainable about manufacturing under an oppressive communist regime and using petrol to ship them mostly to the other side of the world. Their website is full of pretty pictures and flowery messages about sustainability. You see the words "Rio" and "Brazil" dozens of times yet "China" is not mentioned until you open the box and see it on the label. I even hate looking at them on my shelf. Reminds me how I got duped into buying a cheap pair of canvas sneakers made in China for $110 in euros. As soon as I can I'm buying a new pair and donating them.
