I'm a short girl, 5ft, but also a rocking a 36 dd bust and a small waist. I love working out but finding sports bras that work for me was near impossible. The best one I had before my SHEFIT was good in my ribcage and bust but the straps were too loose. With no way to adjust them cardio was still a pain unless I wore a sports bra on top of it. Also it was ugly and boring! Bust girls deserve cute sports bras that work and I got that in SHEFIT. Since it adjusts so many ways I feel completely supported and as my body changes I will still be able to use it. Definitely going to have to buy more!

As a healthcare worker being on my feet constantly and a recreational athlete on the basketball court, these VKTRY performance insoles are A Must Have! At first though, it was stiffer than most orthotics I've worn especially having wide, flat feet. However after the break-in period which for me took several days, I've grown accustomed to them and actually feel a slight spring back from the carbon fiber. Whether I interchange the VKTRY insoles from my work shoes and athletic shoes, I am pleasantly surprised that these have performed better than I expected. In fact, I even feel less feet fatigue just using them. These are my go-to insoles.

I suffer from severe knee, back and foot pain almost daily. I know it has to do with my weight but I also coach volleyball. So I needed something to relieve the pain. It has been hard for me to jump the last few years so I put the insoles on and within 30-45 minutes later I was jumping with nooooo pain!

Gymshark... Yes a great alternative to more expensive brands like Lululemon however if you live outside of their free delivery zone beware. I was first time Gymshark purchaser and not sure about sizing so I consulted their size charts and then made my best guess. Unfortunately on this occasion I guessed badly. As a result I had to return my purchases. Usually this is not a problem as most online international retailer make this easy and some even offer free returns. Not Gymshark. If you need to make returns this is at your own cost (and make allowances for hidden costs like customs duty on the returned goods - yes on returned goods!). It cost me 55US$ for courier (post offices closed due to covid) and customs duty to return 2 t-shirts and a pair of shorts. I reached out to their support line when my package was stuck in customs for help but what I got was basically a polite but unsupportive "sorry can't help, your returns your costs". Which was disappointing as I consulted their website which made no mention of customs duty on returned goods. So their super simple "rebound" returns service is neither simple nor cheap. Unless you know exactly what you are ordering fits, think carefully about whether you are prepared for the hassle of returning your items.

Very disappointed with Gymshark’s customer service. I ordered a packaged valued at just under $100. The package was to be delivered by FedEx, but the delivery service refused to leave the package at the door and was requiring me to pick up the package from the store (we are currently in the middle of a pandemic and I am self-quarantining). Every time I reached out to CS it was a different person. I thought the issue had been taken care of and CS informed me the package would be delivered but then the next day another person reached out and informed me if I didn’t go pick up the package from FedEx my order would be returned to Gymshark. This was my first time ordering and I will not be ordering from this company again. I cannot believe how irresponsible this company is - my time was wasted.

Purchased some shorts and Joggers and was happy to know that shipping via DHL was much faster during this pandemic. One problem was that out of the 2 orders, they decided to cancel 1 of them without notification. In fact, I got an email saying order is shipped followed by an email from Ecth a day or two later saying they will provide partial refund for one of my item in the order. Considering DHL is a paid shipping method, Echt customer service have rectified the matter, however, their business approach on this matter should change. Besides the bad experience on this order, I really liked my shorts that came. The material is very nice and the shorts is very comfortable and stylish. I think they can still use a better zipper on their products as it feels cheap and not durable at all.

Love my new EnVe golf shoes. I have arthritis in the left ankle from an old injury and in both big toes from who knows what. But I still like to walk when ever possible. I have tried almost every shoe known to man kind. These are the best to date. I'm walking 18 on a Saturday and another 9 on Sunday. I still have foot pain but less in comparison to other shoes I have tried. I notice it mostly in the ankle. This shoe gives great support to the ankle and preforms all around as great golf shoe. I purchased a black pair to try them and now have a pair of white ones as well. I would like to see Athalonz take this technology to an every day street walker. But I might try the G-Force 2 for this. Thanks John Massey

Received the Athalonz golf shoes just over a week ago, and I've already played 4 times wearing them. WOW! Athalonz recommends that you order a half size larger than you normally wear, and that is true! BUT....when you do that, they fit like a glove! They give superb support, and are comfortable right out of the box! They obviously use top notch materials, and I expect them to be more durable than the vast majority of shoes. They are good looking, extremely stable, and have quickly become my favorite of several pairs that I own. Simply put, they are worth every penny!

I started off ordering The "Basic Painting Kit", which contains 6 paints of different colors. There was no problem buying the product, but the delivery was really bad. It took 20 days for the paint to arrive. And when it finally arrived, the paint brushes were bent, and I was missing a green color. The packaging was also terrible and messy. A positive thing, is that the costumer service was decent, and they were quick to respond.

I ordered a shoe horn and was sent a suede brush. Then after clarification, I received my order, late. Now this second time I have ordered a shoe horn for a friend, the only notification I got was that they have received my payment. I have been waiting for a week. So I ended up calling, and only when I did I got a notification that my order is on the way..surely..what a bad experience I have had two times..So disappointed.

I placed 6 orders with Lahana Active after seeing how cute their Elke Crops and Tyler Crops were on social media. After carting out my second batch of items and receiving an order confirmation, I was told suddenly a few days later after I had reached out for another matter (charged me $45 more for a set) - that it was out of stock. They did not tell me which order this was and did not respond for a few days. I had to dig out my orders and confirm with them which order it was and told them very specifically that I did not want a bigger size as a replacement but a refund since it wasn't my shorts and I was purchasing it for a friend. Instead of listening to me, they claimed that they worked "really" fast during the sales period and shipped out the S even though my email reply was a whole day before I got the shipping information. On top of that, I received the parcel today and guess what? 4 mistakes were made in THIS 1 ORDER. 1. My Yellow Floral set (TYLER T BACK CROP and MIMI BIKER SHORTS) were charged $45 more than it was on site, they said they will reimburse it - they have not. 2. My Yellow Floral MIMI BIKER SHORTS Shorts DID NOT EVEN ARRIVE IN THE PARCEL. 3. Out of the 3 ELKE CROPS in Green Gingham, I received 2 of them in the correct size and 1 in the wrong size. 4. I received my Yellow Floral TYLER T BACK CROP but it came in the WRONG size. Does working fast mean making so many errors? If that is the case, I sincerely hope that Lahana Active would slow it down and get their orders right instead of sending out bogus orders like this. I have raised a case with paypal (Thank God I paid through them) and will write another review for the other orders I have placed. This is the most frustrating and stressful experience I've ever encountered with an online brand. I shopped at many places (gymshark, Doyoueven, princess polly, alphalete, aybl, etc.) this is by far the worst. ----------------------------------------------------------- Update on the sizing: the sizing is the most ridiculous thing ever. I bought the elke crop in lilac, elke crop in green gingham and the tyler crop in floral - all in size SMALL. I couldn't even fit the lilac one over my shoulders, the green gingham one fits but is really tight on me and the floral one fits perfectly. I'm okay with the mini size difference between the elke crop and the tyler crop but between the 2 ELKE crops in lilac and green gingham?? What is going on? Who is doing the quality control over at Lahana Active? On top of that, the 3 bras came in a different material. The floral set was a really soft and stretchy material, the green gingham feels like it's made out of swimsuit material and the waist band for the shorts has virtually no stretch (I almost could not pull the shorts over my knees because of that) and the lilac one is made out of cotton. I'm really confused, not sure what the logic behind the material is but wow I am not only miffed, I am amused someone thought this was a good design. I really get that your brand is a small and new company, I was patient and I tried to be nice about all the mistakes you have made for 1 single order (Lord knows how my other orders will fare) and like all small and new companies I sincerely hope you will work on the communication, sizing and quality control of your items before having so many new launches. Do better.

I hate even leaving one star. I ordered 5 face masks. I ordered different colors and different patterns. I received all one color. I contacted them by email which is the only way you can contact them. I was told according to their records I ordered all black. I DID NOT. I emailed them back to tell them they had it wrong but never heard from them again. They have numerous complaints through Better Business Bureau. They get your money and they’re done. No concern for customer care.

Placed orders on 7/31 and 8/2. Items were not back ordered and they were in stock. They were quick to charge my account but I had to contact them to get them to ship. Received notice of shipping labels PRINTED on 8/8 and 8/12. Packages sat in their warehouse for 5 more days before they took them to the post office to be shipped. Continued to get the same generic response, no apology. Still haven't received.

Do not order baseball pants from this company. Despite their website saying "Hassle free returns" - what a joke. If it's a "stock uniform" then it's not returnable. Took weeks to get the pants I ordered for my son and then they don't fit, so I'm out of luck and $115.

Lovely Muslim company that I would definitely recommend. I do believe the sizes are smaller than expected so I would recommend sizing up. The top I brought was a little tight on the kneck area so I can't zip it up all the way. The sports hijabs was great and I have had lots of compliments :)

Shocking service. Shorts arrived and fabric is thin and entirely see through. Emailed customer service and had zero response in over a week and a half. Managed to get a response through their WhatsApp messaging and there advisor had no understanding and took no responsibility for a poor quality product. Very disappointed & will not be returning as a customer.

My Credit Card was charged on 12-15-2008 for $24.85. I e-mailed JustGear.com on Thursday, December 18, 2008 9:11 AM about the merchandise I ordered & I have not rec'd a reply or the goods I ordered. I would give this business 0 stars if I could. On Dec. 17 2016, I placed an online order for a jersey with procyclegear.com. I received an order confirmation and my credit card was charged $84.51 the same day. Dec. 19, I received 2 emails, one that said my order was awaiting shipping and one that said the order was shipped. Dec. 23, I received and email from the owner, Luis Fernandez of ProCycleGear.com saying there was a problem with my order, that they ran out of the item I ordered and if he can ship a substitute. This was after I received the email that said it was shipped. I replied back asking if there was a black and red version of the jersey. He replied "let me check." After 3 days of no response, I called. No one answered. I left a message to call me back and left a number. I also emailed that I hadn't heard back and to please call me. On the same day, I get a reply through email with a response "sorry only black white." I reply back if he can please call me as I'd rather discuss this over the phone rather than go back and forth via email. I don't get a reply so later that afternoon, I send another email saying I'd like a full refund since they don't have the item I paid for. Then Luis replies back "Will process full refund." 3 days later, Dec 27, I still don't see a credit on my card account. I email him again asking for a refund. 2 days pass and still no word. I call and leave a message saying I still did not receive my refund and to please call me back. I also send an email. Every time I call, no one answers and it goes straight to voicemail and I never received any phone calls from ProCycleGear.com. I finally had to call my credit card bank to dispute the charge and get a full refund. This was absolutely the worst service I've had to deal with from a business. I was charged $84.51 for an item that was never shipped and then the business did not send me a refund. I consider that theft. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and FTC. When I looked for the address online, Google map shows it to be a residence and not a legitimate brick and mortar store. Seems very shady. UPDATE 01/03/17: I finally received an email from Luis saying that I will get a full refund and that he was on vacation. Too late. Not how to run a business.

Avoid this company!! I went out on a limb and decided to buy a pair shoes from this company. My mistake! After 10 days, my order still showed "In progress" status. I emailed them... no response. I called them and was finally told that my order was being cancelled and a refund was needed. No reason as to why until I continue to ask for justification. Apparently their shipment did not come in. What does that mean? Horrible customer service and no follow through on making it right. In any case, I would avoid buying from this company unless you want a painful and disappointing ride in shoe buying.

I ordered a pair of Nike air max ltd 3 and it was shipped in a reasonable time ( about 5 days). So my husbamd was smiling from ear to ear when he opened the Nike box to see his white/grey/black sneakers. To our amazement and disappointment The sneakers were creased, had stains all around them with some kind of hard sticky substance. Pissed was not the word!!! I called and a representative tried to give me the run around in regards to a refund. She was giving me lip about sending a picture and deliberating in the next 3 days with her supervisor and making a decision and .....so on and so forth. She basically said it would take me a month for my refund and tried to talk me into an exchange instead. Should of did more careful digging before shopping with this fraudulent website "sneakerhead". Could not take the hassle any longer. But I guess you get what you pay for. Never again. I give this company a " D" for deception or rather an "F" for fraudulent.

I recently bought a pair of running shoes from Kelley's (March 2017). I needed a larger size, and wanted to exchange, assuming I would get the same price. I called customer service to guide me and sent back the original shoes. They told me they could do the exchange and provide the same shoes with the increase of 1/2 size. Instead, they sent the same mode/make but latest version, and charged me 2X more than the original price. I have complained to multiple customer reps for Kelley's, but to no avail. DO NOT BUY FROM KELLY'S RUNNING WAREHOUSE. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND LOOKING TO SCREW OVER THEIR CUSTOMERS. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

I ordered dance shirts two weeks ago, which I thought would be plenty of time to receive the order. The next business day after ordering, I got an email saying my card was not going through. So I called them, verified my information and they ran it through again. The same thing happened the next day, so I called them and tried using a different debit card - again, same problem. Then I called my bank to check to see if there was a problem on my end. The bank said that they hadn't even been trying to run my card through. So I called one last time to tell them what my bank said - they put me through the exact same process and said they would call me back if there was a problem processing. After two days, I received no call, but got the same email. I finally got fed up with it and ran a credit card through instead... but still waiting to see if I get the same email. I paid extra for 5 day shipping, and it didn't arrive in 5 days (so I had to scramble to buy something else), and they refuse to refund the shipping cost! Last year my business partner placed an order right after i had placed an order, and they automatically changed the shipping address I had put in for my order to the one she used - didn't even ask about it - so my costumes ended up in Indiana instead of Tennessee! Multiple times I've ordered items listed as "available" only to receive an email days later saying the items are backlisted. They're just not a reliable source for dance needs any more! And their customer service reps always manage to blame the customer instead of helping. I'm through with them! Too bad too, since I own a 400-student studio!

I ordered a pair of Asolo Power Matic 500 GV from Al's. I thought the boots were stolen based on the price they were offering. Turns out they were really just an awesome deal. Shipping was as promised. I even called their store, and someone answered the phone, no button pressing or message leaving. The boots are exactly what I ordered. I honeslty can't believe it worked out this good for me. I thought I'd have at least one problem, but I didn't. I'll be back to Al's!

Do not bother! Purchased a pair of tights 2 months ago which were faulty and have FOUR holes in them when I had only worn them a total of 10times!! I paid over $100 for them and was told that they were considered reasonable wear and tear! Are you kidding? Not to mention that the lady at the Macarthur Square store was unbelievably rude about it. I have previously liked my Lorna Jane products but due to the fact that they do not stand behind their own product, I will never purchase from them again. Go spend less money and actually get what you pay for. These are not better tights, they just cost more and the staff are rude.

Returned some running shorts that I didn’t like the length. Opened packaging, tried on quickly, immediately returned to plastic bag and started return process. Rabbit says they are unable to process return as they were moist upon arrival and obviously worn. Nope, Rabbit they weren’t. Would not recommend this company. Selling clothes online should have a tremendous return policy, especially for the amount they are charging for running shorts.

I recently discovered - of course via Instagram - the apparel of Rabbit. I've become a passionate trail runner over the last two years but infrequently upgrade what I run in and have been dismayed by other retailers' running apparel. With Rabbit, not only is the clothing unique and functional, it's also really flattering, wicks sweat well, and doesn't seem to absorb the smell of sweat at all (how is this possible?). Love the shorts and sports bras - will definitely be buying them again.

Slow Delivery, but the items were Great! Placed the order on the 29th November, and didn't recieve it until the 10th December- I think that is too long, esp when you don't recieve any notifications when waiting this length of time. I chased them and got told they were busy. But when you are ordering christmas presents you expect a 5 day turn around. Don't order for Christmas you won't get it in time! The item was great.

Ordered and paid for items in discount sale.after 5 days wondering what was happening received email cancelling my order.contacted them on their chat app on the website.after explaining I hadn't cancelled the order they said it was due to no stock.i pointed out I could still purchase the item on their website but at higher price and after going round in circles was told nothing they could do but I could still purchase it at the new inflated price once my original funds were returned.....laughable customer service and extremely poor attitude overall. My advice would be to go to a supplier of sporting goods who actually cares about its rep and customers.if you look around they have shocking feedback wish I'd read it before my initial order.

23 Oct 2016, I purchased a pair of GriSport Wolf Blue walking boots from New Forest Footwear (parent company Rest And Play Ltd). While initially satisfied, just after 6 months use (4/5 kms everyday), chunks of tread began to fall off. A week or so later I noticed that the soles had cracked across the width. On contacting the company, the following was one (all much the same) response: "From the pictures the boots do look pretty well worn and it would not be cost effective to post them back to us from Spain for further inspection. Therefore as a goodwill gesture we will offer you 10% off any future purchase." A bit of a joke as a discount card came with the boots offering 10% of all further purchases. I replied: "I would not expect, irrespective of age: a. Blocks of tread to fall off b. The soles to crack across the width of the boot." In another email, I wrote: "On the right boot, a section of unworn tread is 4 mm in depth. The majority of the remaining tread is a little under 3 mm and not less than 2mm. That is NOT excessive wear. And as I have stated before, tread should not chip off and the soles should not have split no matter how much tread wear has occurred." All to no avail! I have also read another report of this companies customer support being less than satisfactory. On contacting the importer, the retailer did increase their offer to 15% discount, which I declined.

I think this is a scam. Customer support is arrogant and stubborn. Ordered online and the order was duplicated (by Cycology) and paid for twice. Cycology's only proposal was to return one delivery for a refund, but they would not refund the shipping costs. With the cost of returning the items, I would have been out of pocket, so no option really but to keep the duplicate order. If anyone else has had this happen, please respond. It is a well-known e-commerce scam.

I decided to place an order at 33-off.com and I did make use of the $15 off code... shipping by canada post as per the tracking number. 33-Off.com Canada has wonderful deals and sales to be had! They offer free shipping shipping to Canada, any taxes paid up because 33 off its shipped via Canada. I ordered 2 pairs of running shoes Asics for 120 dollars that would of retailed me around 300 in store. Customer service has been speedy to answer me and they shipped out next day. I love the array of sizes, Im a size 9 foot and they had hundreds of items for me which is a hard thing to find. overall, i'm very happy with the site 33-off.com, prices are very good, using the discount code made it even better, and no issues with shipping. I hope they can expand their running shoes and running gears in the future, i'd buy from them again.

Was a little skeptical of this company at first since I had never heard of them, but low and behold my two pairs of discounted Asic Gel Cumulus 12 running shoes arrived a few days after I ordered them, complete with a Canada Post Return Sticker in case I was not happy and wanted to return it. I have shopped at Title Nine for several years. They have some cute merchandise, but they are very overpriced. Their return policy is also limited. They claim that you can try out the sports clothing and return it if it is not satisfactory, but they only give one year from purchase to return. There have been times when I have not tried out an item of sports clothing within the one year time, and have been stuck with something that I cannot use because I missed the return window. It can also take time for items to show that their initial quality appearance was misleading--like a sweater that does not pill extensively until it has been worn several times, but by then the one year return window has closed. Their shipping is also ridiculously slow--it takes 2 full weeks to receive an item shipped from CA to the East Coast. They carry items from other sellers, like Prana or Patagonia, but do not list that on the website, and their description of the items make it sound like it is their design. They do have periodic sales, where sale items will be reduced by 20% or so, but when original prices are so high (a made in China wool sweater averages $100 to $150), even 20% does not help much. Many of their made in China items are original designs, but the execution suffers from the location at which they are made. I prefer to shop at the original vendors of the clothing that they sell. Recently they started a one day a week, 3 hour sale (12 noon to 3p EST) and unless you have private online access during work hours, you are out of luck. When I missed the first sale by one hour I called customer service, and was told that they did not know what had been on sale and were no able to tell me. My business is going elsewhere.

I ordered a bathing suit top for my daughter and paid for rush delivery so she would have it before leaving on vacation. It did not arrive, then, or ever. I emailed Title Nine about a month later and asked what had happened. I did get a quick response, but it was very vague, and said they would "reach out" to the packaging department to see what was up. A day later I was told it would be reshipped. It never arrived again. I emailed Title Nine and they said they were still not sure what had happened, but they would refund my card. I thought after bungling the order the first time they would be especially careful with the second order so as not to lose my business. But no. I will never buy from them again.

I've been shopping with Tikiboo for nearly five years now. Parcels have always been dispatched and arrived promptly, and thankfully I've never had to return anything as sizing and descriptions are accurate. The only time I had a delivery issue because of the courier, the Customer Service team responded instantly with utmost sympathy and efficiency, and arranged to redeliver my parcel via a different service. I recommend Tikiboo to anybody interested in a heartbeat. It's a great example of corporate, commercial and customer responsibility.

Very bad customer service, extremely slow delivery. Whenever you make an online order you get no notification when the order will be received. If you call and ask when the order will be arriving, you will be notified that they have 7 days to make the delivery, but no estimated time, so you basically have to be on the address all of the 7 days, since you don't know when it might be arriving. But don't worry, you will be getting the order on the 7th day, if you're lucky. Not a day early. I was injured and couldn't walk and was staying at home, so i ordered something. I ordered it on tuesday, of course it came the next tuesday while I was at work now, so i couldn't pick it up. Mind you, the actual shop is 15 minutes away from where i live. My advice is, if you are ordering from this shop, make sure you use the pay on delivery option so you can at least just not pick it up if they are too slow, or it might actually motivate them to work faster. Another advice is, since most of the stock of this shop comes from Ali Express, you're better off ordering from there. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU THINK YOU WILL NEED TO RETURN. The returns process for this company is an absolute shambles, they use an outside company to deal with their returns, you can expect the parcel to be picked up any day Monday-Friday anytime between 9-6. Obviously this doesn’t suit the majority of people who aren’t in the house freely available any day of the week. If you miss your delivery slot, it’s entirely in your hands to ring up the delivery company and reschedule a pick up date, sounds straight forward but believe me it is not. You have to print out piles of paperwork to sign, all with no guarantee the parcel will even be delivered, their terms and conditions state if the parcel cannot be delivered they will sell or destroy the items. LE COQ SPORTIF CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT RESPOND. Don’t risk losing your money and time.

I'm a big fan of decathlon for many years. Their products are honestly priced and of very good quality. You can get even better deals at their clearance section. Have their card so returns are very easy during the warranty period. My latest buy was a road bike ultra AF 9000 cost £800 through cyclescheme. The staff at the cycling department at the Surrey Quays store were excellent: Roman arranged test ride on 2 bikes for 2days so I could buy with confidence, Pablo ordered the bike and kept me informed, Mario set up the bike to perfection and Jakub helped with the payment through the cycling scheme. I'm confident that if there are any issues with the bike I can always bring it over for check up and fix. Thanks guys!

I have ordered a bike on 23rd Nov'18 with a delivery scheduled on 25th Nov'18 i.e. Sunday and out of excitement I reached at the store in the morning but to my disappointment I was told it's not there yet and will get an email confirmation once it is ready to collect in store. The wait didn't end till Tuesday as after back n forth communication I finally got the confirmation that it can be collected on Tuesday. They lacked to inform me that it won't be delivered on agreed day hence the score for delivery service as I am yet to collect the bike therefore can't comment on the product and product service. So disappointed with decathlon as it ruined my plans for the week.

I bought leggings. They were too big. I wanted to return them, but unlike other online companies that offer free return shipping, they were charging me $4.99 to return them. (after I paid $4.99 when I ordered them) I went to the post office and it was only $2.03 to ship them back... I wrote customer service and received an RMA return shipping label with no explanation so I though they were doing the right thing. Then I saw that they had charged me the $4.99! I would have saved myself $3.00 to mail them back through the post office w/tracking...so now I am out $10.00. I know it seems trivial, but if it only cost them $2.00 to mail it...then why did I pay $10.00 in total? It's just wrong!

I found this website and had a t-shirt design made for my husband and his troops. My husband ordered all his platoon in the Army t-shirts in February. Here we are in July and still have not received the t-shirts we ordered. We have sent multiple e-mails requesting updates. One e-mail said that they can have it out by May "but no promises." Our Higher HQ set up products here and sent us all to order shirts, etc. That was 8 months ago. It took 6 months for the 3 items I ordered to be delivered. The first was not even close to coyote brown and I sent it back. They send kitchy emails about coolness and all that, but 8 months after ordering they still haven't managed to produce the replacement shirt. My only assumption is that they are hoping we just go away, or they delay long enough somehow they just keep the $$ and move on. It's a t-shirt, not rocket science.. I have forbid anyone in my command from doing business with this company for anything associated with our unit. Avoid the frustration, go elsewhere.

I placed an order by express delivery on 7th August, which should have been with me in 2/3 days. I emailed them on the 12th, no reply. Rang later that day, no answer. I then read the reviews on here, which made me wish I had read the reviews before parting with my money. Almost instantly after posting this review (which I have now edited) I got an email telling me they had problems with suppliers (they should have told me that before I chased them up) and that they had been too busy to get to the emails (maybe take on more staff if you cannot meet customer demand?) and they would be happy to still send the order by express. The order would have arrived too late, so I cancelled the order the next day - the refund was in my account within hours. Fair play to them on the resolution, but there are lessons they need to learn here, and mine is not an isolated experience. My advice would be to not place an order to a short timescale if you use this company.

I have just received my Adidas Stan Smiths Ltd Editions on the day they said, I had never heard of this company before they just came up on Google, I telephoned them a few times, they answered their calls every time after 3 rings, very polite, they said delivery would be approx, 6-9 days due to Covid-19 and yes they arrived on time. I will definitely use them again without any question. Thank You

I bought a set of most talon bars, intial service was good but when they arrived they was a different finish to the ones I ordered as advertised on there site, and they was missing a stem wedge that without it’s impossible to use, I’ve had around do a lot of legwork to track one down in England , I did email them stating this and have had no reply.
