I purchased two dresses and one latin skirt ...two of them fit but.. one dress was huge and must have been mis-sized. I requested to send it back but because of the complications of sending it back to China and the Pandemic situation causing even more return problems, the company offered to just make a partial refund. I accepted and felt this was the easiest route to go and appreciated the offer. Awaiting the refund back to my Paypal account. It seems some of the size info on their site is correct, maybe it was just a fluke, but some selection sizes must be incorrect from my latest experience not sure how to determine now which ones are correct...

First of all I placed an order for 3 items. They took forever to ship it and did not respond to my requests for an update. Apparently one item was discontinued - and was not shipped to me. But they charged me for it anyway. I would use extreme caution when dealing with these people!

Very poor service. While the products are shown available in the website the next day ‘unfortunately’ are not available. Also I pay for home delivery and the delivery cannot come to my house! And they didn’t have the intention to make at least a refund for the money I paid for home delivery. They preferred to loose 70€ (Because I cancelled my order) than to refund 2,5€. Very unprofessional behaviour.

I contacted Mr. Ferdinand and was treated with outstanding customer service and respect. Not only did he wave the shipping cost he told me to donate the shoes to someone who would enjoy them. Gave me a complete refund and is sending me the correct size. I have never been treated with such kindness from any company before. What a great experience. Got the low tops and boots and both were fantastic. Well worth the wait, as they took about 2 weeks to reach. That is the only downside. I would opt for the express shipping which is pretty reasonable over the free shipping with is pretty slow.

Customer service is horrible. After waiting 5 weeks to receive my two kits, I open them up to see the chamois is so subpar. It's sewn in two inches back from where it should be. It has seams poorly sewn and running right down the crease between your crotch and legs. Saddle sores would start at mile one. I attempted to return them but all I was offered was a 20% discount on a future purchase. Then they stopped communicating with me. You've been warned.

Worst apparel company ever. Waited a month for my product. They had the address wrong so they shipped it to my zip code, but not to my house so USPS refused to deliver it and shipped it back to shipper, all while they already had my money. Whbe I went back to them they said they will have to charge me for shipping it back to the corrected address. I mean they are ridiculous . Never ever ever buy from them and I will be writing a formal complaint to the bbb. All I asked was for my money back and they refuse to refund me

I wished I read the reviews here first before ordering mine in March 2022. 😭😭 My order only arrived in Aug and it was incomplete! Missing 1 activewear but GWM indicated my order status in the account as FULFILLED. I am truly disappointed! More than 5 months of waiting due to delay port closure. My other orders from China via other mediums have arrived in a month. I also saw all the FB posts from other babes reacted angrily but all the comments are deleted. Pls ladies, do not support the activewear from here. All my enquiries via email/ Whatsapp/DMs are ignored as it is.

Love the concept behind this brand and the Instagram publicity was excellent. Misbah is dynamic and engaging, and responds promptly to queries on Instagram and via email. Refunds and exhanges were completed with no difficulties (although be aware that deliveries back have to be paid yourself). Ordered 10 items "just to see" and ended up keeping 6 - testament to the quality, price, style and fit!

I placed an online order. The order went to a store about 3 hours away. When I finally got them they were used. Grass, dirt, and most of all wear. The logo was even worn off one insole. The shoes had already taken the shape of whomever's clods had graced the inside. Not only was I shocked to see that a STORE had given someone a refund or replacement for these obviously worn shoes, but the level of incompetence at the store level to ship them to a new customer is beyond anything retraining could fix. I contacted support chat and since these were Guaranteed to be delivered by Father's Day (Today) the agent assured me they would be overnighted to me and for me to send these back. Checking FedEX today they do not appear to be overnighted as the estimated delivery date is 6/30/20. NINE days from today. What had happened to this company? Do they even care? I am well aware this review was to be for the cleats, however I care as much as Dick's does, so since I can't review something I don't have, I'll just post my experience.

Dreadful. I entered a draw for a new trainer launch and was subsequently told that I had been unsuccessful. However, my account had already been charged for the payment, and I'll need to wait for the funds to become available to me again, by which point the trainers I wanted will be sold out everywhere. It was all the money I had in the world, and it took me 3 months to save up what little spare cash I had to be able to afford it. Only to be told that I have been unsuccessful and 'sorry', when you know they're laughing all the way to the bank. Meanwhile those of us who have to work for a living and for something, anything to look forward to, even the smallest bit of joy, get told that 'fair is fair'. Random does not mean fair, it means that loyal customers get forgotten while resellers make their profit. All I was asked was if I wanted them to close my account with Hanon. Disgusting. I hope this business fails.

Hanon is a great shop for sneakers in the U.K. They are prompt and secure with delivery, provide helpful customer service and most importantly to me, the range of stock they carry is amazing. It's nice to choose from different shoes compared to what other similar sites sell. Prices are really good too especially on sale items. Highly recommended.

Would give zero stars if it wS an option. I am incredibly disappointed in Puma's customer service. I placed an order on 4/26 and have yet to receive it after receiving an email that it was shipped on 4/28. I have sent 2 emails to Customer Service with no response 2 weeks ago. I also was promised a credit by 2 representatives I chatted with and have not received that either. The last repesentative I chatted with was obvious she was getting agitated as she started typing me in all caps and she ended the conversation without asking if i had additonal questions. I will never purchase a Puma product again. I am sure more people would feel the same if they ever had to come in contact with those that represent this company.

These seem really great. They're typical for relaxation and only a little tight from the box but appear to be extending out for great match. Foot cushioning is firm and only has great traction. For an entrance sneaker it's a fantastic bargain for the cost.

That is my third pair of those shoes. I use them every day around the house, walking the dog. I received the first pair due to the only design and it will work as expected, easy to wash sand or whatever in the only. I am pretty tough on shoes and typically after a couple of months the only separates, have not had this issue with them and also the uppers hold up really well (I have had difficulties in both instances with different shoes I have tried). Quite happy with my purchase.
