Shipping was very slow, took over a week when on the company's website it said 3-6 days. As well as this I only received one update on my shipping, only telling me that my order had been posted. That aside, the ties were very nice and made from good material.

I bought 7 pre-tied bow ties and they were great. Moreover, Christian was extremely helpful. The reason for the 3 stars is because they only ship via DHL. I had to wait in front of my apartment so that I would not miss the delivery. Had I missed the delivery, I would have had to go very far to pick up the package from the only DHL office in my city.

Placed my customised order almost a week after the cut off for Christmas delivery. In the days before Christmas I discovered that collection from their warehouse could be an option so I called to get an update on my purchase. They couldn't give me an answer straight away, but texted me later that day to advise me it would be despatched the next day and arranged for express postage at no extra charge so I would get it in time. My boyfriend was super impressed with his present. Super impressed with their commitment to their customers.

Have previously purchased black tees and white tees. Pleased with both. Decided to buy a couple gray ones, too. But the color of the gray is really weird -- looks almost lavender. My daughter actually laughed at the color.

Well they didn't make me entirely happy. The product was good but it was delivered in a plastic bag with the shirt itself in another plastic bag and the shirt was badly screwed up to the extent that the invoice and letter inside was actually torn -- the shirt fortunately wasn't. For something that cost £45 plus p&h I thought that was poor. Certainly when compared with the shirt I bought from Thomas Pink the previous week. This also cost £45 plus p&h but came in a sturdy white box, wrapped in tissue paper. Much more impressive!

Hi, here it goes my review. I was looking for a technical sky feathers jacket so I found a good bargainin their shop (440£ full price, 50% discounted) I thought I was dreaming so I have to check google for positive references before i order. After I found all the bad reviews here I was seriously on a doubt because I didnt wanted them to took my money, send the wrong item (or fake) or whatever the people is saying here. At the end I decided to "take the risk" and order the jacket after one employee confirmed me via chat that they have stock available in my size of the requested jacket. 24h later I have recieved the goods (express delivery to Spain). The jacket is simply the best, thank you very much for everything. 10/10

I recently bought some shoes. They look good. The website said to buy a 1/2 size smaller than what you normally buy for US customers. I followed their advice. When I wore the shoes today I could practically walk out of the shoes. They run big on the size. I went to the website to contact them and do not see any contact info except a phone number listed that claims to charge you a fee for contacting them.

I placed my order on 4/25/20. I received an email confirmation that my order shipped on 4/28/20. No package was received by 6/10/20 so I emailed them to ask about the status of my order and whereabouts of my package. They responded by verifying my email stating they would get it out to me. Another month has passed by and still not received. I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to Covid but this seems excessive. 3 months waiting on an underwear order. No response from my most recent email inquiry to them.

Bought some Loake chelsea boots recently, unfortunately I had to return them as they were unsuitable (although the boots were lovely and excellent quality). The service was excellent from Herring shoes even providing polish and a shoe horn with my order. They were delivered next day and provided return slip. Refund was quick. I wouldn't hesitate to use Herring again and cannot recommend highly enough.

Herring sometimes advertise shoes for sale that they don't have in stock. In my case the manufacturer hadn't even made the shoes yet. So I got no shoes and as yet no refund. Dealing with their customer service is like trying to negotiate Brexit. All I asked was to be refunded and informed when the shoes are back in stock. A basic common courtesy you would expect from a business who has just wasted your time and is holding your funds. Their customer services leader preferred to suggest I was wrong to suggest their 3 -5 days delivery promise was false and I should not mind waiting six weeks.

I'm a Mancunian who lives in Poland. Regularly order from Oi Polloi to Poland, service is always great and delivery quick. Just ordered a Oi Polloi Johnston's exclusive scarf and some boots, ordered on Wednesday night, goods were dispatched Thursday and reached me in Poland on Friday. Top Service. Regularly pop into the shop too when home, friendly bunch and ever changing stock. Love this place.

Hired a kilt for my son. Initially quite happy with the service as all the details were taken and paid for over 2 months in advance. Received an e-mail when the items came in. Went to the shop to pick them up and although I was being served by someone who looked fairly busy and wasn't giving me much attention I still managed to satisfy myself that everything fitted OK. Wasn't overly enamoured by the condition of the shirt and shoes received but after we washed and ironed the shirt and polished the shoes they were acceptable. It was when I returned the outfit that I ran in to bother. Firstly, it took the staff (And this was the departmental manager) over 5 minutes to find my paperwork. When they did they then told me that the belt for the kilt was missing. I replied that I hadn't received a belt and had not ordered one - My son was wearing the waistcoat and had no need for a belt. I was told by the department manager that it should have been in the bag. I replied that it wasn't and could 100% guarantee that I had not received it. At this point all the departmental manager could do was to keep reiterating that there should have been a belt and I would have to pay for it. No amount of assurances for me would suffice nor did he offer to look in to the matter. All he could say was that it was marked off in their paperwork. Incidentally, this was paperwork that I had not seen before and consisted of a checklist of items, I certainly had not been given that or been asked to sign out items. In a very busy shop in front of customers and my son I was being treated like a thief and a liar. No matter what I said the departmental manager continued to look sideways at me and continue with telling me I would need to pay. At one point he even said that he lived nearby me and he could drive round and pick up the belt!! Again, absolutely astonished by his behaviour. I was eventually asked to sign my paperwork and I made a point of signing that I was being forced to sign for the lack of a belt that I had not received. I have been shopping in Slater's for over 30 years and would never have thought about going elsewhere for shirts, ties or suits, but I'm afraid now that I will no longer give them any custom and I would advise anyone to steer clear and/or at least double check every item that you are booking out.

Update. After previous review Slaters’ Customer Service Manager offered me a deal I wanted. I have bought that suit with proper trousers. Thank you Slaters. Conclusion Sometimes complaint in private to customer service is ineffective. Some companies start to think when we complain in public. That is why reviews sites are important. Well I buy most things online and I had high hopes for this order. I ordered several items for my sons birthday. On arrival one of the tshirts is damaged. I emailed straight away with a photo. I now have to print off the returns label, package it up, drive 6 miles to my nearest post office and then they will give me a refund. When I asked about anything as a good Will gesture they said No. When I asked to speak with the owner, they said they don’t do that. The least they could do is sent an alternative tshirt without damage and offer my postage to be returned. Needless to say with this terrible customer service I won’t be buying again! And my son missed out on a tshirt for his birthday today!

My wife bought me this shirt through the bluelight promotion. The promotion was an £85 shirt for just £5 p&p. What a rip off. I wore cheap nylon shirts in the 1970s. I thought we'd learned cotton and linen shirts were more comfortable. I tried this nylon shirt on to show my wife. By the time I'd walked down the stairs the static was awful. Needless to say £5 for a handful of buttons is a bit steep. The shirt went in the bin. The fact that untuckit targeted the bluelight workers in the covid 19 pandemic makes me mad. Maybe if the company could re-brand to unluckyit, and give the overworked and under payed emergency worker their money back. Robbing crooks. I had to edit this review because of a complaint from this company. Complaining about a complaint. Good customer service. Not.

Absolutely dreadful, stated there was an offer on for emergency services, placed tge order with no issues however tge following day had my order cancelled. I wonder how many other customers have had their orders cancelled!? I'm guessing all of them. I won't be using this over priced company again. Update: No its not, i still cannot use the code and it states the shirt (i tried several) wasn't in the offer. Not happy.

The delivery was excellent. Just a bit disappointed about the product because the « stylish holes on the arms » have no finishes (I think just a small hem would have been perfect). I ordered a waistcoat from Threadpepper. Unfortunately when it arrived I found it was too small. I phoned up the office and the young lady could not have been more friendly and helpful. She arranged a return straight away and sent out a replacement which arrived a couple of days later. The waistcoat itself is of superb quality and the materials are beautifully sewn together. They also have a wide range to choose from. All in all I thoroughly recommend Threadpeppers and I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

One order arrived on Jan. 13, 2018 and the following order -- placed on the same day, reputedly shipped on the same day -- has never arrived. I have corresponded with this company minimally three times and the response has always been the same: "wait." It's Jan. 24,2018 and I'm still waiting. What's worst is that the company doesn't track its package due to a low weight. It only "tracks" whether a package is shipped or not. Once shipped, it has no idea where the hell it is in the "process." I wouldn't call that a good business practice, but who cares, clearly the customer service department doesn't.

Would not recommend this company, not willing to accept returns if you try the shirt on upon arrival. Almost 2 months to receive shirt back with letter stating “unable to accept return”. Poor poor customer service! Find a more trustworthy company to order shirts online from!

Arrived within 2/3 days so super quick delivery, and the actual jacket is amazing quality! Love wearing it and it makes me feel extra af because I know it's uniquely made and there's no other like it. Will defo be purchasing from here again (when I have more money lol) - highly recommend!

I was really disappointed to find the colour of the hoody was not the same on the website, It looks royal blue online, but is actually light powder blue when it arrived, it is a lovely cosy hoody and I was planning on buying more for my children as I love the brand name, but they are expensive, I am not sure if I would purchase anything again, Warm wishes Clairbear SCOTLAND. Fliege sieht hochwertig aus und ist sehr schön. Ich habe mehr Farben zur Auswahl bestellt(es wäre sich zeittechnisch nicht ausgegangen,wenn ich zuerst ein Farbmuster bestellt hätte), jedoch übersehen, dass der Rückversand vom Käufer zu bezahlen ist. Hat mich somit von Österreich 14€ Porto gekostet.

Bestellung vom 17.11.16, am 28.11.16 kommt die Kundenzufriedenheitsanfrage und leider keine Ware da. Vorgestern hätte ich die Artikel gebraucht. Nun werde ich die Krawatte und das Einstecktuch wahrscheinlich wieder zurück senden.
