Ordered a suit for a wedding and they sent me the wrong size. Contacted them to request a refund, they claimed they sent the right size and would not make the swap. Since time was ticking I was forced to just order a new suit and pay for overnight air. The fee was $100 and did not arrive the following day. It’s no wonder they don’t provide a customer service number, they have terrible products and terrible service and have ignored two new emails so far.

I purchased clothes from this brand and now I am disgusted to find they use a racist model who freely posts this on her social media. I do not want my hard earned money going to a bigot who films minority ethnic groups being beaten up, especially when my family is mixed race. Given the brand I would have expected a better standard of moral ethics from them, based on this I do not feel the clothes I purchased are worth the money we purchased them for, knowing where the money goes now. I also believe everyone has a right to know the moral and ethical standing of the company they are purchasing from. If this upsets or offends then perhaps the brand needs to be questioning their own choices, not their customers, as I will never purchase from here again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I ordered a 3 piece suit and when it arrived the quality was so poor. Definitely not what I expected or what was portrayed in the pictures. I also ordered accessories and did not receive them. I have made several attempts to contact them without a response. I followed the instructions for a refund that they included with the delivered suit. I have a signed receipt that it was delivered to them & yet have not received a refund. Again, my emails are not being answered. STAY AWAY & DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Its a total Scam please don’t fall for it. I ordered 2 piece suit from VIOSSI size 44 but they send me size 56 with totally different suit. I filled return request more than a month ago which has not been addressed yet. Upon emailing them, they keep saying its under process. Its total SCAM.

I was shocked to find a discontinued designer label listed on their site and even more shocked that they had so many sizes and colours in stock. It was all a scam to get my money. Once they had it they told me they were out of stock but I get other products, they wanted me to make a long list and they'd see what they had in stock. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY SCAM SCAM SCAM BAIT AND SWITCH Also all their toll free numbers seem to be fake, no real contact info other than email and a PO Box in Australia and the owner and only employee of this 'massive multi-warehouse company' is the owner Eric Salo. Do your own research and you'll see many upset customers saying the same thing as me all over the web. Oh and my discontinued, out of stock items are still listed on their site in multiple colours and sizes.

Most stores only carry a limited number of brands. Which means, if you don't happen to like what they carry, you've wasted time, gas, and energy. What I love so much about dealbyethan.com is that I have hundreds of brands to chose from, and I don't ever have to leave my home. With 100% customer satisfaction, I can make as many purchases as I need to without worrying. Arrived on time for my 14:00 appointment on Saturday 28th, knocked on the door. The tailor tuned and looked at the door then turned away, I waited 5 minutes then rang the door bell. No reaction from the employee i could visibly see, after a further 10 minutes i rang the phone number and politely said i was here for my 14:00 appointment (now 14:15), i was advised quite rudely that he was with a customer and would be out later! There is no way i would spend my money with someone so rude, if on our fist arrival he had come to the door and said ever so sorry but a customer has overrun, could you please go for a coffee and come back in half an hour. Then I would have probably spent £2,500.00 that day. I suspect he will not be in business long.

I'd a very bad experience with you.I have ordered 8 items on the 12th supposed to be delivered 2 to 3 working days. My order was delivered only when I have opened a case in PayPal. Today 28/04/17 my order was finally delivered with only 7 items instead of 8. Meaning 1 item was missing.Your company has got the poorest customer service I have never seen this in my life.I will never order I said never order something from you again.I said never.

Considering I order all the time from Luke and this is my first issue iv really had I think it could of been handled better , i went on chat and said the top has marks on looks faded, told to send photos and email never heard anything back then a new top arrives , I’m not sure what you did to the top To remove the marks from the back but I know it’s the same one returned back due to the front still having the same mark and the top was creased when It arrived not like how the first one come , iv kept the top as I need for Sunday.

I recently when to the East Boldon store to purchase a suit for a couple of up and coming weddings. I wasn't 100% sure exactly what I was after and the young lady who help me select and try on the suit could not do enough to help me i just wish id taken her name as i would nominate her for employee of the year. She put me straight at ease as i walked in and help me at every stage even to sort out alterations to the trousers, that I didn't even realise that you do. Fantastic service I would recommend to anyone who is after not only a suit but shirts and accessories this was my first visit and definately not my last. i would go as far to say even on my return visit to collect my altered Trousers the guy made sure everything was done right before i left. The quality of the bow ties and vest I purchased previously were sub par at best. My fiance has a 15 1/2 neck and still had to extend it to its full length to get it to tie correctly. Only reason I'm buying another tie is because we need the ring bearer's tie to match the groomsmen's. Hopefully it will actually fit the kid since it's too small for my fiance.

Deuxième expérience avec Hockerty, cette fois avec un blazer rouge et le résultat est vraiment bien et je ne suis pas déçu par la veste. La taille est bonne, les mesures très bien, la qualité du tissu est très bien également mais j'avais commandé un échantillon, ce qui permet de se faire une meilleure idée du toucher mais aussi de la couleur. Le plus important est la prise des mesures, il faut être certain de ses mesures pour avoir un bon résultat, c'est la base de ce genre de commande. Un raté tout de même, la couture du dos, du fait que le tissu est élastique, n'avait pas été correctement cousue, du coup un petit trou au milieu du dos. J'ai fait faire la retouche et Hockerty a remboursé sans problème sur justificatif bien entendu. Donc, problème rapidement résolu. On peut saluer l'effort et avoir en tête qu'à ce prix là on ne peut avoir du sur mesure en France. Fonc c'est bien, très bien même, des efforts sur des détails mais dans l'ensemble très bien. Bonne comunication avec le service client.

J'ai découvert le site Hokerty tout à fait par Hazard et je l'ai trouvé super bien fait et donne vraiment envie d'acheter. C'est d'ailleurs ce que j'ai fait et je suis ravi du costume que j'ai demandé. Exécution et qualité irréprochable ! Very poor customer service I brought a blazer for my boyfriend for Christmas. As it was expensive and as Christmas is an expensive time of year I always buy presents staggered over a few months prior to Christmas to help with budgeting. In this instance I bought the blazer in late September. Unfortunately, while my Boyfriend is normally a very standard size blazer, in this instance his normal size did not fit. I therefore approached Dobells for a straightforward exchange for the same blazer but in a different size. Dobells would therefore have not been at any loss at all by agreeing to the exchange. Sadly, however, Dobells will not agree to the exchange as it does not fall within the timescale stipulated in their returns policy. I appreciate that it would be inappropriate to ask for a return outside of the time scales given in their policy as this would technically put Dobells out of pocket, but, considering Dobells are at no loss at all if they were to exchange the blazer, and l am at a substantial loss with an expensive blazer that doesn't fit my other half considering they've refused, I can't agree this is a fair and considered customer service. My experience with other retailers has always been that they will exchange a product as a long as it has not been worn and the product is still stocked. I received two items of clothing for Christmas which I had to exchange. Both had labels on but I didn't have the receipts so they could have been bought in September. Neither retailer (Fat Face and Joules) questioned this and were happy to issue an exchange for different products with the same value. This is the customer service I expected from Dobells, but sadly it seems Dobells do not prioritise delivering a good service. Avoid avoid avoid

Shady I purchased 5 suits for £600 only for them to go on sale the day after, which would have saved me £200. When asking about the cost difference and asking for a partial refund to match the new price they removed the discount and put the price back up... If this happens to you, do not try to resolve this with the staff and just purchase at the discounted price then send the originals back for the savings as they will manipulate their prices to stop you returning items for a new discounted price. I don't have anything against businesses manipulating their prices for sales, and i understand many business do this as stock becomes low, but this was not the case, this was obviously manipulated after i reached out, their replies in the email were robotic and emotionless. Not something I would expect from a local business I won't be dealing with them again. It's a shame as their products appear of suitable quality, they just have poor and exploitative management/customer service. At least that's the impression they left.

Ότι παρήγγειλα είναι κακής ποιότητας ρούχα, πολύ λεπτο ύφασμα, με κακή ραφή και πολύ κακη γραμμή και στα αντρικά και στα γυναικεία. Πολύ μικρά μεγέθη σε αντρικά και σε κάποια ρούχα έχουν πιθανώς χρησιμοποιηθεί επικίνδυνες βαφές. ΔΕΝ είναι κανένα πραγματικά επώνυμο. Καλύτερα να πήγαινα σε κινέζικο και να τα διάλεγα μόνη μου διαλέγοντας τά από κοντά.
