In Jan 2021 I ordered 2 dresses from Hitsunny. They said in stock but it took 3 weeks to get a shipment notification on one of the dresses. The other dress still hasn't shipped. It is now 4/27/21. I have emailed their customer support at least 6 times asking what is the status, either ship the dress or refund my money. I NEVER get a response. And the only way to contact them is the email provided on their site that doesn't work.

Be cautious with Hitsunny. A very unreliable site. Ordered on 8 Aug 2020 and received delivery confirmation on 13 Aug 2020 but I still do not receive my purchase until 19 Sep 2020. I contacted their customer service 3 times. It took them 8 days to respond and what's worse is no more response after I sent another e-mail to enquire on the status of my order. The worst of all is that they told me that the parcel could not be tracked online and asked me to be patient. Gosh.... my first and last purchase with Hitsunny. They don't even deserve a single star and it should be negative 5 stars to them. Think again before you purchase from such unreliable website. Not to mention if you want to return or refund.

Did not inform me that I would be charged an extra 30% of the bikini price after purchasing it for taxes and duties! It is incredibly sneaky that they can get away with doing this! I even spoke to customer service and showed them a screenshot of the page that appears right before payment, showing them that in no place was I warned of the extra charge... but since it was in the small print of a different part of their website they are refusing to pay. Incredibly abusive to their customers.

The bathing suits are fine. They were already expensive to begin with, but the taxes and duties were very expensive and unreasonable. If you are going to order expect a large tax and duty cost once it crosses your border.

Material of blouse in picture does not look like what I received. Cheap and see through. Unhappy with return policy. They made a mistake of selling me a cheap see through blouse for $30, then charged me $10 to return it. One out of 3 tops that I ordered was acceptable to wear.

Please know that you are dealing with a Chinese company. They are scammers. I ordered 2 bathing suits in May. Do yourself a favor and file a complaint with your credit card company. I have done this today with all of my emails of trying to get refund.

DO NOT BUY HERE! I ordered 3 items TWO months ago and still haven't received anything. Their customer service is incredibly bad and they LIE. I've been hearing for weeks "it will arrive within 3 days", while it still hasn't even dispatched yet. I am going on a holiday this week and am $300+ down and no products. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! It's an absolute scam and I'm clearly not the only one who has happened this to.

Bought it online and obtained the bikini in a fair amount of time, as well as regular information about the status of the shipment was sent. The customer support was outstanding. They also threw in a Voucher for the minor hiccup. I will strongly recommend it.

Never buy from #Lyra if you are from the USA and if you dont want to bend over and do acrobatics to hook the swimsuit under body! I excitedly bought 2 swimsuits and got free shipping. This is what happened : 1) the size suggested per chart was too big and the shelf bra kept popping off the breasts. 2) the swim suit part has HOOK CLOSURE- this is smack under the middle of the crotch right under the vagina - i am used to bodysuits that have closure a little higher so on doesnt have to resort to acrobatics. 3) There is no exchange and returns are not free - #Lyra is an online store but there is no free return from the USA BECAUSE, per customer service, THEY DONT HAVE A WAREHOUSE HERE. - cost me almost 50$ to return a $110 item. If Lyra will do business in the USA , they need to have a warehouse in USA &/or provide free returns especially when one got free shipping. I would never have paid shipping in the first place and then wouldnt have to waste 50$ returning swimsuits that were inconvenient to use and too big though I followed the size chart. You cant serve USA CUSTOMERS THIS WAY.

My parcel was found empty!! So now I have to wait for them to finalize claim process with FedEx to get my refund..the fact of the package was found empty makes me think twice if I should order it again or look for another website.

Ordered boardshort with the understanding that it would take up to 12 business days to arrive. Today, was the 9th business day and I had heard NOTHING from the company. So, I emailed asking when they would be delivered. I was told that the company was out of stock on my item and they were making me a pair. They told me they were scheduled to arrive on the 14th. I questioned this because today is Friday the 11th - the 14th is Monday - but they have not been shipped - so how could I possibly get them? The company must not have been very happy with my request for assurance that they were on there way. Because they arbitrarily cancelled the order and will no longer respond to my emails. I even wrote from a different email address to get a response. I got one, it said "this order has been cancelled" nothing more. Be careful doing business with this company. At least i got my money back.
