They used to be good but now it's just a Huge Scam. Devin Brugman and Tash Oakley you should be ashamed of yourselves. Customers order items, they don't arrive for weeks even though you pay for express shipping. The majority of the items you order aren't even in the package. Monday swimmer refuses to take any liability and tells you to take it up with UPS. UPS can obviously do nothing when it is clearly Monday swimwear at fault. Monday swimwear refuses to offer any kind of refund or help, they send rude emails and stop responding.

Terrible! Poor quality clothing and literally no customer service whatsoever. To return an item, my wife emailed them 4 times (via their contact us section and via email address) and reached out on Facebook. It's been almost two weeks and she still hasn't had a single reply. They purposely seem to hide their Australia return process and contact details.

One advice, do not order here if you don’t know your exact size and measurements and are 300% sure it will fit you. Otherwise, you are screwed. As they promote they are a ‘sustainable’ brand, they won’t give you any refund whatsoever. They let you pay for your own return and end up giving you store credit. Don’t really understand what they mean with sustainability? Next to that, their sizing is really off. I tried on 3 different sizes, and returned them all. You can imagine how painful it is to be obligated to pay almost €400 for items you don’t have anymore, paid €20 to return it, and also with no intention to order from them again. Feels a like robbery.

On the main page of the website it says ‘easy return’, which is a total lie! You can sent your items back but they don't offer refunds!! You only get a voucher.. I ordered multiple sizes because in the reviews I read that the sizing is a bit odd. Big stupid mistake.. The voucher is useless for me, I already have the bikini in the right size.

Do not purchase from this company. They're swimsuits are way too expensive and very low quality in material. Tbh Target has way better quality then Skatie. Their Fit Guide is incorrect. I ordered according to their fit guide and the bikini tops are extremely small. I'm a 32DD, the fit guide shows that a Large would be my size which I do wear a Large with other brands. When I got my bikinis yesterday, I could not believe how small the tops looked!! They look like a small to med! I emailed Skatie asking for an exchange in size. They replied with all sales are final. The suits I bought are regular price but I purchased them during Black Friday. Just don't buy from them. Bad customer service, quality of suits are flimsy and they are over priced. I'm going back to Victoria Secet for my swimsuits.

Worst company out there. They don't let allow you to return anything for a refund and considering no other companies are like that I had no idea and got stuck with $400 gift card when I went to return a few items. I asked them to refund me as a courtesy since I wasn't aware of the policy and they were rude, nasty and said no. They said they would fight with CC company about it if I disputed it as fraud. There is an entire blog/reddit thread about this poor company and it's policies online. I wish I would have found it before ordering from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I wanted to purchase a wetsuit to use in a mountain lake, assuming it opens this summer. The wet suite guide was helpful but would have been more helpful if it described the situations in which one would choose a triathlete wetsuit compared with a surf wetsuit, for example. I ordered one and look forward to its arrival.

I placed a $400 order with the site and hopefully to get some discount. I acquired a 10% discount coupon online and applied that with my order. Three days later, I received an email and saying the 10% discount only offered to new customers, and the discount has been canceled. I ordered from them over a year ago with an old email address I no longer used. The new 10% discount coupon I acquired was from my recent email address, and their site did not say the discount only applied to each household ever once. Since their prices prior the discount are not cheaper than other online stores, I replied their email and requested to cancel the order. I received an email immediately (that was 11:30 p.m.) from their "customer service" and said the order has been canceled, and I am not allowed to order from them again. I cannot believe Swim2000 has such arrogant and rude services. Actually, I saw their booth at one swim meet. That is a small and one-man store. There is no such so called "customer service". The customer service is the owner himself. He called me dishonest. His site did not indicate the discount only apply to each household. My understanding was it applied to each email address purchased from them, plus I have never received discount from my previous order from them which was over one year ago. The store owner got mad that I requested to cancel my order and called me "dishonest" ?!?!?! I have shoped online A LOT. I have never experienced such bad attitude from any sites ever. It's not I retured a used merchandise and acquired a refund. I was just trying to save money and followed the instruction to acquire a discount coupon. He could simply tell me the discount only applies to each household instead of calling names. This site's owner is very childish, arrogant and rude. If you search carefully on the internet, there are other sites offer cheaper prices and with fast services. I am not the only one complained about Swim2000's attitude. I am sorry for this site owner's attitude. I will not shop with them ever.

This company is not a serious business, very poor customer service. This is an online order company, which collects quite a bit of personal details from the customer when taking an order. I have ordered clothing for over £250 with a next day delivery as it was imperative for me to receive the clothes within 2-3 days (or know I'm not going to receive them, right away). The system informed me I have been successful and I received email confirmation of the order. A day past the order due day I contacted them to find out where my order is only to be told the order was canceled and the cancellation letter was in the POST! First time ever I have come across an online company that being in possession of my email and phone number decides to mail in the cancellation letter in the post on a rush order! Completely unacceptable in my opinion.

Ordered 2 pairs of boxer briefs from mensuas.com and was quite excited because I found what I was looking for, paid for the same without facing a lot of problems and finally was waiting for the delivery. It was then when I received my parcel that I saw that the package had a different product from the one which I had actually ordered. Very irritated by this, I raised a ticket for a replacement which took almost 5 days to process before it was couriered. I wish they could improve on that end.

I wish I had read closely, the plastic and nylon that the underwear is made out of is extremely uncomfortable. you cannot get a refund on anything because refunds are not eligable on anything discounted more than 40% and everything is perpetually "on sale". just a runaround way of not doing any returns. avoid this site at all costs, total scam

I bought a few items on their website thinking it will come in time for my trip. Cupshe advertises 6-8 business days on the website. The time passed and I didn't get the mail. After I reached out, they said there would be a delay because of some shipping problems they are experiencing. They didn't even have the courteasy to let me know, until after I reached out. Who knows when my stuff will arrive. Poor customer service... despite their items on the website looking so cute, I would not recommend this place.

I ordered their Chino Stretch fit shorts, with a 1-3 day delivery back ob 4-6-2020.. It is now the 4-17-2020, and all that has happened is a confirmed order.. I bought 2 pair so my bill came out to over $100s, I really hope the website isn't fake, and they eventually send me the shorts, at this point asking for a refund would probably get me nowhere so hopefully I get the shorts and didn't just screw myself out of money, since the corona virus is going on money is hard to come by...

So over a year ago I saw an ad for Eubi swim trunks on Facebook. I wasn’t sure about them at first but the flamingo and pineapple caught my eye so I went ahead and ordered them. I wore the pineapple suit once then let my friend wear it to EDC Orlando and never got it back. The suits are that amazing! I wore the flamingo suit so much a month ago I ended up ordering the egg and strawberry ones as well. They are so comfortable I don’t just wear them to the beach or pool, I’ll wear them to run errands or chill at the house with. They fit great and are low cut which are totally in style. If you hesitant just go ahead and order them like I did, you won’t be disappointed. (The egg and strawberry suits were a little big for me and they exchanged them with no problem, just keep the tags on until you try them on. The company responded to my email quickly and got the issue fixed fast.)

I have ordered swimwear from sohot swimwear twice. The second time I gave my exact measurements so I wouldn't get my size wrong. They sent me a swimsuit that was a size smaller. I should point out that this is a swimsuit worth hundreds of dollars. To make the situation better, they offered to sell me top piece that was a size larger at a discount. I agreed. It was a better solution than not having a swimsuit at all. Unfortunately, my swimsuit arrived damaged. There is one large stone missing from the swimsuit, which is quite visible. The stone wasn't in the package, which means they had already packed and shipped the swimsuit to me that way. They do not respond to my emails or urgencies. Everything is unresponsive. In other words, don't be fooled. I spent almost $550 to have a swimsuit that I can't wear, plus I paid money for junk.

I bought several swimsuit items worth126$ from Sohot swimwear almost three month ago , I received a UPS tracking number , it never received , I kept contacting the store to follow , nothing happened , the UPS said : Your item could not be delivered or returned to sender. As of 9:20 am on May 4, 2022, it is being forwarded to the USPS Mail Recovery Centre, then nothing happened, I asked Sohot swimwear a cancelation and a refund, no reply, I will never ever buy from them, and I don’t recommend anybody buy from them, they are t scum or they don’t care.

This is a scam company, do NOT use its service. The poorest quality products I've ever received in my many years entire online shopping experience. All the swiming suits are lack of elasticity, wrongly/messy stitched up, low quality material, poorly made, totally not acceptable. I've raised up my concern to them, and they don't take any return/refund, and the reason is "due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accommodate returns & size changes. " The funny thing is they only sell swimming suits which means whatever u take, once you pay and they take money, no return/refund. I've checked where the the products from, it is from Ningbo in China, where normally those copy products of luxury brands from. For this price, I understand the products can not be real, but at least good quality of copy. The items I received shocked me. I have frds bought clothes/swimming suits from Zalora which is cheaper and much better quality than this Riviera Coco. That shows how scam of this company is. I bought it only because of FB promotion and sth new to try. Now I realise that doesn't promise anything. Please share or forward this to as many friends on FB u can so they could avoid this scam. Their strategy is quickly sell/spread very poor products through FB and take the money, I really want to see how does this behaviour to be long lasting. Btw I have all the conversations and pictures of those products.

Purchased 3 swimsuits for my wife and was charged a Foreign Transaction Fee? Nothing on the website said anything about FTFs... In-addition, 1 suit received was not what was purchased. The material used in construction of the suits audibly crack and tear when stretched; inferior materials. NEVER, EVER purchasing from you again.

Still waiting, it's 4 months down the line now and Bealay have still not refunded the postage for sending me dangerous damaged goods. Swimwear with wire sticking out of the Bra Tops. I paid them £4+ to send the items to me originally and £4+ to return the damaged items back to them. They have refunded the cost of the goods but not the postage costs both ways. This is a company that in their own words say "we care about you". This is not the case, a good company would not expect you to pay to have dangerous damaged goods sent to you and then expect you to pay to have the same damaged goods sent back to them. Who in their right mind would agree to do this? I would not recommend Bealay to any one. These goods most certainly come under the Sale of Goods Act, not fit for purpose and dangerous. Their Customer Services must be one of the worst set ups I have ever come across, they are so slow and unresponsive, bordering on rude. I have had the odd email saying we will do this and that for you but they never have done, if that is not dishonourable, I do not know what is. They sent me a message via Trustpilot asking me certain questions, which I replied too. They then followed up a few weeks apart with two more messages asking the very same questions. All these details were given to them in my very first email with photo(s) back up. Question: Would you buy two bikinis with wire sticking out of the bra tops and pay to have them sent to you and then have to pay to send them back??? I will continue to place this review across the various Social Media platforms on a recurring basis about Bealay until they do the Honourable thing and refund my two postage costs.

Initially there was a hiccup with the top of the zip. I contacted ecostinger, who were happy to replace the suit; however I elected to fix it myself by pulling out an extra tooth above the zip stop. The full bodysuit is now great for lap swimming in an unheated pool. I wear a bikini top and compression shorts under it. When I come out of the pool I peel off the suit and slip into my robe.

I had a baby 18 months ago, breastfed for a year, stopped and found my formerly full bustline to be a bit deflated. My old bras didn't fit anymore, and new ones A) rode up in the back, B) let the girls hang too low, or C) didn't account for my new lack of upper-part-of-the-breast cleavage. Then I found the Upbra. This bra is perfect, heres why: My chest has been elevated to new and exciting heights, I look 5-10 pounds thinner, and there are no weird, muffin-y bumps by the back or shoulder straps. I will never regret this purchase.

I recently had my breast implants removed, and absolutely adore my small breasts. However, for those times when I want more volume this bra has it all. It lifts, pushes me together and doesn't have all that extra padding. It's comfortable and adds at least one full cupsize. Excellent!!

Sadly they were a tad too small so I called and re-ordered and the nice young man I spoke to arranged to have them shipped to the address I will be traveling to next week. The shorts I bought from Cooltan are comfortable, and they're made out of a very nice feeling material. They don't have any inside liner, which is what I like. I live in Arizona so I swim constantly- during the summer almost every day. These have held up to all that, and still look and feel great so I am happy.

I ordered a waist cincher that was on sale for the holiday price. Little did I know that meant it was on clearance. I returned the order to exchange the product and just found out after being told I could exchange the item, I could not exchange it or get a refund! I will be calling and speaking with a supervisor ASAP, but I can honestly say my experience has been horrible and feel like I have been lied to. I wouldn't have tried to send back the cincher to exchange it for the right size if I wouldn't get it shipped back unless I pay another $10 for shipping fee or pay the full price and shipping for the right size. Needless to say, I've been in customer service for over 6 years now and they better figure something out!

Alexis Rochelle D'Amato So I couldn't find anywhere to write a review about this website. I ordered a cincher and it did not fit so I exchanged it for another one. The exchange policy you have to get a tracking on sending it back. So I paid to get it shipped out, they emailed me and told me they did not have the size that I needed to come back. So I picked out a different one and the woman said that I would have to pay again to get it shipped back. in which I have never seen a website charge you to send it back. So I asked for a refund and she only said that she could refund me what I paid for the item not for the shipment fees. Which I feel It should be a full refund because of the fact I paid for it to go back. I will never place an order from this website or tell anybody to get anything from here.

I would never EVER order from this company again. I washed my shaper in warm water on delicate in my washer and the thing shredded like a piece of cheese! I contacted the company and they said you can only hand wash it! Why is material on a SHAPER so flimsy that you can't even wash it on delicate? The company refused to exchange or refund. With the covid 19 viruse running a muck, who wouldn't want to wash a shaper that will be full of sweat in a washer so that it's thoroughly cleaned? Wish I could give them zero, very disappointed in the product and the customer service.

BodyFab.com is 1800Cinchers, but as far as I can tell from the BBB and other reviews of 1800Cinchers, they changed the name, but kept the terrible customer service and shady business practices. First off, they have a really interesting way of sizing. I ordered, I received it. The SAME day that I received the package, I took the package to the post office to return it for an exchange, obviously unused. I had previously read a few horror stories about the dealings, so I decided to send it back certified. To make a really long story short. I ordered from them March 3rd. I received it on March 8th. I sent it back March 8th. The first delivery was attempted on March 12th; there was a ridiculous code left by the mailman, so I ended up having to call the post office, turns out the business was just simply closed when he tried to deliver. I set another delivery time for morning. It was delivered and SIGNED for on March 14th. Today is May 15th...... AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE WHAT I PAID FOR. The crazy thing is that I looked on Amazon before I ordered, but I try to support small companies. This is one that you should NOT even bother trying to support, as they do not even send product nor is their customer service tolerable. I am skipping a TON of the in between crap, like them trying to absolve themselves of the responsibility of being upright business owners by having you jump through hoops. Did you fill out a return slip? What did it consist of? What did it say, if you filled it out?!!!! WHAT KIND OF FOOLISHNESS is this? Yes, I filled out the pointless return slip that only provided me with useless information.I already had the same address that is on the slip that I had to include in the bag, AND it obviously didn't assist you in any way because you were ASKING me (and asking me) did I fill it out, as opposed to just pulling it up. Being badgered about what address did I send it to? Um, the address that YOU listed on the so called return form and the return slip that has to go in the bag. Once I fill out my slip and place it on the bag and place the return slip in the bag, why would I then commit your return address to memory??? Well, we can't do anything if you can't tell me where you sent it. THIS ISN"T ELEMENTARY! I don't need to know it, and I don't need to jump through hoops to prove to you that I sent it to the right address. Once she found out that my package was certified (someone would have to sign for it), so I was just going to call the post office to track it down, she didn't like that. Which we were on the phone because I was trying to figure out why would the mailman write "undeliverable address" on the slip. "Oh, well, if that's the [someone has to sign for it] case, that may be the issue." So, when she said that I start thinking that maybe this isn't a place that has someone available to sign for packages but a P.O. Box or something. I asked, "do I need to have them take the signature requirement off", she said, "yes." I call the post office only to find out, the office was just simply closed. They guy tried to deliver it a 5:14 p.m. So, I rescheduled, and LEFT THE SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT ALONE. The next morning, he delivered it 11:30ish, and someone signed for it. All in all, around the way con artist. Don't be like me. I saw the mixed reviews and thought a myriad of things, well... the ones who rated them highly were very pleased, it is a small business, there are just some people that you can't please, some people's expectations are just unreasonable... NO!! :-l They are scammers. To top it off, they sent me 3 requests to review their product.......... I first have to have a product from you to review... thieves! I ordered my cincher from Amazon, got it, wearing it and seeing results. NEVER AGAIN. DON'T DO IT. RUUUUUUNNNNN. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

Cheap products. Bad quality. Shipped only the tops of three bikinis and did not accept any returns since the products were on sale. Canceled the rest of the order (the bottoms) since I was waiting already for three months and did not get my money back. They pretty much exclude everything from returns (items on sale which are always all items on their website; opened packages even when tags are still in place, and so on). Customer service is very slow. They point out they only accept returns within 14 days which is not possible if they need more than one week to answer your request. Address for returns is not shown anywhere on website or within package. For anyone needing it: Plumeria Swimwear Moreland, GA 190 Bridgeport Blvd, Moreland, GA 30259 On top of all these issues, they declared the value of the package as almost 300USD. I did not even pay half of that since everything was on sale. In order to receive my package I had to pay another 100€ to customs to later find out that half the items were missing. DO NOT ORDER IN THIS STORE! I CANNOT EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH!

Ordered several items for myself and my daugher - all of which were of good quality. However the shorts I purchased ran in the wash and ruined several other items (despite no washing instructions to say that they should be washed separately). I wrote a review to warn of the issue and within an hour Saltrock contacted and requested photographs of the damaged items. They refunded the shorts and compensated for the damaged items. So I paid close to $300 for 2 suits. Ok fine. My bad. But then I was charged $94 SHIPPING TO MY POST OFFICE!! They weren’t even shipped to my door - and I had to pay close to $400 for these suits. $400 for 2 suits!!! Now the suits: mediocre at best. AND!!! Made in CHINA. I’m so angry with myself for falling for their slick Facebook and Instagram advertising. I bought the Amalfi swimsuit. Wore it down the beach today for 1.5hrs. Got home and took it off to find I was sunburnt through the suit!!!! Everywhere else was ok because I had sun cream on. It’s the strangest thing! This has never happened to me before. Maybe we’re spoiled with quality fabrics in Australia but pretty sure I’ve worn cheap bathers before and have never had this before. I literally have a reverse tan line!

So I've been chatting with customer service for three months now. I had three different packages coming even though I only made one order. One showed up 8 weeks after I ordered. It was ok. The next showed up yesterday - it was just bottoms, not a whole bathing suit and they were made horribly. Awful quality and the seems don't line up. AND I'm still waiting on another package even though all the tracking numbers that customer service provided me with say that all packages have been delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They take your money and don't send your packages then don't provide you with any explanation. They won't give me a refund or cancel the order either because they say that it's already in transit, YET all the tracking numbers show that it has been delivered to my mailbox. No one would be able to steal from my mailbox. It locks and the postman is the only person with the key. It wasn't delivered. These people are scam artists and I'm pretty sure they're going to keep all of my money even though they didn't send me everything. BE CAREFUL BE CAREFUL BE CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS SITE! You will not see you packages for months and months even if they do show up! BEWARE! Attached is an image of the second package I got - one bath suit bottom missing it's top. But zoom in to look at the seams! And ends of the ties! It's SOOOO cheap! They didn't even tied of the ends! It's so awful. I wish I could get my money back! This company really just sucks.

I ordered online on 18/10/2020 and waited more than 1 month to received on 25/11/2020. 1 item was missing and the parcel was from China! All the products are made from China with cheap flimsy material. The bikini top doesn't fit well as it was badly sew and out of shape. The photos and review on their website are fake. And all negatives comments on their Facebook and Instagram was deleted.

Blackbough’s swimsuits, tho a little pricey (around $100 for a bikini huhu), are still DEFINITELY worth it. The fabric feels heavenly and comfortable and you can definitely tell they aren’t cheaply made. Customer service was also very responsive and they even give sizing and style recommendations if you aren’t sure :) 5 stars for Blackboughswim and will definitely order again!

I've ordered from Blackbough on 3 different occasions. The material isn't bad but I probably won't be buying from them again. They make you pay $15 for express shipping but it normally takes 5(+) days for your order to be dispatched. The bikini bottoms are all sized incorrectly and you have to pay the shipping cost to size swap/return (another $15). If you want a full refund, tough luck; they only give store credit (again, minus the shipping cost). The last straw was when I made a purchase of $189 and nothing they sent me fit correctly (for the second time). I'm normally an XS-S but what I was sent couldn't fit a toddler. I had to pay to return them and then they never gave me store credit!! Their shipping/return policy is absolute garbage and I'd advise people to look elsewhere for bathing suits.

Got offered a bikinimodelling deal with Kappa Crew. They offered free bikini but only pay postage, which was more than the bikini itself. Then came offer for ambassador deal. Half price bikinies no postage and free set for a friend. Bought few. Paid all. Never got them nor tracking info or nothing. Weeks went pass, no info no emails. All the helpful personal messages on instagram ended to my payment. Scam. Do not fall for it.
