They have the worst customer service! I was trying to purchase some replacement parts for my kohler generator and they were absolutely no help. Each time I would call i would tell them my generator information and would ask if they could help me find the correct replacement controller for my unit. Each time they said they would call me back. After calling 9 times someone finally was able to help...at least that's what I thought. I purchased the controller they said was the correct one. Once I got it I could immediately tell it was wrong. I called and explained to them that it wasn't the correct one and would need to return it since they obviously sold me the wrong one. They gave me some excuse why they couldn't take it back even though it was never even opened. I will never deal with these people again. I'm out around $600 due to their mistake and still had to buy the CORRECT controller else where.

If you're a member of the public buying from Mick George I would strongly urge you to shop around. The prices for none trade are horendous to the point of absolute robbery. I'm a builder and I've just moved to an area where Mick George opperates. I was looking for a good provider and thought I'd give this company a try before opening an account. It ended being a very costly mistake, one I will not make twice. I would not recommed Mick George to anyone. I was warned about them before I made my purchase, but unfortunatley I was in a rush and didn't take the advice. The advice given to me, and my advice to others "AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE"

I ordered a £1200 rowing machine on 12th December 2017, that was expected to arrive by early January 2018. After 6 emails back and forth, and 9 weeks later, I finally received the rowing machine on 14/02/2018, but It arrived with a faulty bearring (because it was incorrectly installed), as well as other parts missing, so it was not fit for purpose. After another 7 emails and 9 days later, I was directed to thier sales manager, who on the 23/02/2018, agreed to order spare parts so I could attempt to try and repair the machine myself. After another 6 emails and nearly 3 weeks later, I finally received the parts on 08/03/2018 and attempted to fix the machine, but after replacing the damaged parts, I realised that it still wasn't working properly and there were more faults. So It was still not fit for purpose. After another 7 emails and 4 days, on 12/03/2018 their sales manager offered to order another machine and I emailed to confirm that I would like a replacement, but I received no acknowledgement or expected date of delivery in responce to my confirmation. 30/04/2018 - 7 weeks later and still no acknowledgement that I would like a replacement, I sent an email asking "Could you let me know if there is an update on when the replacement rower will arrive?" I was ignored 05/05/2018 - I emailed again asking "Could I have a response to my last email please." 08/05/2018 - I finally got an acknowledgement to let me know they are ready to deliver the replacement machine. 18/05/2018 - 8 emails, and 10 days after its apparently ready to be delivered, the replacement machine finally arrived, 6 months after my original purchase, although it still took a couple of tweaks before it was finally fit for purpose. It is actually a very nice machine, but the workmanship of the assembly is disgraceful, quality control is not existent, the customer services is diabolical, and the sales manager just enjoys wasting your time or ignoring you. Even the measly voucher I was reluctantly offered on 22/05/2018 as compensation for my troubles didn't arrive, so I sent an email 4 weeks later but it was ignored, I sent another email 6 weeks later and finally got a response casually implying it must have been lost in the post. But just when you think that's as low as they will go, and you think you're about to finally recieve a resolution, when I originally posted this negative review on trustpilot, they abused trustpilots reporting function and attempted to have my genuine review removed by implying my review is not aimed at them, (although they got the audacity to email me the day after reporting me) which are very deceitful and dishonest tactics, and confirmation of what I suspected all along, they are deliberate timewasters and treat you with contempt.

John is very knowledgeable of his products and other waterjet products. He is always willing to help me find an answer. He doesn't make me feel inferior, due to not being as knowledgeable on these products. He doesn't mind helping troubleshoot any problems that we occur. He is a joy to work with. Hennco always ships quickly and if there are issues, they are quick to resolve them.

No matter what I purchase, from most any supplier, within 24 hours there is a questionaire, what is my opinion of the transaction. Get rid of this service that has conned you in to their their gotta know grasp. you do not need this, and your customers do not need the email harasement. your being used.

After a long debate as to what we needed for a portable clothesline that could be used indoors and outdoors we chose the Hills Portable 170 Folding Clothesline. When it arrived I opened the box and assembled the various parts easily with the provided instructions and allen key. However in fitting up the line I did not understand the instructions in threading the line into the keep brackets so when putting clothes on the line the cover clips kept pulling off. I then worked out that you have to put the end through from right to left and up and over the top of the bracket so that the line pulls against the bracket and not out of the bracket causing the top clip to flick off. After resetting all four brackets and clips it works a treat.

Thank you Mat for all your help and for arranging the installer you were both so helpful and I would refer you to anyone who needs a clothes line. We had the old one for 50 years I don't think my wife and I will be here to see another 50 years out of this one. It fits in our back yard very neatly and visitors have commented on how good it looks, being green it blends in with the garden. Thank you Bryson Goulding

Sold and delivered from UK but when received it was damaged. Because their appointed courier failed to collect for return within their 'return period' I could not get refund and left £84 out of pocket with a broken item. The company don't want to know and just ignore emails.

I often buy from Trad4u. Their macerators offer excellent value and quality. Recently I also bought a ultrasonic cleaner to clean some old jewelry. I had some questions how to use the ultrasonic cleaner but their customer service helped me.

After researching several cnc routers I opted for the xyz carve. More expensive than the small Chinese imports but less expensive than any similar sized machines. I spoke with Ryan who answered all my questions, and I had a few. His advice was sound and not based purely on extracting as many pounds as he could from me. He actively discouraged me from spending more money until I had learnt by using the machine. Then deciding on extras. Customer service was good, emails answered same day and phone calls returned when stated. Delivery was only 2 days and came well packaged. No missing parts and all parts well protected and labelled. Instructions were very good. I managed to assemble on my own in about 35 hours. Some parts are small and quite fiddly others were awkward to align. A second pair of hands would be useful. I have only completed 1 project up to now, but I am delighted with the quality of the xyz carve. In conclusion Ryan's specialist knowledge and customer service is matched by an excellent product. purchased a grinder and linisher had a late delivery as took a week to send it received it only to find very poor quality bolt holes missing tread damaged belt and belt pad. over all very poor quality ,more like cheap handyman crap never before have i seen such poor quality in these products beware do not buy from this place as you will be ripped off and disappointed 😡😡😡😡😡

Northern tool at crown point... Don't try to explain anything to repairmen or the assistant manager. They will totally disregard any suggestions and do what they want. If you insist they get things wright the assistant manager will ask you to leave and take your business elsewhere.

Ordered over £400 worth of fittings and still charged £22???? Delivery. There were 12x15mm valves in the very small box. I was charged £2.50 for the delivery of 20x 15mm valves by another supplier. They charge a 25% restocking fee so get your order right if you don’t want to be ripped off here too. Good quality item but massively overpriced.

Not let their customers wait 2 weeks for their multiple order just because two small items were out of stock. I did appreciate the freebies but they still didn't make up for the job I lost out on because my welding rods didn't turn up on time. I will be going back to rapid welding from now on who get my stuff delivered on time.
