The item I bought was indicated as in Stock and ready to be ship in 24 hours. So I order it. Nothing indicated it was a "special order" (it was a normal soprano ukulele). Since the shipment didn't happen I wrote them about my order and estimated shipping time. It happens that the ukulele WAS NOT available and I should wait 3-4 weeks to have it, because it was a "special order". Since I couldn't wait this long, I asked to have my order cancelled and have my payment IMMEDIATELY refunded (through Paypal, the same payment method used in the order, and that should have an INSTANT refund). They cancelled PROMPTLY my order but have NOT ISSUED MY REFUND!!! I wrote to 2 different e-mails addresses giving the transaction number and asking for my refund. So far all I got is SILENCE. If I don't get refunded or been given a satisfactory answer till the end of the day, I WILL open a case on Paypal to have my money back. BE AWARE, their products with GREEN STATUS are NOT available and to their excuse they will claim your order is a "special order" so you have to wait A LOT to have the GOODS. This behaviour is incorrect and even more preoccupying when they agree to your request and PROMPTLY cancel you order but DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY! DO NOT BUY HERE!

If i could give it zero I would, purchased a book which contains a link to register it, that link didn't work so emails to Musicroom, creators of the book to register with and then further email to musicroom basically nothing, useless buying the book since you cannot register it, musicroom responded with an email address that doesn't get responded to and finally musicroom now doesn't respond to emails

This company is horrible to deal with. Long ago when Reverb got started they had a practical approach to dealing with problems. Now, they are beyond difficult. We tried to buy a guitar and our account was immediately suspended for no given reason and with little or no ability to communicate with the company. This is the second bad experience with them. I did not report the first but now I will. The first experience was over a guitar that we sold, customer lied about the condition and Reverb sided with the customer. The customer didn't even return everything we sent them and Reverb still sided with them even though it was reported that the customer kept some of the order. So we closed the account. Reverb stated if we wanted to use Reverb again to open a new account...that's what we did and now look at how they are behaving. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this pathetic excuse for a shopping site.

They have a buyer policy that claims to protect your purchase with the guarantee of getting what you paid for. When a problem occurs and you request a refund based in fraud by the seller, Reverb allows the seller to refuse your request and than does NOTHING about it!! They will send useless emails claimt they are looking into it and it just goes round n round to no avail. Another business making clains that are simply FALSE!!

I use my Quill daily and it is excellent. The balance and fit to hand are spot on. Being a three time brain tumor survivor, this is very important. Sometimes my hands just don’t work to their full capacity and the Quill is heavy enough to compensate. My eyesight is not as good as it once was having gone legally blind in three different instances. The smoothness of the ink flow really stands out. As a speaker/entertainer ( Atlanta Country Music Hall of Fame)! and author ( Georgia Author of the Year) jotting down notes, journaling and writing are very important. This pen works for me and in the future I plan to buy more and some of your other products, but with funds limited not w, medical bills must be paid. Thank you for your product and business! Great customer service and fair prices. I walked in for some guitar strings and walked out with a beautiful custom shop strat. I wasn't a custom shop guy but the guitar just sounded amazing due to the dual MAG pickups and half blender controls that Nick had specified when he ordered it. These guys really know tone and know guitars. The guitar was also more reasonably priced than one's I'd seen in Melbourne.

I buy a lot of guitars, guitar amps, and guitar related equipment. I recently decided to buy a Fender Squier 70's Jaguar electric guitar. These guitars are simply stunning instruments and I had to have one but my normal suppliers were out of stock due to COVID virus. Looking further afield I noticed A & B musical Instruments on the google search. I requested a price for the above guitar that was cheaper than I was going to purchase one for. The service I received from Adam was remarkable, fantastic customer service followed, Adam arranged to get my new guitar setup as I like it. The guitar arrived a few days later by courier. Straight out of the box it was immaculate, not a mark on it the quality of the guitar was perfect and the strings had been set way low as I like them. And it gets better there was even a top-quality new set of new guitar strings thrown in. I know I will never get any better service than this, so as soon as I can get some money together I will be buying a Fender Squire 70's Jazzmaster from them. Unfortunately, there was an issue with shipping, and my last purchase was stolen from my Apt mail room. Maybe opt to have the recieving party sign for the order, upon arrival.(?) Have spent over $7000 with this company after buying 1 particular guitar got home to discover damage on headstock. Spoke with staff who are all amazing at their jobs who put me onto the manager who refused to accept that the damage was done from their end wouldn't accept a return or even compensation for the item stating that "it's your guitar now" offered photos to show item was damaged during transit still refused. This manager was rude argumentative and unhelpful. Buyers beware.

I've bought multiple products from JST and I emailed them on two separate occasions asking why they only allow for 1 iLok license. Each time they were rude, arrogant and flat out lied. I posted on a community facebook group and one of their business associates jumped in to personally attack me once multiple people agreed that it's bs that they only offer 1 activation. I would never recommend buying or giving them a dime. I don't care if they make the best product in the world. No paying customer deserves to be treated like that.

Ordered a guitar asa present for someone else, website said "next day delivery if ordered before 3pm. Ordered around midday but received no notification of despatch and no guitar, rang to query as payment had been taken only to be told the order had gone unnoticed and it would be sent out on a Saturday delivery at no extra cost, that seemed reasonable but the item did not arrive an Saturday, it did arrive on Sunday however. Not a very professional result from this company and if I had read other reviews of their service I would not have expected much better.

Diabolical, poor, items that are given by the manufacturer of a guitar ( signature series/ limited edition) were not sent with the guitar, paid for Saturday delivery that didn't happen, to which I was refunded, first tracking number non existent, guitar to be sent back, as the items were not advertised as being with the guitar! Waiting for a call to have the guitar picked up before refunding me! not a complete item! I'll remember not to assume that a limited edition item will automatically be posted with the corresponding paraphernalia that makes something special

Great selection of DVDs, at very reasonable prices. Purchased 5 DVDs, all of which are difficult to find at home. Only one DVD I was looking for was not in stock, but on order for another customer. Fopp could have ordered it for me, but I was leaving Edinburgh the next day. Sadly, Fopp do not operate a mail order service. Staff member serving me was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I saved and saved for a used item I saw in my local Guitar Center (An 88-key fully weighted keyboard: I'm very picky). The manager at the store was more than accommodating- in order to give the keyboard a test spin, the instrument and its accessaries had to be moved and manipulated. He stepped away and allowed me to take my time with it by myself, devoid of the pressure that can sometimes come with a salesman over the shoulder. The only problem I ran into... ...is when I went in with the cash to finally purchase the item ($500+ worth of product), I found that I was short by about $10. At every music store I've visited, the sales people are generally willing to bend on the price. BUT, this was not the case at GC. I had to jump through some further hoops because GC would not budge by ten dollars on such a large ticket item... All in all- aside from the petty and slightly frustrating haggling policy (stubborn and uncommon in the industry)- the experience was pleasant. Every sales person I've been approached by at Guitar Center has been helpful and easy to talk to. The store lacks a fair share of the charm that a local music shop offers, but that's to be expected. GC has everything I'm looking for: my local shop does not. Above all else, I know that I can always count on GC diverse inventory.

I visited the store in Seven Corners on May 10, 2020, shortly before 1:00 pm. There was a staff member monitoring the front door, and he informed me that I could not enter the store until another customer departed. I acknowledged and waited outside the store. When two customers exited shortly thereafter, I was allowed to enter the store. However, before letting me through, the staff member asked me what type of guitar I was purchasing today, as I had mentioned in our earlier conversation that I wanted to look at some classical guitars. I indicated that I wanted to browse and try a few out. He then said that I would only be allowed to enter the store if I was going to buy a guitar. I then asked what would happen if I could not find any guitar that I liked, and he responded that I would have to order one. At that point, I left. If, in fact, this is the store’s policy, I shall never shop at Guitar Center again, including their online website. While I understand the adjustments that must occur due to this national emergency, I cannot condone a store policy that mandates a purchase, even if a suitable product has not been found (nor tested, in the case of a required order). If this is the approach of Guitar Center, I would rather go farther and pay more than enter one of their stores again. I would have accepted a browsing time limit in order to accommodate the limited number of customers allowed in the store. I wrote this review on their website on May 10, 2020, to give them an opportunity to respond or clarify, but I have not heard from them as of today, May 13, 2020.

WOW! I have used a few different curator companies and of all of them, YouGrow got me the most streams. Unlike other services, these guys listen to the music and figure out where the best place to put it. Sometimes thats good and sometimes that bad, but in this case, its AWESOME! Lead time for getting notice of where its placed was less time than other companies as well. I got notice fairly quickly where songs were placed. Communication was good. The juice is worth the squeeze with YouGrow. I will work with them every release I have.

They messed up the address and my package was returned to them. They keep telling me to contact the PO to get it released or lodge a complaint. But it was returned to sender. Aeroband's support even suggested I check with my neighbors! Very frustrating, and at this point it's been six months and I have nothing. EDIT: Another seven months and they blame it on COVID! Sleazy. I’m glad I got my money back through my credit card company. Don’t do business with these people!

I've been a long time customer of them and I've always been exceptionally pleased with their products and service so I decided to leave a review! I love how their prices are fairly priced especially compared to other online stores! My orders usually always ship within 3 business days and I love how you get a confirmation email after the order is placed, another email with tracking once it shipped, and you also get an email once it has been delivered! One time there was a problem with one of my orders I guess their inventory was off and the item ended up being back ordered and they emailed me 2 days after I placed the order to let me know what was going on and offered me different options! 1. I could receive a full refund for the order or 2. I could wait the additional time and receive a discount off of my next order for the inconvenience! I chose to wait and it was shipped exactly when they said! By far the best customer service I have received from any of these online shops and usually you are speaking to the CEO herself (I think it is a very small company and she handles mostly everything).

Such a bad website. They promise you shipping in a couple of days and you can wait weeks until you get your order. Even when you contact their customer service they will not respond. Never buying from them again.

So, I paid $45 US to have the violin shipped to Canada. Fiddleshop assured me that because it is considered educational, there would be no duty. There was no duty. There WERE $90 US in "handling fees" (thought I already paid that?) and taxes. Basically, I could have saved myself over $100US if I had just paid to take it as carryon.

I have had two dealings with the Fiddler shop. Both times I came away very satisfied. I've dealt with Mike both times, very nice person, very helpful. I have recommended other friends and there have been no complaints.

Terrible service. I bought 2 floor standing speakers on auna website. Almost 3 weeks and 15 phone calls to them, still cant sort things out with them. After around 10 days and 5 phone calls (as they lost my order, somehow) I received one speaker, damaged in transit. Second arrived the next day. I called them around 10 times now, to arrange replacement, nobody sims to be interested at all. So, £181 paid 3 weeks ago and I have 1 working speaker. Very unprofessional approach to customers
