Overall it was ok. I had difficulty entering in my address. The input seemed ok, but the appearance of the address on the checkout page did not have the spacing right. I had to go back and forth multiple times to correct the appearance of the address, to make the final address appear acceptable. Hard to explain, but something was not working right.

This site was of tremendous help to me. I have some difficult problems, and Dr. David Hall went out of way to help me. Not only did he answer my email and questions, he answered all 3 emails. Some would of answered only the first one and went on their merry way. You can tell that Dr David Hall has a genuine concern for you and he saved me so much time by recommending a dentist in my area who has been fully accredited by the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. It would of taken me so much time to even find this qualified dentist who could even help a person like me with such difficult problems. I just stumbled upon this website, and I am sure glad I did. I think this is a great site and Dr David Hall goes beyond his call and duty. Anyway he did for me. If you need professional advice, then this site is for you. If you are just looking for a general dentist, then use the yellow pages. I am happy with his advice and the time he took to answer all my questions. I am an Office Manager for a multi-doctor Dental Practice, with providers who "specialize in Cosmetic Dentistry". I have seen first-hand patients who commit their time, money, and trust just to fall very short of the expected outcome in large cosmetic procedures. Most cosmetic dentistry procedures are done by choice, in an effort to enhance one's image, smile, and possibly self-esteem. It is very disheartening to see delivered results that are less than envisioned. When this happens, and faith is loss, the patient-doctor relationship is compromised. The fact is the average patient does not realize the true extent of meticulous detail that is required to yield excellent cosmetic work. It is explained beautifully on mynewsmile.com. Salese for dry mouth is the best I've seen - I've been taking several antihistamines for years now that have left my mouth exceedingly dry to the point where sometimes sleeping is difficult, and I have to always carry a bottle of water around. On top of that, my mouth is always inflamed and rarely feels comfortable. My dentist (whom I adore!) recommended a new product called Salese to me. Salese is a soft lozenge, which seemed a little weird at first, but once I got used to it, I fell in love with it. It lasts for a couple hours and made my mouth feel so much better. It helped the dry feeling go away and it made my mouth feel less inflamed. I've used mouthwash and mints and toothpaste and all that in the past, but they've all only helped slightly. Salese is the best I've seen and I'm so happy I've found it and I hope it can help other people too.

The breath mint that lasts for hours - I've never seen anything like it - Dentiva is a breath mint that stays minty for hours (reminds me of Willy Wonka's everlasting gobstopper...). Supposedly it also cleans your teeth, which sounds too good to be true, but I certainly hope it is since I'm addicted to these....does anyone know if I can buy Dentiva in the store? My dentist friend gave me some, but I can only seem to find it online....

I went to doityourself dental kit and had a problem with a refund. I was given a refund on September 27 of 95.00. It was sent to paypal, although I didnt have a paypal account. Paypal could not find the refund and doityourselfdental said they had done there part. I would have to work it out with paypal. They will not answer my emails now and dont take customer service calls. My next step is to report the to Better Business Bureau

I'm a relatively new subscriber to their subscription service. Their toothbrush is quite honestly the best I've used in quite a long time even if it doesn't have the bells and whistles of those $100+ electric toothbrushes you can buy at the store. Instructions are fairly straight-forward, delivery arrives on time, and its easy to take with me. The toothpaste seems to be perfectly fine and overall it is just a pleasant experience. It's also cost-effective. Would highly recommend giving them a shot; customer service is even quick.

I had the most traumatic time in Dentzz Mumbai. Firstly I was quoted £9,000 for implants and crowns for a complete smile makeover. The morning after I arrived (no pick up from the airport so I waited 3 hours outside the airport arriving at my hotel 2am ) My first morning I was heavily pressured into spending much more than double my quote £23,000 !!!!! The work started and instead of my Nobel Biocare implants requested and quoted for I was given Ankylos far cheaper and lesser quality. I contacted a lawyer while I was there and they said this happens all the time!!! “Just finish your treatment and go home “ was the response! All the crowns I had done have either chipped, broken in half or severely worn so teeth that are supposed to last a lifetim lasted 3 months. I am really unhappy with the entire expensive mistake £23,000 for nothing . I now have to have them all re done at an added cost of £5,000 AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COST. THEY LIE AND FIT INFERIOR PRODUCTS AT A HUGE COST

I am from Cape Town, South Africa. The whole reason I flew down to Delhi was to get my dental issues fixed and go home with a superstar smile. And truth to be told I was not disappointed one bit. I have had dental problems all my life and needless to say, I was preparing for the worse in both treatment and discomfort. Dr Rose was referred to me by a colleague that only had great things to say and she was right! Dr Rose is an excellent, thoughtful, and smart dentist. She looks at the "whole" person and is working very closely with me to determine the best option in treatment. Best dental experience I've ever had! The office is gorgeous and the staff is so friendly. Stacie was my dental hygienist and she did an amazing job on my cleaning. She was able to clean off residue from an Invisalign treatment that my previous dentist had left on my teeth when he removed the attachments. She was so nice and easy going. Dr. Chrisoula Georgacopoulos saw me for my exam. Best dentist I have ever seen. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. I took my daughter to get a second opinion for a high estimate from another local dentist. Marrissa got my daughter in the next day, and got another daughter of mine in the next day who had a molar break. When I went to my dentist, she told me I have a TMJ problem. She gave me a bite plate to wear and my dizziness and ear pain virtually disappeared. I know it works because if I forget to wear the bite plate, the next day I have a slight headache in the temples. This internet business is all about cheating the clients. First of all, despite giving the impression that it is a company located in the EU, the "shipments" (if any) will come from the USA. After having had waited 10 days without receiving any shipment information I contacted the company. They answered that the goods had been sent, but couldn't provide any kind of shipping information, tracking number, name of forwarder or anything else. When I asked to cancel the order and issue a refund, the said that I had to ask for a refund - which obviously was what I was doing - and provide information about payment method, card number, my name, address, amount and why I was asking for a refund!!!!! They just try to stall any refund and never intend to send you any goods neither. A complaint form was sent to my credit card issuer, who has refunded me the amount drawn on my card. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! THE GOOD REVIEWS THAT YOU READ HERE ARE POSTED BY THEMSELVES.

Like most of the other views on here this is not a UK based company - I ordered through teethwhiteningrefills.co.uk (sister site.). I was informed they had to contact me to discuss postal rates, I was never contacted and then saw via my account that the item was allegedly shipped via USPS (US postal system). I have contacted them several times (to be fair so far they have responded). I have received two emails in response saying they cant ship as they have no address on file and another response claiming that no import duties or taxes will be levied (contrary to what UK customs states) and that they are a UK based company but sometimes ship from the US!!! So why is it that the date on my order (placed at 7pm states order placed at 1.15pm - 6 hours behind), and why is it that the customer service responses are coming through in the early hours of the morning - working hours in the US - hmmmmm??? This is blatantly a US based company and they are not clear about this on their website - their behaviour at best is misleading and does not fill me with confidence in their service. I am now hoping that my refund will processed - failing that I will have to dispute the transaction with my credit card company (albeit I have to wait at least 30 days and probably longer to obtain my money back). Hopefully all will be well but please be aware that this is a US company and for some reason they do not appear to be want to be open about or advertise this fact.

I've been using GoSmile for about 5 months now. The brush does not cause any sensitivity to my teeth which is something I really love about it. However, I can't say I've seen any whitening to my teeth yet. Now I just started using the toothpaste which has a nice fresh flavor. I have the whitening pen, too, now but haven't tried it yet. I truly hope I start to notice some improvement in the whitening of my teeth because I like the toothbrush.
